Really fun game but I can’t find the soul summoning

When the game have a new version update. They also have a new bug such as losing hero, cannot login to game, bug skill and bug item. They have no customer support to help you. They going to fix the bug with new update in 1-2 weeks.

Always Saying Network Lagging
I have played this game for a long time (started with the Cantonese version before the English was released) and quite recently, my game is always saying “Network Lagging”. It does this on full bars of Wifi and on full bars of 5G network when I turn wifi off. Idk what’s going on with this game but it’s hindering gameplay.

The pull mechanic for good characters are awful… that’s the only negative thing about this game…
A lot of bugs without fixing
0 work from developers, server error and can’t log in anymore. Tried to contact the developer but no help, just tell you to reinstall and if it doesn’t work, you are on your own. Waste of time and money. Don’t even start to play the game

Been trying to update for two days and no matter my connection or how many hours i let it update it refuses to update. Can i please have a response as to how to fix the problem? Big fan of the series and have put a lot into this game. Usually when apps break like this i just delete them and never play again but i want to give this one a chance with how much i will have wasted if i do.

App not loading
I am enjoying the game however, just today when I am logging in to my account the app just closes on its own try restarting my phone and even re-installing the app but it’s still the same after logging in the app will shut down. Please fix this ASAP.
Good game but have a little problem
This game is very interesting but i think it have some problem with the time and then The game is still running slow.
Recent update can’t play game
With the new recent update the games is not working, it force close every time I try to open it and I just top up on in game currency for the new SP character, if the developer does not fix the bugs the game is unplayable.
Really Impressed
I’ve played a couple of mobile Soul Land adaptations and this by far the best. Soul Land Mini is a joke and I played an 8-bit gacha version a few years ago that was good. But I’m a huge fan of Clash of Soulmasters. The soul ring skills and implementation are really good. Great use of spirit bone application. My only complaint is that the SP characters are pretty much only feasible through purchasing. Also, the Mods need to finish translating everything in game but will definitely keep enjoying the game.

App started crashing when signed in.
So far I really enjoy the game and I’m currently the number 1 player on my server. However today all of the sudden the app will crash anytime I’m signed in and on the select server or start screen. This is a massive issue especially when players like myself have spent money so I hope for a fix soon. It only crashes once you sign in as well.

Crashes/glitchy
It’s just super laggy and play is glitchy. I have a iPhone 14 and it crashes on it and even ran it on my gaming computer which had plenty of power and spec to run it, it’s still laggy and glitchy. Straighten that out and you can have an awesome game. A lot of people been looking for a good turn base game these days!
Everything good except
PVE events are limited in a certain time of day which very inconvenient for people live in different time zone like me. Learn from Onmyoji, they open events at 2 separated time so everyone can do it. The model looks weird if you had play Asia and TW version of this game

It’s keeps giving the notice that there is update to download but it wouldn’t download and now I can’t get past that update screen and can’t access the game.
