Developers deserted the game
Played this game a few years ago, stopped because there was a bug where it doesn’t let you progress due to being stuck on “build consultation room 8”. Everything is maxed out but the task is still unchecked. Stumbled across the game in my downloads, checked to see if they ever added anything and they haven’t. The recent updates / patch notes list tells you everything you need to know!

Fun while it lasted
The game is interesting, and I enjoyed it, but there are only two hospitals to upgrade. Don’t buy the extra research or builders, because you might as well take your time to finish! There are some bugs, in that the bonuses from the rabies event disappear, and the customer support says they know, and it’s to be corrected in an update…but the last update was over a year ago, so likely not happening!
Love the game
I enjoy the game, it’s simple and I love the care of helping patients, the emergency team when they move out, it gives out a simulation of how things are done in a hospital. I love completing the task.
No progress
They have been promising another hospital level for over 3 years now. YOU WILL GET STUCK AFTER THE SECOND HOSPITAL. THATS IT! END OF GAME!!
Loved the game but…
The game provides nostalgic fun, however, after building 2 hospitals (which didn’t take very long) I have nothing else to do. There’s no development. I’ve checked through all of the reviews to find this has been the case for 2/3 years!! Is there ever going to be anything else to do? Should I just delete now?
TOO MANY BUGS
I come off the game for an hour and now I can’t play or upgrade this needs to be fixed. It’s just fast playing has been for 5 mins been scrolling off to come back on and it do the same over and over again
Game glitch
I really liked this game, I even paid for no adds, but my game is glitched. It won’t let me move forward saying I need to upgrade the consultation room but everything is all maxed out so I can’t even play it anymore since no more progress can be made due to the glitch.

Not the one
Spent money on this game, just for it not to even function properly. Not a single patient was being treated, and nothing got accomplished. When you try to contact support, the page is blank. Garbage game. Thanks for robbing me
Great gameplay
This is a great little game. One suggestion would be to not stall the building work in one hospital when switching between them. I was working on the new one, and had my helipad work started last night, this morning, it’s still building like I’d only just set it going. Also the boosts have disappeared from either hospital screen and I’m not able to add anything to make them better. Is this a bug and when is the next update. 8 months seems like a long time between fixes
Crashes
Great game was really enjoying it, until it crashes and wipes all your staff and progress from your hospital!! Has done this twice now, cleared all my staff and research and have no money and have had to restart the whole hospital again, so annoying and now it’s happened twice in the space of a couple of days, no point in playing the game

I said three stars because it won’t let me have anymore money than $5,000. So I can’t really upgrade anything, or do anything that costs more than $5,000.
Great game!
This is a good daily game for anyone who’s looking for a game to just get on for a few minutes each day and gradually build up there hospital. There’s only ads if you choose to get extra help which is very nice. The game is really fun, highly recommend!
DO NOT WASTE ANY $ IN THIS SCAM
This game has a glitch for the 2nd hospital. It will not show room 8 objective completed. I messaged them 2 years ago and received a response that it was a known issue that would be fixed in the next update. There has never been an update! So don’t bother wasting your time, it’s a dead end!
Creative and interesting
If you keep adding to the complexity of this game, I think it could have a lot of potential to grow on the app favorites boards. I love roller coaster tycoon by Atari and think this has creativity for a tycoon game. Compared to competitors with similar apps, this has a level of maturity to it. The more realistic the diagnostic elements of the game and more challenging the strategy, the more likely you will attract people that I think would like the game more long term. A story plot line around the holidays could be interesting to play with too for bonuses in the game. Suggestions: subtype doctor specialty could lead to plot lines…ex: if this doctor is placed in the room with another doctor type, a more complex illness is cured and the patient is happy. (Team coordination in a room) Staff suggestions: medical billers that speed up cash payout time, nurse practitioners save money over doctors, building maintenance (electrical, water, plumbing, or medical* equipment), fire or police security maintenance Building suggestions: based on point of care continuity, (physical therapy, long term care, in or outpatient surgery, pediatrics, birthing center, preventative med clinic) For complexity: tycoon games could include more finance; ex: loans, building investment, building maintenance characters (X-ray machine maintenance, CT maintenance), in addition to janitors
Love the Game, I want my money back
UPDATE: as of 1/5/25 there has been now new update and services has not been restored. I love the game. Since I’ve gotten this game I can not put it down. I wanted to spend some money in the game to help bolster my progress (again l really like the game and the concept) so I purchased the “workers pack” for $9.99. I was charged $10.61 to my card and I was okay with that (taxes and fees). I have used the support button to speak with someone about the purchase (I understand there is a 72hr turn around). I just want my $10.61 back and I will just play the free version.
Needs Bug Fixes
Ive sent two messages to the developers to try and get the big fixes completed. I paid about $30 into this game and my game keeps saying I need to hire 1 equipment administrator and 2 medical instrument administrators in Hospital General which is already done and that I need to build construction room 8 which is already built in Paradise Hills Hospital. I am unable to move to the third hospital even though the first two hospitals say I am at 100% so I guess I just wasted my money on the game. Other than that the game is really good just needs the fixes so I can keep playing.
Love this game but I ran into a problem
I downloaded this game a long time ago and had no problems with it, I stopped playing for a while and redownloaded it. Well it obviously started me over which is fine, but now when i improve my staff it doesn’t give me the stars or rewards and it won’t level me up. I don’t if this is happening to anybody else but it needs to be fixed. I can’t enjoy the game with bugs like this. Please fix it.

I really like this game, but the bugs are making it frustrating to play. I used 50 gems for an extra investigator and the game is not letting me use it. The game also is not letting me research the bandage supplies. This means I can’t use the operation room. It would be a five stars if these bugs were fixed.

Not up to the hype
Only two hospitals. 2nd cannot be completed due to known bug that will not be fixed anytime soon. Tech support says no plans for updates. 2nd hospital has unopened areas that cannot be opened. Maxed out staff. I can only assume that the known bugs are ways to slow players down. Will not be financially supporting this app…

Glitches and no progress
This game was fun until there were tons of glitches. Unable to progress through. Super disappointing to have dedicated time to a game that has no updates. It’s like Codigames creates tons of games but does not fix bugs. I don’t recommend downloading any of their games. Smh.
Great idol game
Brilliant game to play especially since you open it and set builders and researchers to work them close it. I played the first hospital ages ago on my iPad and was thinking about it as my iPad broke so downloaded it on my phone and it has a new hospital which is great. Only thing wrong is the new hospital is miles bigger, a lot more rooms and yet there is only 6 distributors still so I lose a lot of patients that are fed up waiting. I have 8 consultant rooms, 8 radiology rooms, 8 surgery rooms and 3 dentist. I always employ genius doctors yet there are no doctors that specialize in dentistry so they need a lot of materials and again I only have 6 distributors fully upgraded. It’s just not enough. Also I seem to have lost my boosters. They were there when I opened the new hospital but now they’ve disappeared and even though I’ve researched stats for everything it is stuck saying the consult rooms are my most profitable when reality shows it’s surgery. So I think there are bugs still but it doesn’t take away from the game play

Bugs not fixed
The game has t been updated for months. There’re quite a lot of bugs and I contacted the developer and they reply will be fixed in the next update. Now the latest update was 8 months ago. No new levels. I’m quitting.

I really love playing this game but having to pay for additional workers in absolutely insane to me. Add more workers with out us having to pay for it.
Fun at First

Fun until it deleted my progress
Got this game as something fun to do every now and then, got to the second hospital and got up to 88% completed with it when suddenly I logged on and all my doctors had disappeared, all workers were gone, all research had disappeared and 11 of my already built rooms were gone along with sporadic stations for my distributors and suppliers were gone. I’m not sure what happened or why but I will be deleting this game. Gave it two stars since it was fun while it was properly working.
Fun for awhile, then broken
I got a 100% on the first hospital. At the 2nd hospital, the emergencies stopped happening completely. It’s been weeks without them. An objective “build consolation room 8” has been done but it won’t give me credit. In fact, all hospital rooms have been built. Summary, was fun until it wasn’t possible to continue. You can quickly make in game money without buying any packs.

I finished everything in a matter of weeks. That was months ago. Any sign of an update with extensions, expansions of existing rooms etc? It’s a great little game but I can’t do anymore to it.
Help! Skills icon is missing!
My skill icon is missing after getting a new hospital! I had them in the old hospital. I used them at new hospital then went back to the one they were there then when I went back to my new hospital the lighting icon is missing!!

Bugs galore
This game could be really great but it has tons of bugs and issues. I played to the second hospital and then it got really buggy. All my boost’s disappeared and now I can’t create a support ticket as all of the text isn’t readable. I would definitely not pay money as you won’t get anything from it.

Pretty fun game to pass dead time. A few weeks in though and everything’s upgraded to maximum, that’s kind of the end of the game.

I downloaded this game thinking it would be a fun time-consuming game, but when I opened it, it refused to load. My phone is up to date and this happened on my friend’s phone as well. FIX. IT.
Lost progress
I love this game. However one day I log on and almost all my progress is there but all my research had been reset my rooms were still available but all my doctors were gone all of my medical supplies my ambulance and helicopter all disappeared and my vault was reset I’m currently trying to catch back up on everything my hospital went from a 80% complete to 23% complete I’m honestly very disappointed I’ve uninstalled and reinstalling to see if it corrects the issue but I tried to force close the app and reopen nothing changed. I’m really upset that I have to restart all of that and the amount of time it took to do all the research and it’s like starting all over.
