Horrible
First, never order anything through this app, especially for delivery. Since they don't have any customer service, if your delivery is wrong or missing, you're on your own.
App is good but needs improvement
The app works great. The only problem I have with it is that when I click start order on one of the offers none of the offers get applied and I have to pay the full price. I can’t really use the app a lot because my store doesn’t have a QR code scanner. Also there’s an option that says if you forgot to tell the employee to scan your QR code, you can scan the barcode on your receipts but every time I ordered there, I never got a barcode.

Cant scan the reward qr code. Asking for location permission always when the location permission is enabled

Great App. Very easy to use.
Restaurant can’t handle app orders
Maybe it’s just my local store, but they really can’t handle app orders. Last time I waited 1 full hour for my mobile order while the staff prepared the orders of walk-in customers
App needs work
App is not user intuitive. You will spend 20 minute figuring out how to redeem rewards and place an order. Very frustrating, hope they take user feedback and fix the issues.
App still broken after update
So i saw there was a new update for the app today and the receipt scanning is still broken. It still asks for location services even though it is on. Please try to fix it and test it before updating it again.

Outdated and False
I’ve been using the app for some time now and the rewards and coupons don’t ever go through. Lots of “offers” listed but when putting all the required items into the cart, no discount applies and the full price stays in the cart at checkout. Super lame, Tex.

I have seen different types promotions in the app and tried thousand times, none of them worked. I went to store to get some help but they don’t know anything about app. Needs improvement big time.

What is the point of ordering through app for pick up to end up waiting longer than people ordering through kiosk? I place order through app and come 10 minutes later even to pick up an order and end up waiting longer than people ordering in line

The app used to be so good. How do you DOWNGRADE app development wise? Now they scam you of your reward points, make you constantly close and restart app to order, and if you try to contact them regarding rewards it doesn’t even go through.

Receipt scanning still broken
The rewards still don’t let you scan your receipts and just says enable location services, even though it is already on. Latest update and tried multiple times in the last few weeks.

Makes you log in too often. Never remembers you pay ment details, and many times I have had to go to store and order because app wouldn’t let me order.
