Good gym, good staff and good clients. Equipment could do with an upgrade.

I don’t know why it shows a blank screen when opening the app, very disappointing now I have to buy a access card from the gym which is fine it’s $30 but it’s just annoying.

Logging out
Regularly logs me out. I use it only to open door and often I have to stand outside of the gym and wait for the security code. It is not a banking app - you don't need auth token to expire every month - at least use SMS and remember phone number, so restore is quick.

It often asks for email verification when you are in rush and trying to get to the gym. Your access is temporarily suspended until the verification is done.

Keeps logging out
It is very annoying that it keeps logging out every week. I have to stand outside in front of the door and log back in with email id, and email verification. How ridiculous. I started using my physical door key fob!!
Error 1002
Got stuck outside the gym a few times. The latest error shows “error 1002”, the door could not open. There were a few times that it could not detect the gym.

Making members stand in the rain waiting for an email code is ridiculous
At least once a week we are stuck at the front door of the gym typing out our email & waiting for a verification code before we can enter. My email won’t even save to make things quicker. It’s even worse that I’m in a moon boot. Please fix this ASAP!

I’d give it 5 stars if I could check how crowded the gym is from home before heading out.

Can the app include details on all my last visits and locations. Will help with me keeping track. Also if we can monitor exercises done within the app too
doesn’t work
I go to plus fitness Jindalee, half the time the app says I’m 600 meters away even though I’m right in front of it. People have been complaining about this since April. Thats 7 months ago
App not working, cannot access gym
I am an active plus fitness member, but the app only shows a grey screen when I open it and never loads, I’ve tried restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app and use both WiFi and mobile data but the issue still happen. Since I need the app from gym access , this affect my ability to enter the gym outside staffed hours. Please fix the grey screen issue so member can use the access feature properly
NOT KEEPING PEOPLE LOGGED IN TO THE APP ALMOST A PERFECT APP
Needs to stop asking people for a code every so often to use the app and just remember members information but overall it is very quick and convenient to use nearly a perfect app but just that could be improved so 4/5 stars
Re Logging On
It’s a pain to have to re-logon every month or so
ITS A SCAM. DONT JOIN THE GYM.
The app does not work at all, contacted Lidcombe plus fitness they stated they do not provide key fobs and access into the gym is through the app. Do not sign up to plus fitness.
Constantly getting logged out
Logs me out for no reason after a couple of weeks and I regularly go to the gym so I’m stuck outside the gym for sometimes an hour just trying to get in
Can’t access gym
Half the time this app doesn’t even let me enter as it tells me there is no gym even though I’m standing right in front of the door. I often end up just having to wait until someone leaves. The old keycards are much more reliable.
Keeps logging out
Every few weeks the app logs me out for no reason. Really annoying. Also please put labels on the tab bar as the icons are confusing. All the glitter and animations don’t add to the experience. This is a utility app Lo get me into the club. Just let me use it as such.

Truly awful app. Keeps logging you out and asking for code validation. Hours later no code has been sent. Tried resetting and sending code over and over again - 2 hours later code arrives and app timed out so you have to request another code.

You’re driving, you arrive at the parking gate for the gym, reach for your phone, open the app - and you’re logged out with traffic queuing behind you. So you need to enter your email, open your mail client, copy the code, then log in. Can we not have FaceTime or Biometrics that prevent being booted out every 10 days?
