Issue with Melon Splash Event
I spent all this time collecting Melly bucks and it turns out you can’t buy anything with them. I had over 700 but even when selecting the items in the Melon Patch that were only 600, no option is provided to actually purchase them. Clicking on them only provided a description, no option to purchase. My time was wasted on that event.
Bug of 5.8.0 version
The 5.8.0 version has a little bug. There is a lag when picking up stuff from staffs and switching areas. Besides, what is those stuff from staffs used for?

I login today and it updates and suddenly I don’t see any of the buttons you need to interact with the UI. Their website is completely in Chinese and even if I translate the site there is no way for someone like me to contact them. Loved the game up until now.

Version 5.6.0 is buggy, when entering the lobby and outside, the buttons on the screen suddenly disappear and this is the update that I just updated, I think the game should improve the error check before publishing an update, moreover, I really like the game because the game is very relaxing and the graphics are cute and beautiful

There should be a way to report bugs in the game since the website is written in Chinese and translators don’t work on the website to help navigate it. Two of my staff members have been stuck in the same spot since the update and I have no way of reporting it.

Bad !! I paid for ad free but it still forced me to watch ads. Tried refreshing many times it’s not working and no way to contact them.
Scammed me out of currency after paying them $12
I bought the $12 package that allows you to opt out of ads and as soon as I did it they got rid of ALL of the opportunities to get extra items and currency with it. They made it look like I just wouldnt have to watch the videos anymore to get the bonuses, but now I dont get any bonuses period.

I love this game. The game is super addictive but for some reason one day I logged in the game and it was no longer my account. I was originally a bronze 2 and it jumped to silver 3 for some reason. I can’t even find my previous saved . So I gave up on the game. Great game though

Service Rating Bug
I’m not downloading Discord in order to raise complaints about a bug. What is the point of providing an email that isn’t used for reporting bugs? Anyway. Raising customer favorability through the card game is SUPPOSED to raise my Service Rating, but it isn’t. Maxing out the employees’ star rating and buying all of their outfits won’t be enough for me to level up, so that needs to be fixed ASAP. I have spent too much money on this game for YEARS, for it to still be this buggy. If it’s not fixed with the next update, I’ll just stop playing. It’s already pretty repetitive and boring, and I haven’t unlocked any new story dialogue in MONTHS.

New features keep crashing
I’ve had this game for a long while now. I had to completely restart the game one time because it glitched out so bad it erased everything on my file. I never recovered any of it and had almost all the purchased employees. I restarted the game and have progressed to where I have all the employees and extra employees leveled up. The next level is the takeout on gold 3, which in very close to obtaining. I have around 124 service rating and under 1850 food rating left to get there. My problem is that when I play the courtyard game, it closes out and erases any progress I made while taking my hot pot tickets that I never get back. Is there a fix in sight or what’s going on? Will I get my tickets back?? I rather enjoy the game but it’s happened dozens of times now. Please help.
Fun, but lots of overwhelming ads
The game is fun and I’d like to play more but there are many in game pop ups for ads that distract from the gameplay. You can pay to remove the ads. This takes away from the enjoyment of the game and makes me feel less inclined to play.
