Bluetooth doesn’t work correctly
Bluetooth doesn’t work correctly, it need to activate every time via app
Very slow and unreliable
All necessary features are there, and even some nice extras. But the app is terribly slow: each screen is taking 5-7 seconds to load. Also, very often the app simply doesn't work: video won't load, the door won't open. And it's not just the app, the regular intercom inside the apartment is now glitchy too.
Issue
i cannot log into my account for 3 days straight now, if there is a bug or something please fix it
Horrible service and application
Fix this cking application people cant open thier door because your programmers are dumbass idiots
Unreliable Intercom System Experience
The worst experience, being locked outside my building at 4:00 AM because the system wasn’t working. This is unacceptable for a service that people rely on for everyday access and security.
Can’t enter my home and support doesn’t respond
Beware that it may stop working all of a sudden and nobody will respond.
