Simppeli ja toimiva
Kun käyttöönotto onnistui, on sovellus toiminut hyvin ja on käyttäjäystävällinen. Antoi alussa kirjautuessa englanninkielisen virheilmoituksen times new romanikla ”Use of service not successful. Please try again. On repeated errors please contact your bank.” Johtui tilin aktivointiin liittyneestä virheestä, mutta virheilmoitus ja sen tyyli oli aika epäammattimainen.
UI
Absolute worst UI there is. It is 2026 and anyone can create an app with claude in 10 minutes, there shouldn’t be any excuse to have this bad UI!
Missing key functions
**The functions i asked for have now been added, thank you! The app is missing an export function (export your monthly expenses to csv or similar), please add this.
Nice design but very basic
Since the card is meant to be a card outside your bank, I think the app is missing key features to track expenses. I think adding a way to check your monthly expenses would be great to get people to use the card as their main choice of payment for all living expenses
Problematic
I have never used an app before where the login does not work for 3 days straight👍And I mean literally, the login does not work through either bank or mobiilivarmenne. I cannot use the app. I just got a new card. Will cancel it very soon. Edit: App started working shortly after writing the review. Not sure if accident or fast response from the team. Well done if the latter.
It stop working
It’s not working most of the time when needed. I am stuck can not get in. Some time it feels it might be hacked
Rinnakkaiskortin ostot
Luulin, että tässä päivityksessä jokaisen ostotapahtuman kohdalla rinnakkaiskortin käyttö näkyy eri värisenä, mutta ei. Ostokset näkyvät kuukauden yhteenvedossa, mutta lähes täsmälleen samanvärisinä ja eron näkee suurennuslasilla. Voisi käyttää toisistaan erottuvia värejä.
Balanssit väärin
Olisi tosi hienoa, jos pankkisovellus laskisi jäljellä olevan ja käytetyn balanssin oikein, mutta kun ei laske. Pää- ja rinnakkaiskortilla ovat aivan eri lukemat.

Lisätkää ostoksen kategoria tai toimialakoodi csv/pdf tapahtumaexporttiin 🙏

“Amount spent” is not correct
the application still mis-calculates amount spent this month (just deducts from your car credit limit the current balance, which is in 99.99% cases wrong). Just sum all transactions of the current month, including reservations and it will be a usable value (taking into account that in 2025 points are calculated up to credit limit value, after that they are not included)

Ikkuna on turhan pieni
10 tuuman tabletilla sovellus vie näytöstä vain noin kolmasosan. Se on käytettävissä olevan tilan vajaakäyttöä. Sovellusta olisi mukavampi käyttää, kun se olisi optimoitu koko ruudulle. Tässä päällimmäiset tällä erää.
Perusjutut ok mutta kehitettävää on
- Visa Secure vahvistuksesta ei voi poistaa luotettuja laitteita. Mitä jos myyn puhelimen tai se katoaa? Lisäisittkö poistonapin. - Tilitapahtumat olisi hyvä saada ulos CSV-tiedostona. Pitäis olla ihan perus kauraa...

Ei onnistu, ei mobiilivarmenteella eikä pankkitunnuksilla. Mitenkäs nyt visaa käytetään?
Raportti uupuu
Perustoiminnot ok, mutta joku ladattava raportti ta yhteenveto kuukausittain olisi tärkeä.

Almost every online payment verification results in a “E905 system error” initially, passing successfully only on the second attempt. Repayments take multiple days to be reflected in the balance. Avios accrual is poor and limited by the approved credit limit, and the limit is significantly lower than with other banks. The avios and tier point cycles differ from the billing cycle, yet there is no way to check tier point accrual progress for the current period. It is not possible to set a custom repayment percentage for the e-invoice: it always arrives with the minimum required payment and must be manually modified to match the total balance, making the e-invoice useless. 1 star for passing the minimum requirement: payments using the card via Apple Pay work well.

Viestit näkymä ei lataa mitään, näyttää vain tyhjää. Chattibotti ei ole onnistunut auttamaan yhtään missään, ja sovellus lisäksi lataa kaikki näkymät todella hitaasti. Poistin sovelluksen jo kerran ja latasin uudelleen eikä se auttanut.
