The box will not open
I tried to open the basketball box at Gildner Green in Kitchener a week ago, didn’t work. Spoke to the Ai support service, no luck. Went back today and it still won’t open.

Everything about the app and device is good. One thing I would like to have is, use broken equipment. Ping pong balls tend to break easily, if you could still let me pick the ping pong bats I can use personal balls or even replace the broken balls. Summer is very short and losing days because of just broken ping pong balls is bit frustrating.

System with hiccups
I have had one experience with Equip and it’s mixed. First off the lockers did not open.. support helped out and my suspicion that the lockers were jammed was confirmed. We were able to unlock one other locker, I asked the support to change the reservation to one SUP board, this was ok, and I was reimbursed. That worked out quite smooth.. But when my session ended the application asked me to take photos of the two lockers!? I only had one SUP board reserved, why return two boards? Not sure though whether it was an error on the side of the support or on the side of the reservation system. I love the idea and the excecution of the application is not bad, but to become a really reliable sharing/renting tool it will still need some iterations.

Pour la connexion, c’est un petit peu particulier, maintenant je suis au courant de la petite modification qu’il faut faire sur son téléphone, c’est-à-dire: il faut que le Bluetooth soit en mode toujours activé.

Facturations injustifiées
Attention aux TEP souvent buggés. J’ai été débité deux fois de 15 euros pour un prêt gratuit qui s’est très bien passé et rendu dans les temp. J’ai été facturé une fois le jour de l’utilisation et une fois aujourd’hui, c’est à dire trois jours plus tard. Le service d’aide est mal fait, une IA nous répond et est censé nous connecter à un agent humain qui n’arrive jamais.
Contrôles plus répétés
Le paddle que j’ai pris ce 12h30, casier n* 2, était très très sale et plutôt rayée ainsi que la rame pleine d’algues. Un des élastiques détaché de son point d’accrochage. Je l’ai remis en place dans un meilleur état de propreté pour le prochain et accroché l’élastique, pourtant pas si difficile. L’être humain n’a pas de savoir vivre … Vous devriez faire un contrôle plus poussé. Sinon toujours aussi top.
App Figée sur l'écran d'accueil au demarrage
Je suis sur iPhone se2022 et lorsque l'app démarre elle reste figée sur l'écran d'accueil le seul bouton actif est l'aide. Rien d'autre ne se passe à l'écran lorsque je swipe ou lorsque je tape sur les icônes au centre. Quelqun rencontre-t-il le même problème ? L'app a fonctionné sur ce modèle de téléphone lorsque je l'ai installée la première fois il y a.emviron 1 an.
What a great idea
In my morning walk with my little one, I came across one of the equip sport box with soccer balls. Read on the side and using the QR code downloaded the app and accessed one of the ball in less than 3 minutes. So intuitive and simple to use and FREE! Whomever comes up with this idea deserves an applaud ! Thanks, had a good game with my little one

On dirait que les développeurs n’ont pas regardé les utilisateurs, surtout lors du premier login! Procédure trop compliquée et longue. J’ai perdu patience , c’était annoncé ´gratuit’ et j’avais pas ma carte de crédit sur moi. Je suis parti.
Beautiful surprise
We were playing at a park a few blocks away from our neighbourhood and saw a lovely 2 Net Basket Court. We wished we had thought to bring a ball. Then we discovered this amazing set up! Wonderful game of 21 with our teenage boys and their Dad. Beautiful summer memory! Thanks.
