Be extremely careful – my money disappeared
I transferred €220 through Beans over a week ago and the money never came back. After multiple emails and messages, I’ve received vague replies or no response at all. Beans claims to offer a reliable service, but once something goes wrong, you’re on your own!!!!!. No proper support, no real accountability, no escalation path. I contacted my bank and even they can’t guarantee recovery. At this point, my money is in limbo and no one is taking responsibility. If you’re considering using this app to send money – think twice.

THE BEANSAPP HAS BEING USELESS SINCE I INSTALLED IT! Ever since i created an account with The beansapp is just as useless As i never created an account before, I’m Nigerian and of course i fund my account using, and right now beansapp is not helping matters at all! Ever since i downloaded the app I’m unable to fund my account since i created it, what is the use of the beansapp right now because it seems useless if you can’t fund your account, how can you use it when you can’t even fund it??! All it’s being saying is “NGN deposits are paused right now and would be resolved soon” like for how long?? Your very soon is taking forever, is LINK the only payment meth In the world?? If it can’t work there are thousands other banks or payments methods available to use, if you depend on only LINK you’re losing your customers because it’s making your app very useless, Tip up your game and add another possible payment method if possible!!! The app works great but I wish a couple more currencies could be supported. Can you guys add the option for Eastern Caribbean Dollars (XCD) to be deposited in the app. There’s a lot of people who can benefit from this as an on/off ramp

La app para sacar te va pidiendo cambios de divisas y por cada ingreso cambio o egreso una comisión muy enorme y no diccionario no retiro de una vez ni el retiro por banco porque tienen un intermediario Kobo que definitivamente no funciona. Perdí mucho dinero intentando
Has potential when it’s fully complete
Love the simplicity, and to be able to withdraw crypto to $ love that. But to Western Union?? Idk about that. If they are able to add more options like Zelle, cashapp, PayPal, etc. Then it be something and can rivals other similar wallets/bank like this. But for now, can’t really see this going anyway especially cause of western union.

Worst app has my money hostage
Worst support can only contact by email 3 days waiting for 267$ they want me to wait up 14days don’t do it to yourself if your transfer goes wrong you will need to wait half a month!!!

Heb driekwart jaar geleden €20 overgemaakt naar de app. Maar dat geld is nooit in de app aangekomen. Zou mooi zijn als dat nog gebeurt want het is wel gemakkelijk in gebruik (heb wat xlm van kennis ontvangen).

No la recomiendo para nada! Hace dos Medea tengo plata trabada que no puedo sacar, nadie me responde, ayer pude “sacar” dicha plata que tengo hace tiempo ahí y aun no me llega a la cuenta. Te cobran muchísima comisión para convertir y no hay forma de sacar el dinero. PÉSIMO!!!!

Ideal app for FX transactions
I’ve been very impressed with the UI and ease of use of this app. Not to mention it does exactly what it says: it makes it easy to send currencies internationally. Looking forward to more currencies being added in the future.
Couldn’t sign up because didn’t receive SMS during sign up flow
Can’t use a service where the sign up flow is broken. Went to the extent of calling my network provider but no issues on their end. I guess if this is fixed I could update my review.

Beans is one of my favorite wallets integrated with the Stellar blockchain, known for its great UX and cash on and off ramps via Moneygram.
Bad app.
Just wanted to give you a heads up about this app. So, I downloaded and registered for this app, added $50 to my account, and logged out. But when I tried to log back in later to withdraw my money, they kept saying my pin was wrong. And guess what? The same thing happened to my friend too. So, I wanted to let you know not to trust this app and to avoid downloading it. It's better to be safe and aware of these things.
