Since the update I am unable to use the app.
Updates!?
Stop making the updates mandatory! Often when you’re looking for a part, it’s because your machines broken down on site with limited access to cell service and time. It’s very frustrating to have to update and type in vin every time when your just looking for a quick part number

I constantly have to log back in, please fix this.

Very slow and buggy
I want to use the app in the field, where reception and internet are not great. The app is bloated, slow, inefficient.

Cool app, but a bit slow
Marginal at best
Very difficult to follow parts diagrams. I’m a mechanical engineer by training and trying to find the next lower assembly diagram to find the part is virtually impossible. They don’t share the secret decoder ring to find the right parts.
Can’t login
Haven’t been able to login, when I try it sends me to a blank page, it’d be cool if you diddnt have to redirect to login

Accessories
I was unable to find any Caterpillar accessories such as jackets and sportswear in this application. It appears they only have engineering-related items.
Hand tools
On cat central when you look up tools pictures don’t match it’s hard to find things The hand tools and shop supplies catalog is much better look up tool get part then go to cat central order tool with part number Western performance diesels a cat dealer website for tools is better then the caterpillar corporation one maybe you could do it more like them Thanks for the platform to let you know Cheers
