5 stele din toată inima! Servicii impecabile, șofer foarte respectuos , atent si politicos , mașină curată și confortabilă. Mulțumesc pentru o călătorie excelentă! A condus prudent, a ajuns la timp și a făcut călătoria relaxantă. Cu siguranță voi apela din nou la serviciile dvs.

Хочу заказать несколько поездок, навигация по карте зависает, добавил несколько адресов, а они не зафиксировались. Закажу лучше Яндекс, там хоть стабильно всё!
Не возможно указать подъезд куда едешь
Мирча чел бэтрын 39 не одного подъезда при заказе невозможно указать

Когда приложение выбирает адрес где мое место положения он указывает не правильно и так уже год исправьте уже это, я спорю постоянно с водителями из за этого
Обманывают
Цену указывают, на 30-40 процентов дешевле, чем получается по факту (не берусь утверждать, но сложилось ощущение, что водитель меняет «стандарт» на «комфорт» (исходя из конечной стоимости)

Totul este foarte bine. Șoferii sunt politicoși, iar mașinile sunt curate, însă am o observație privind plățile cu cardul. Atunci când o plată eșuează, nu există posibilitatea de a încerca din nou efectuarea plății; este disponibilă doar plata în numerar, ceea ce poate fi un mare inconvenient atunci când nu aveți numerar la dumneavoastră. De asemenea, ar fi grozav dacă aplicația ar afișa durata călătoriei.

This the technology of previous decade: driver’s location updates randomly, time is not accurate. For developer and products: there are many competitors you can check to compare suggested UX with their. Open your eyes, your system could be far more convenient

Сегодня мы вызвали такси, водитель автомобиля LCX 507 включил счётчик ещё до приезда на место подачи. На моё замечание он грубо оскорбил меня и уехал. Оставил нас в четыре часа ночи на улице!

Sunt niște nesimțiți … când suni la ei răspunde o operatoare care nu știe a vorbi cu clienții ți se face impresia ca stai de vorbă cu o persoana care nici clasa 1 nu a finisato , de șoferi nici nu zic , nu găsesc adresele merg cu viteză mare , vorbesc urat , îți strica ziua să zicem …. O companie fără respect față de clienți
Good app, but lacking functionality
Overall good app, what is needed works, but there is no functionality to order taxi for someone else and indicate their phone number. Will change rating to 5 if this functionality will be added.

Если у тебя сбилась оплата картой по любой причине, почему не сделать возможность повторной оплаты картой , а переключать на оплату наличными? В чем логика?
Можно и лучше
У вас вроде приложение как уровня Убер, а реализация фичей ужас… я сделал Заказ на время и у меня просто заблокировался доступ к такси пока этот заказ не наступит… блин где были QA когда тестировали эту фичу? Или это не баг а фича. Так же почему не сделать сколько времени примерно будет длиться поездка на момент заказа? Так почему не добавить сколько ждать машину примерное время? Вроде все лучшие фичи уже реализованы и просто надо их взять и добавить…

Doesn’t work unless you have a Moldovan phone number
The app only lets you in if you confirm via text message- but it does not send a text to a number unless it’s Moldovan. Useless for any visitor

Почему нету опции отмены заказа, когда водитель едет слишком долго? К примеру показывает 1мин ехать до места назначения, а он едет все 10.
Сервис поддержки отвратительный
Самая ужасная поддержка диспетчеров которую видел, набрали каких-то хабалок, человек берет трубку, первое что ты слышишь это цыканье недовольной дамы, которая делает тебе одолжение, что вообще тебе ответила, любая да малейшая задержка в поисках информации для уточнения заказа и ты слышишь «можно по быстрее, я не буду тут вечно ждать, у меня есть чем заниматься», мне ни разу не ответили с улыбкой или пожелали хорошего дня, все что я описываю это не разовый случай а постоянная история, так это я просто хотел с карты на нал поменять или адрес добавить, мне страшно представить как этот комитет решает конфликтные ситуации. Короче говоря убого

Tracking & price
Not the best tracking of the car and timing. Also, prices aren’t fixed considering online congestion awareness on the roads.

Șoferii și mașinile sunt destul de OK dar aș vrea să rezolvați ceva cu sumele curselor fiindcă înainte de a comanda arată o sumă când ajung la destinație este o diferență de 50-100 lei.

Похоже что после обновления снова пришлось подвязывать банковскую карту. При заказе такси оплату с карты приложение не сняло, наличных денег не хватило, спасибо водителю что согласился взять оплату альтернативным вариантом. А прошлом году все было хорошо и деньги снимались с карты и не надо было думать за наличные..

Unable to get SMS without Moldovan number
Same problem as mentioned before. Cannot get the SMS confirmation to make an account
So much better alternatives
Does not work with international phone numbers (had to get a Moldovan one). Rarely did I get a car in Chisinau. Map search is almost unusable (no points of interests, etc). Aside from the license plate, there is no information on the taxi. No color of the car, no driver name, no driver picture. You’re just waiting for an almost completely anonymous vehicle (not really trustworthy). App is quit slow at times. Hate to say it but the yellow alternative from the big big country is dramatically better.
Cancel ride is not an option
Would be great to have a “cancel” button (option) in your application.

De la 82 lei aproximativ in aplicație a ajuns la destinația finală 111 , mai degrabă era yandex in așa caz , pun prețuri inițiale mai mici , și când ajungi la destinație ahuesti

Several serious bugs
The app definitely has quite a few of bugs! I’ve cancelled a trip on the app, but the driver apparently didn’t know that and he shouted at us when he arrived! Out of the 4 trips I took - the address was chosen wrongly by the app twice and we had to walk to the taxi with heavy bags! The drivers don’t read comments at all! I requested a minivan to the airport with a comment that we have 5 people and lots of bags, and the car that arrived clearly wouldn’t fit us all. There’s no way to order two taxis at the same time, so we had to wait for 30 minutes while the first order completed to order a taxi for the second part.
No cancel ride, no card payment
There is no way to cancel ride, and no way to pay with apple pay. If you try to add card - confirm button is not active.

Terrible App if Not Moldovan
No chance to confirm your phone number unless you have a Moldovan number. Just like some else already mentioned, if you have a US number, zero chance to confirm it as the SMS won’t come. Idiotic.

I tried every single taxi app in Chişinău and there was an issue with every single one, included Letz. I messaged them on instagram, they fixed the issue within 30 mins. Great service! I used to it get to Milestii Mici Winery and back, with absolutely no issue. Drivers used their official meters still, and paid in cash with official receipt. Can’t fault the service.
Can’t receive SMS code
I downloaded the app and have a US number that is activated while traveling but I wasn’t able to receive the SMS code that you need to confirm when signing up for an account so I’m not able to use. I tried resending the code several times.
