Description
O aplikaciji
Cilj naše aplikacije jeste da bude univerzalno rješenje za sve rezervacije, bilo da se radi o običnom korisniku ili vlasniku djelatnosti. Pružamo jednostavan i efikasan način upravljanja rezarvacijama na jednom mjestu.
Kako bi ljudi izbjegli nepotrebne pozive, poruke kako bi rezervisali “nešto” došli smo na ideju da automatizujemo upravo to, eliminisali smo nepotrebne korake u samom postupku rezervacije te ponudili bolje upravljanje, organizovanje ličnog vremena i vremena drugih.
Sve kategorije korisnika su u suštini obični useri koji mogu koristiti aplikaciju i za rezervisanje, za vođenje djelatnosti ili čak za posao.
Pogodnosti za korisnike(obične usere)
Kako bismo zadovolji potrebe naših korisnika ponudili smo im sve njihove lokacije(ovisno o onima koji se registruju kao vlasnici) na jednom mjestu, bilo da se radi o frizerskom ili čak stomatološkoj ordinaciju, brzo i lako mogu zakazati slobodan termin putem aplikacije.
Prednost aplikacije u odnosu rezervacije uživo jeste to što na brz i efikasan način mogu uštediti vrijeme i bez dodatni nedoumica (kao npr kad da dođem pa zaboravim) i također pravednost je jača strana jer aplikacija ne prepoznaje babine sinove - dakle first come first served.

2. Ovisno o geolokaciji dobijate približne djelatnosti/salone itd.
3. Napredni filter, filtrirajte po kategorija, gradovima, rejtingu, spolu itd.
4. Upravljanje favoritima - spremanje omiljenih lokacije radi bržeg pristupa.
5. Sve informacije o djelatnostima na jednom mjestu , cijena, uposlenici, usluge, reviews, kontakt info i lokacija, slike dr.
6. Brzo i lagano zakazivanje termina
a. Pregled i odabir usluga(sa cijenama).
b. Odabir uposlenika za određenu uslugu
c. Odabir termina po kalendaru (satu) itd.
d. Pregled i potvrda rezervacije
7. Pregled aktivnih i prethodnih rezervacija(lokacija, status, vrijeme, usluge itd)
8. Upravljanje notifikacijama (podešavanje vremena za objavijest o rezervaciji)
Pogodnosti za vlasnike djelatnosti.
Vlasnici djelatnosti veći dio svog vremena potroše na upravljanju rezervacija, nadziranju uposlenih i slično.
Na našoj aplikaciji vlasnici imaju mogućnost da “objave”/ naprave svoju djelatnost(profil) kako bi bili vidljivi običnim korisnicima a također to i dodatno olakšava uposlenima jer se izbjegavaju “dosadne” procedure pri rezervaciji i praćenju rezervacija.
Features:
1. Brzo i lako kreiranje profila djelatnosti
2. Prikaz osnovnih informacija o salonu (naziv, lokacija, uposlenici, usluge, kategorija itd) većem broju potencijalnih klijenata.
3. Uređivanje profila djelatnosti
a. Naziv, lokacija, slike, kategorije, usluge itd.
4. Upravljanje uposlenima
a. Dodavanje i brisanje uposlenih i sve meta podataka vezanih za njih(usluge, termini tid)
b. Prikaz rezervacija po uposleniku
5. Kompletan pregled rezervacija sa filterom npr po uposleniku, po salonu itd + detalji rezervacije
6. Mogućnost kreiranja više zasebnih radnjih koje će djelovati neovisno jedna od druge.
7. Izdvajanje/promovisanje radnje.
Pogodnosti za uposlene.
Treća kategorija su uposlenici koje vlasnik dodaje putem emaila/mobitela u svoju radnju.
Uposlenici imaju mogućnost da definišu termine, usluge, cijene usluga, trajanje termina i slično kako bi to bilo vidljivo na profilu djelatnosti.
Uposlenici za razliku od vlasnika mogu vidjeti samo detalje vezane za njih ali ne i za druge.

2. Brzo i lako definisanje sopstvenih termina, usluga, cijena kao i trajanje termina
