I downloaded this on a whim, I’ve played and enjoyed a lot of games from this company before, the art is cute but I tend to get bored. Maybe more idle games aren’t for me.. BUT THEN Idk I love this game and the biggest point for me are my boys in the game, especially Mint who is sassy, so sassy, and even if it’s simplistic these characters always have some sort of remark and it pisses me off and I love it

Broken
This is honestly such a cute game I really do love it, but holy bugs. Certain game functions, like the rhythm mini game, just don’t work. More often than not the game freeze for no reason, character level up stars don’t go away until you interact twice. A lot of the time I have to close and reopen the game and at that point I might as well open a different game that won’t break 😭
Ads broken
I like the game so far, but many of the ads don’t give rewards. Please fix it!

Wanted to like this game
I really did. The characters are adorable, the concept is really cute, and it’s a great way to spend time. But I could go on and on about the bugs. Idols will level up twice in a row for no reason. Idols will appear twice in the same office and even interact with each other. You can’t leave the rhythm game after finishing a level, you have to close the app and open it again. The ad bonuses don’t even work half the time, even if I sit through them all the way to the end. Please, for the love of God, update this game. I really want to like it, and I have fun when it does work. But it has to work ALL THE TIME to be a good game.
Good game
This is a relaxing game but when I’m bored, I would play the rhythm game but whenever I finish and click continue, it would stay in the rhythm with no option to get out. I hope the developers see this and fix it. Thanks you very much for this game!!!
All Characters are hallow husks of each other.
All the idols have ZERO personality! Asides each idol having a predetermined, broad personality title, they have no substance to them. All characters with the personality trait “Sassy” all have the same dialogue. All characters with trait “Sexy,” all talk the same, and this goes for all other personality traits. It’s a shame because each character is so distinguishable thanks to the amazing art but they’re just husks of what they’re suppose to be. Specific dialogue for each idol is in desperate need so people have a reason to LIKE the idols.

love this game! but...
i ADORE this game, i played religiously about a year ago and i had everything maxed out and was STILL having fun even with all the trainees and fully decorated houses. however, my phone accidentally deleted the game to save storage. when i downloaded it back, everything was gone. THERE'S NO WAY TO LOG BACK IN OR RESTORE PURCHASES. if you delete the game, you have to start from zero again. this put me off for an entire year because i had already poured in so much time and effort into an otherwise great game... please let us save our progress i beg you! i want to play this game again but i'm scared of the same thing happening again!

Hi! I was just wondering if you could fix the sing along mini game because once I complete a round, I can’t help to stop playing this and have to continue, when continuing the mini game suddenly has a issue and there are no arrows or nearly anything except for the background and music. Buggy
When I play the rhythm game mini game, I always freeze after it ends and I have to restart the game. Also, half of the time, I don’t get an extra idol card after watching ads. It just brings me back to the “watch ad for idol card” screen and I can only click no. Once these are fixed I will give the game wayyyy more stars.

The game is super great but I think there should be female trainees in it too and I also think we should be able to go to the concerts with the idols for extra support. But overall I love this game.

I remember playing KepltoCats when I was a preteen and now after discovering that they would make a kpop game I love this so much! I love it and I can’t wait to continue to play it :)

Bug or Scam
You’re probably wondering why I put the word scam in the title. Whenever I click on anything that requires an AD, it sometimes “glitches” and does not count it. In other words, I have to repeatedly click on said item in order for it to work. I also noticed it does not count an AD unless it is a video.

Cute visuals! ….aaaand that’s where the gameplay ends. It literally just looks cute for 2 minutes and then it’s “tap one button wait 5 minutes, tap another button wait 5 minutes” on repeat.
Fun game
It’s a fun game! The art is great as usual for hyper beard games. A star was removed because there are no girl idols and there wasn’t much effort put in for black players. im white but they deserve to have cute lil avatars too and i’ve noticed a lack of attention on how things look on black skin in previous hyperbeard games. other than that, it’s very fun and i enjoy playing it. wish i could have a girl group though…
The mini game
It seems the mini game in this game doesn’t function at all as tho it’s not up for gameplay showing no visuals on coming beats but tho the other parts such as the characters are cute tho seem need some thinkering around idols limitations that perhaps be able to create more rooms or buying beds might increase the number of idols could stay in the academy.
Good, not great
This game has a LOT of potential, the rhythm game is quite unique, although there is a big learning curve because of that. But once you have it down it’s great! But continuing with the rhythm game, there’s a gamebreaking bug in it. Once you finish the song, it stays stuck on there and you have to close the app and open it again. So i just avoid the rhythm altogether.

I really like this game, It’s for free,no boring adds,and i can play it offline,,I really recommend this game for all K-pop fans ..😭i think that game is so nice but,if you add female. Trainees too ,that will be perfecttt, I will play this until i die, thank you for making this game 😭🎀(sorry for my English)
Too much ads
You earn so little in game, basically your only source of income is if you watch ads. In order to level up or do ANYTHING for that matter— you gotta watch ads. Nice game concept, but creators are too hungry for money. Just increase in game purchase prices tbh.

I really love the game I have no complaints I just wish progress could save so I can play on other devices or if I ever have to get a new device and I wanna play and still have my progress instead of needing to start over like maybe I could attach an email or make an account or something to save my progress across devices? That’s all.

It’s fun…but,
I like this game and think it very cute (>-<)!! But I feel like there should be girl idols in the game. I mean, I like the boy idols (they’re very pretty and cute!!) but there will be other kids playing the game waiting for a girl idol out there playing the game. But hey, just me opinion about the game.

Repeat cards
I keep getting repeat cards and no new ones and when I think I’m going to get a new card it’s just a new character that I don’t want or need.
repetitive and time dependant
the game is undeniably cute and has the elements that can make a good game, however, the actually gameplay lets the game down overall. the gameplay consists of tapping and waiting for timers to tick down rather than any meaningful interaction that involves the player - basically another generic mobile game. additionally, the adverts within the game can be slightly intrusive. it is understandable that the developers have to monetise the game, but some forms of ‘consenting’ to adverts intrude by blocking things or showing up unexpectedly.
Cute, but bugging
I really love the premise and a lot of the game, however there is an issue with the rhythm game. Everytime I finish a run through, there’s no way for me to return to the regular screen without closing the app. I’m not sure if I’m just being dumb or something, but I’ve tried 3 times and each time I’m stuck on the rhythm screen after the level is finished. Every other part of the gam works fine for me, it’s just that rhythm game.

So Much Lacks In This Game
Hi! So I’m a fan of HyperBeard. I really love their games, especially those who revolve around decorating; Adorable Home, Pocket Love, Tsuki Odyssey. I was pretty excited to play K-Pop Academy, but it just..wasn’t what I had anticipated. The decorating aspect in this game sucks, to be frank. I don’t really get the point of this game: all you do is try to level up your idols and..that’s pretty much it. It isn’t as fun as their other games. I don’t even know if they could possibly find ways to make this game more exciting: the concept itself isn’t amazing.

When I finish playing the song and press continue, it just freezes

When I sent the idol to workout place the idol will appear and I cannot control any idol and any training space and some menu is not work as expected… please help to find out the issues

So it’s fun I love the art def the cutest app for K-pop managing but when ever I do idol sing along I get stuck on the final screen and it doesn’t take me back to the house and idk I don’t like how the store is set up I would prefer to have just like more basic stuff idk I’ll play but won’t give you my money

There’s a small bug that won’t allow you to return to the game after you finish the mini game. It’s not too annoying, but still a little tedious. Once you collect everything and all of the idols, there isn’t much you can do after. Overall though, a very fun and colorful game, full of even more fun idols!!

Good, but needs improvement
I’ve enjoyed the game so far, the only thing I’ve really had a problem with is after I’ve finished playing a song, the screen will stay blank after completing and won’t go back to the main menu of the game. I have to close the app entire to go back to the main menu, and it’s very frustrating having to do that every time.
