What people like
- Booking is easy at off-peak times
- Classes cost less than the market rate
- User interface feels simple and clean
What they complain about
- Support never actually helps
- Payment options simply don't work
- Interface is confusing and hard to use
- Phone gets hot while using it
Exercise every week🤣
I saw that many people complain about not able to book the court, for me I usually just book badminton and table tennis in my home district at non peak hours so it’s fine for me. Overall the user interface is easy to use. And I like that the Class that they offer is low price compare with the market rate.
Not user friendly at all
The whole arrangement is very bad, some of the function arrangement doesn’t make any sense at all. Not user friendly at all. A disappointing app.
In iOS, unable to use spotlight to search and launch the app
Previously in iOS spotlight search you can type SmartPLAY and it’ll find the app and allow you to launch. This no longer works. (In English)
Tuen Mun
Got scammed by the same women at the kiosk but only way I can book golf sadly:(
Poor optimization
Phone gets hot when using the app.
Payment of the deposit is often stuck.
As the title.

Network error
Fire the current app developer
None of the payment option actually works. I tried paying w apple pay, FPS, card, literally every single option but still it doesn’t allow me to pay n reserve. The instructions are confusing and customer support is nonexistent.
poor app
please check it why this app keep showing me I am in the queue but didn’t show any queue number, even I try to login in through iAMSmart.
