My opinion about this Awesome game
I love this game so much, this game has always been here for me, I've always loved playing it, and if anyone rates it a 4 star, then I would just ask why, because I think this game should have 5 stars every single time I have maxed out every single hospital and I would love new hospitals to be added to the game maybe new animations, maybe we can go into a ambulance and help people in the emergency room. I love this game very much and I would love to see more of this game.
App crashing on update

Ad removal?
Love it and would gladly pay to remove the adds but it doesn’t seem to have that option. Too bad…otherwise it would have 5 stars!
Less ads and more money
All the games like this are ad based where you can’t simply play without watching an ad, you don’t make as much money so they give you the option to watch countless ads just for an upgrade. Just to get my hospital moving I had to watch some ads just to upgrade and make some money, at this point I feel like the game is more focused on ads than anything because it’s boring just trying to playing to the game without watching the ads to improve your hospital and you don’t make as much money 10 dollars per patient. This game will be so much fun if it was rational and allowed you to make a lot of money so you don’t have to watch the ads, I feel like I’m watching mores ad than I am playing.

Why did I have over $6000 and not be able tho get my 2nd area of the first room
Love it but…
I played it all the time but it started to glitch and all the rooms I unlocked were not there but over all I like it 🥺 so I deleted it and reinstalled and so far it’s good as new but I lost everything but I will play it again cause it’s fun 🤩

Скучная, не стоит внимания
Действия медленные, однообразные, надоедает в первые минуты, деньги копятся медленно. Душная, скучная, даже если вам уж совсем делать нечего то лучше что-то другое придумать.

Fun game … too many ads
Can’t get into any sort of flow with the game, when it forces a 30s ad on you every 2mins.

It’s a good game and I would carry on playing it but the amount of ads is insane almost 3 and a minute people in general would like to enjoy a game without getting interrupted every 20 seconds

TOO MUCH ADS!!
Don’t get me wrong this game is hella fun but it’s just that there’s ads popping up every 15-20 seconds and it would be laggy after a ad.
Good game
I like this game, it’s simple but addicting. My only issue is there are so many adds when your just trying to walk. I would understand the adds if your collecting the gold cases or playing an add for unlocking something for free but adds just randomly appear. I would even pay to remove the adds If it was an option. However I do still enjoy the game

Реклама через каждые 43 секунды, геймплей один и тот же, через 20 мин игры заняться в ней нечем. И после всего этого, APPLE помещает ее в топ 1 симуляторов. APPSTORE давно стал продажной помойкой, которая свои топы и выборы редакции раздаёт тем, кто занесёт больше.

I was playing a game and got an ad for this game. It was a guy with his hand up another mans gown touching him and to put it mildly beating him. As a kids game this seems like a highly inappropriate ad to be putting on to get people to download your game.

it’s a good time waster game that you don’t get a chance to get into because the number of ads will have you deleting it.

Very good Intro
Way too many ads.
Other than being too many ads I always walk into the patients as their leaving and it is annoying because I get stuck between the patients walking and the hospital beds and it frustrates me.
Could be better
It’s very fun but you don’t get money when your not playing or playing other levels
