I used to be really obsessed with this game, then the amount of time I have to wait for anything was crazy. I have loads of money and I can barely spend it on anything without upgrading. Which I also am forced to research before I can even upgrade. And upgrading, it takes too long and I’m sitting there with limited money, limited construction/research slots (unless I spend gems to make 2(+) which are difficult to gain in big numbers or straight up buy w actual money) so I can’t even upgrade anything because it just turns into a waiting game. It’s nice but I’m not patient, I upgrade then come back the next day, upgrade and get off to wait for it to finish.

I absolutely love love this game and it’s because the game is about rescuing and helping animals, and I’ve loved animals since I was little
Kinda Very Mid
The games progression has two options: pay to win or wait ridiculous amounts of time. You can’t build or research more than one thing at a time unless you buy more builders. For an idle tycoon game it’s not very engaging when I have to wait 4hrs so that I can start my next project. The games progress at first gets you hooked and then comes to a horribly slow grind. So I get on for 30s to upgrade my two things that I can (building and research) and then get off. How exciting. The concept is great. Money hungry developers though.

Freezing on Ads
I enjoy the game, but I’m ready to give it up. I’ve even spent real money on it, which I rarely do for these types of games. But the past week, whenever I need to watch an ad, the game freezes at the end of that ad. No matter how many times I click on “Reward Granted,” it will not return to gameplay. I’ve tried clicking on the ads, and that also doesn’t work. I have to them restart the game altogether to be able to play again until the next ad comes along. Incredibly frustrating.
Got lazy
Feel like developers got lazy at stage 20 > 21.. you go from having to level up after getting 30ish stars to 1000…..?!?! Just to get to level 22?? i get its a time wasting game up but thats a bit much… loved the concept but dread playing the goals are not obtainable anymore..

Great until…
This game was great until my progress on research got reset and I couldn’t move forward with the game until I redid all of the research. I was not about to wait the days it takes to wait for all of that to complete. Waste of time.
Great game
I download this game a few months back and around July 2024 I was close to having everything upgraded. Before July ended I have successfully maxed out all the ranks. This game is great, I would and could play for literal hours. I did end up buying more logistics and builders to speed up the process. Now that everything is updated, I have no clue what to do :/. I wish there could be more levels/ extension, just something to continue with the game but instead the only thing I can do is pick adopters for the animals and get new ones… which isn’t quite fun tbh
Be Careful with the Diamonds
I never write reviews, this will be my first, so let me preface that I’m so upset I’ve taken to writing reviews. I’ve been playing this game for a while and I’m a fan. It’s a great game, the graphics are nice, and the flow isn’t too slow (at my level) that I want to stop playing. WHAT UPSETS ME is you will rescue an animal and YOU PAY DIAMONDS TO SPEED IT UP and the list updates and your animal is gone. I spent 37 diamonds to get this dog 1.5 hours early and the list updated and the dog was gone. This was a new one too so I was super excited but no. So all I have to say is that while this game is nice and fun, there is a part that makes me want to rip my hair out and scream. The only win here is I didn’t pay real people money for these diamonds.
Gets boring fast
after building all the rooms and leveling them up, there’s just nothing left to do except for rescue animals and take care of them and adopt them out, but everything else is wrapped up so I think I’m just going to delete now. I wish they had thought beyond this.

I think a major update would be quite hard at this point. Still, I would like you to keep adding more dog and cat breeds to the game.
Not recommended
The music is stolen straight from Capybara Spa on steam, which is a great game you should try btw. The building times are way too long and annoying, and the overall game quality is terrible.

Loved playing the game. Not even sure how much I’ve spent on no ads and extra construction and research. I quit playing cause I got annoyed of the distributors constantly only restocking the pet store and not distributing to the drs or shelter. The annoyance got to the point where I’m planning to just uninstall the game.

This game immediately froze my entire phone
As soon as I opened the app, the screen on my phone just froze. I couldn’t close out of the app, it never loaded. I tried locking the screen and big mistake. Once it was locked the screen was somehow still frozen, so I couldn’t unlock my phone. I tried resetting it, but the screen was frozen so I couldn’t even slide to shut it down, man. I had to use Siri to call my boyfriend so he could look up how to reset my phone without touching the screen. As soon as I was back in, I immediately uninstalled this game. Jesus Christ.
The daily rewards don’t work sometimes
I was loading up the game and when i got to my daily reward and claimed it, it didn’t claim the reward. i’m not sure why it’s not doing it, it usually works

WELL I GUESS THIS GAME IS A DUD. NO UPDATES OR NOTHING!!!!!!!!! Good game but are the developers still working on or updating it? Need more animals to rescue. Why not rabbits etc? Takes too long to build. Like waaaaaay tooooo loooong! Overall I do enjoy the game it just needs some work.
Decent
This game is decent. Yes it takes forever to upgrade everything. Graphics are cute, I dislike how they’re is only a few certain types of cats and dogs you can rescue. Then they just change colors. More animal breeds would make it fun. I finally just finished upgrading all the rooms and play areas….but what now?? Is the game done?, will I get another vet office or what else is there to the game? I decided to quit this game since nothing else happens. When I first saw an ad for this I was excited because it looked like you could get on the van and actually go rescue the animals but of course Fake Ad and not what the game was about. Was fun to play but could be better…..

Still not working and still no update
No update in months and I’d been in contact with CodiGames and they say nothing is wrong with the game even though I stated others are having the same issue.

Love the game. it has consumed many hours of mine. i only wish there was a way to upgrade the frequency of people visiting. i’ll have 10 seats open and 3 vets doing nothing, 2 receptionist just sitting there. easy 5 stars if that wasn’t a problem.

Hasn’t been updated in almost a year. The game gets stale very fast. Wish they would update.
Good game but improvements needed
I loved the game at first but the tasks end relatively quickly and then you’re just left upgrading everything and doing research. Not sure why the tasks don’t keep going until everything is upgraded?

This game had me entertained for a few years now. I do love it but once everything is maxed out, you’d have nothing to do anymore
Building time ruins it
I really hope the developers read this: GET RID OF THE BUILDING TIMES. I understand the wait time for building a brand new building, but for each update is ridiculous considering you can only do one at a time. The reason people like idle games it because it’s fast and you get to keep expanding and updating, but with the a huge wait time for every upgrade, your entire gameplay will just be waiting and eventually you won’t want to play again. Also the money/vault cap is ridiculous and shouldn’t exist. I assume they put it there cause the amount of time it takes to build stuff you’ll have accumulated so much money that the game would be pointless but not letting people get their earnings is not the solution to that. In conclusion, remove the building times. It disrupts the gameplay and rhythm that makes idle games enjoyable.
Decent game for a day
Playing this game was very engaging and addictive the first day, however I lost interest when all the building upgrades caught up to me. The gameplay is now simply opening the app, clicking something to research and build, then waiting to open the app again and repeat. The lengthy building time takes the fun out of the game and having to make in app purchases shouldn’t be the only solution to it.

Boring and quick to complete
Got everything done and completed except for ONE thing… and that’s only because the ‘safe’ doesn’t hold the amount of money to pay for this one item left in the last surgery?! Why make it so you can’t get the one last item in the surgery?! Is it behind a paywall? Fix it, please!
I loved it.. at first
I played for a couple weeks and got pretty far ahead with my research. Then for some reason when I got to level 16 reputation, it all crashed, rebooted, and I lost all my research. Everything started back at the very beginning and I’m a little frustrated. Would love to continue playing if this was ever resolved.
Love this game
I’m addicted to this game. I can’t stop playing it. It’s so much fun rescuing pets and getting them adopted. I feel like I’m really running the place and I try to take good care of my animals.

I really like the game, it’s adorable and incentivising. However, I wish there were more things to do in between waiting. If I’m waiting for research and building to finish, have upgraded all elements in each room and there are no pets to rescue / feed / bathe, there’s nothing I can do and nothing to spend money on (without paying real money on in-app purchases).
Great but not much to do
I love the game but construction and research takes that long you will of been on the game ten mins and then you have to wait hours for the building and research ive gotten halfway through and im ready to delete it because its boring jus waiting around
Lots of waiting and not enough to do
I have wanted a rescue game like this for a long time, but was disappointed by the amount of waiting around and the limited progression, almost completed the entire game in one week - and most of that was waiting for builds, so there isn’t much to do. Needs more animals/levels/spaces
Addicted
I know it’s cliche to say, but I never write reviews, but I had to write this one. This game is an absolute delight! From the moment of download I was addicted. Rescuing cute dogs and cats while building up your clinic has been so wholesome. The aesthetic is so pleasing to the eye!! The animations are adorable and the overall look and sound makes it a cozy fun experience!! Unfortunately I am so sad because, I am quickly max-ing out every category of upgrades… and I will be devastated when I cannot level up or upgrade anymore… will this app grow? One hopes it will!! Please continue, and add more content!! There are some bugs here and there but it’s so easily forgiven because of how cute the game is! I hope the devs read this and give us more content ❤️🙏🏼

I don’t understand this game at all! I haven’t adopted or rescued an animal in over 24 hours.. it’s stuck on a level that apparently the Garage I spent millions of $’s on is not a high enough level… this game is basically updating every item in every room… and then waiting for your bank balance to go up so you can level up a chair for £23k… then waiting for the ‘builders’ to finish updating a bank vault for hours on end… and then doing that again.. seriously what is the point In this game? You barely have anything to do with any animal at all.. AndIt’s not interactive nearly enough and it’s just waiting.. watching ads… updating… waiting.. honestly 🥱 🥱
Won’t let me get more than 499 diamonds
I was getting so excited to get 500 gems finally to get some extra builders but they wouldn’t let me collect more than 499, even after I achieved them, they wouldn’t add it to my bank!! That’s so sly !! That really let the game down for me
