Poor Service, No Accountability & Endless Customer Follow-ups
My experience with BHFL has been extremely disappointing. The biggest issue is the complete lack of proper customer support and communication. Even after selecting English or Telugu as the preferred language while contacting customer care, representatives often continue speaking only in Hindi, making communication difficult and frustrating. More importantly, customer care representatives often seem unaware of the actual issue or context of our query. We have to explain the entire situation repeatedly, yet they are unable to understand what assistance we are expecting or provide a meaningful resolution. Calling customer care feels like a complete waste of time. We have also faced serious issues with loan servicing. We were asked to pay EMIs without proper clarity regarding the required payment/cheque formalities. Despite sending multiple emails and repeatedly following up for clarification, we received little to no meaningful assistance. When responses do come, they are often blunt, generic, and fail to address the actual questions raised. This is extremely frustrating when customers are dealing with their hard-earned money and important financial commitments. A financial institution should provide transparency, accountability, and responsive customer support—not force customers to continuously chase them for answers. BHFL seriously needs to improve its customer service, language support, communication, and complaint resolution process. My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Agents will give you best rate and say it will update as per RBI repo rate but fact is they will increase when RBI increases but not reduce when RBI reduces so your interest will always grow bigger never reduce and they dont have direct link repo rate loans so they always say its as per our standard and conditions

Amount debited without intimation to customer
Amount got debited from my account, when I called customer executive they don’t have proper info, they don’t know who will resolve the our issue, whom should we ask for the debited amount , total worst experience with Bajaj. Just for an escaping they will that they will get back but they won’t.

Worst service ( they don’t deserve even one star)
Bajaj Housing Finance has been extremely unresponsive after the loan was approved. They keep presenting auto-debits without any explanation, causing unnecessary stress. During loan processing they were proactive, but once the loan was taken, the service became terrible and unprofessional. No clear answers, no support, and no accountability. Very disappointing experience.

Useless App. Pre payment functionality will never work
I have never encountered such a useless organization. The interest charged is much higher than a conventional home finance institution. The app never lets you do a prepayment option. Going to office is as waste of an excerise as possible. My suggestion to any prospective borrower. Please please don’t take any loan from Bajaj Finance. They will ensure that you pay the highest interest and in full even if you wish to foreclose, by whatever means possible.

Have seen the bank and application Evolv a lot. Can surely mention this is one of the top applications I have seen in the BFSI industry. Even Bajaj’s Products are really very customer friendly.

Since Past 1month I have been trying to do part payment through aap but the app is not responding for the part payment page even of lots of complaints email they guys are not resolving the issue ,instead they are asking to come to their office and do the payment their

Worst service
I got my loan approved from here. After some disbursement, this people are not ready to disburse loan in name of some scheme confirmation. Even when i have made 90% of my own contribution this people are not ready yo pay 90% of their approved loan amount. Struggling since 3 weeks. I asked them to call me or give me your number but nothing. They only like to email. In this process i am losing time and builder is very upset. Thinking to switch my loan. Suggest me something good guys…
