After register, login shows password incorrect, then forget password and create new password already still showing password incorrect

This app is not functioning at all , downloaded and tried to register and it keep on going back to user information … why create something not useful?

Cannot check my account
apps very worst, i can’t check my status account to pay my bill..then MBI will charged me RM150.00 for late pay bill (waran)…very worst Majlis, please update your system for easier to users.
Tak boleh buat bayaran online dalam apps
Tahun ni dapat surat suruh bayar cukai taksiran. Tapi bila nak byr xboleh pula dalam ni. Dah ada apps takkan nak kena gi bayar kat kaunter pulak!

PLease shut down your apps if don’t know how to maintain it, i try 2day to open and make payments but loading till now, please don’t put in your bills to use apps anymore waste everyone time.
