Theft
If I could give this 0 stars I would. Playing with no problem then all of a sudden my account closes and I’m unable to log in! Fast forward 30 minutes I check again the whole account has been closed. Had about £50/60 in the account active balance and it auto closed with no warning. Joke.
I never win because they are scammers innocent people
Very bad all casino and staff very very bad
No real drama
Customer service is slightly slow but did get a response within 6 hours. Paid out instantly. Nothing bad to report.
Scam
STAY AWAY. If you lose, doesn’t matter how much, they’re happy to take your money. The moment you start winning, the app stops you from playing more and asks for a chat -which is a bot. Then, they say that they’ll connect you to a real person but they don’t.
Roulette Players Beware
During some of those long sessions when you have to sit through hundreds of spins with no hits, Skill On Net will often knock you off the table when you’re in the middle of playing and not let you back onto the table until you’ve had a 15 minute chat with them about gambling addiction. And of course when you log back on to the table you see the ball has just hit your numbers for 20 spins in a row ! I’m exaggerating but you get the point. It’s honestly the most annoying thing I’ve ever experienced.
Fun
Easy to use
Dodgy casino. No support
When trying to contact, you are faced with a chatbot that refuses to put you through to anyone and it’s pre selected answers are deliberately designed to avoid the most common issues people will be contacting for. Going in circles and eventually makes you give up contacting them. Shocking how they have a licence
Genting app
Rubbish - hardly any slots work properly and server terrible
One of the better ones for slots
Played the slots on this app for a while now and never had a problem withdrawing money it takes 2-3 days! You have to cancel your bonuses if you want to cash out but all the online slot apps do this, I enjoy using this app
Bad casino
Worst online slots i have ever played it just such a scam i hate this and i dont recomend someone using this worst out of all do not download you will loose so much money very bad hate this
£90 in and 1 bonus of £1.60
No words really disgusting level of greed
Snakes
Absolute snakes. Deposited £10 and didn’t get my bonus. Plus wouldn’t let me withdraw my £10 as said I had to have at least £20 to withdraw. Then they gave me bonus of £10 then played with bonus and they took it out of my money so I only had £10 bonus I couldn’t withdraw and £10 lost. DO NOT USE
Bonus game wont load
Bonus game wont load seems like a scam
Scam
I won £39 pound of the free spins welcome it did not credit it to my balance I had to do wager requirements which I then did making the bonus money going over £200 then I completed it and I received no money scam waste of time
Jackpot
No chance to win any jackpot trying for over a 10 years. I will come back when I’m retired maybe then I will win at least for my coffin 🤪
Pathetic app
Biggest waste of time, money and effort when using this app. They say you have to wager the winning 10x which I then did and then when I logged back into my account the money had disappeared. Was then sat on the live chatbot waiting for a real person to respond and tell me where my money has gone. I was waiting for an hour and a half and did not get a response.
Basically a scam
