Good till you have to pay
I only gave this five stars so I can tell the truth I was enjoying cleaning till yo have to pass the goals and you can’t use commercials to get credits you have to pay to pass the goal of cleaning and upgrading the governors home you can’t do anything else. THIS GAME IS A SCAM
Attack of the ads
This could be a very fun game if ads were not popping up every 30 damn seconds
Bugged/Soft locked
I got to the point in the game where I have to unlock the power plant, but it won’t let me click on it at all. Clicking on it does nothing. Otherwise it’s a good game
Too Many Add
Nice enough game, plenty to do but far to many adverts, ruins the gaming experience. I don’t want to pay £9.99 to to play a game for more than 5 seconds without an advert
Could be fun
There are too many ads and the game crashes from time to time. It’s like any other game where you either pay or watch ads. Once yo reach certain levels, you have to pay. There is no way to earn enough from the game to get certain upgrades.

I am really eco-friendly. I love playing clean up games when I am not recycling. I can’t stand litter bugs. This game is a blast to play. 5 stars ⭐️ all around.
Ads crash
Ads crash so much, the game has become unplayable.

Not a bad game, can be addictive. Only gripe is you still get forced to watch all those ads after getting the 'remove forced ad' package..blah..
Ad screens lock up
Decent game, but three major issues: 1) When clicking for ads to get in-game bonuses, often it gets stuck on the black transition screen. This requires a force close and restart. 2) When clicking to upgrade, it can switch to Gems that will get spent without being extra careful. They seem to intentionally setup instances where these can be spent - without offering a verification screen asking if you are sure you want to use them. Feels unethical. 3) Prices for the multiple unlocks are excessive for a mobile game. For example, the game requires using pedestrians with grocery carts to help clear streets, and they bring their trash to a compost station, which will fill very, very often. This causes the pedestrians to block the streets, effectively shutting down the rest of the game. They want a full $9 USD to stop this from happening. Add together all the unlocks and the game would wind up costing as much - if not more, than a full PS5 game… when it is nowhere near that level of fame. I’d maybe pay $3 for this one unlock, which makes this game effectively not worth it.
Bug
just wanted to let the developers know I love the game so far, but I found this bug to wear a trash person with the barrel get stuck and blocked traffic for all of the trash trucks I have a screenshot, but I don’t know how to add it to this

Meh
Every choice come with an ad to go ad-free. The fire trucks don’t come from the fire station and the people can’t get out of the street. Even at max speed everything is slow. The game is a good concept but there is no logic to it.
Enjoyed to a point..
Enjoyable game until the quests make you buy more trucks and walkers. Which is fine. Progression. But then you have too many walkers which block the road causing traffic jams. Poor AI, possibly. Intended, more likely. To make you buy the upgrades… 9.99 to remove 10 tons of rubbish. Which won’t like 2 minutes. The game intends for you to purchase micro transactions to progress at any speed or at all.

I got another idea to feedback for you guys why not add horizontal screen option for fans be able to rotate its phone from vertical to horizontal back n forth to let their wrist rest without straining it for hours while playing the game gosh the game is really enjoyable I have so far
Would cost a fortune for a freaking game.
They are constantly trying to sell you something. It’s annoying that you really can’t even play without buying a package or some deal.

Game is fun, however, the double ad watches never give you a reward. Only the single ads will award you. Only pet-peeve.
Fun Game
Hello there. I don't normally leave reviews but here I really wanted to. It's a fun game that doesn't hound you with ads like other games. You can use ads to get multipliers and such but you have the choice. My only complaint about the game is the street cleaners (wheelbarrows) block the road stopping the garbage trucks from doing their job and it's frustrating. I don't know if it's a bug or what, but it makes me stop playing. Which is a shame because I genuinely enjoy the game. I'll remove this complaint and adjust my star rating when this issue is resolved.

Fertilizer correction
As another person said the fertilizer stuff needs a rework. Maybe make it so both draw from the tractor and the tractor isn’t connected to the fertilizer shop? I can understand the que to make people need to buy that upgrade. Other then that awesome game.
Blocking road and composter stuck
It’s pretty ridiculous that you let the people with wheelbarrows block the road. And now once I reached level 4 the composter wont work so the wheelbarrow pushers are stuck blocking the road and trucks cant get to the trash.

Is Prestige Level 5 coming anytime soon?

people cleaners lag and hold up game, it’s rough and pressures you to watch adds pay cash a bit in order to get where you need to be on storage, really love the game overall but this makes me consider deleting
Too many adverts
The adverts are crazy and very long. In most cases each ad repeats itself 3-4 times. If you watch them it helps with cash and bonuses or power but it just seems to be spending most time watching ads instead of playing. Other than that it’s quite fun and addictive

Frustrating now I can’t progress
Enjoying the game honestly quite addicted however I’ve finished prestige 4 twice now and am unable to progress to level 5 have emailed for support but nothing tried starting fresh and have completed it yet again and still stuck, considering just deleting now
Fun Game Early On
The game is really fun and has great potential, however, as others have mentioned, the introduction of the fertilizer and blocking all traffic from progressing needs immediate attention. Having to use gems to unlock vehicles when the gem rewards are lacking to begin with is another issue. I’m all for supporting developers when the game is good, however, VIP for $39.99/week…?!? Xbox / PS5 games don’t even cost this much.
Glitch
Loved the game until it started glitching, now I just like the game.
Truck Trash Load
In starting it worked well but later every truck used to unload only 1 Ton of trash not according to their capacity .
Roadblock/ads
Developers always respond to reviews, but is basic response never addressing issues. As others say, street cleaners block the road and the fertilizer truck does not continuously fill. Ads will play, but no reward for playing ad will be given. These have been the issues for the last year according to the reviews.
Great game but can be repetitive
I love this game to pass the time however I can’t quite get into starting the city again with each level I understand you make money faster but it’s just getting a bit repetitive now
Glitches
I’m not sure what’s going on there are glitches that have been deleting or taking my gems. I’ve lost about 200 at this point, the first time I thought maybe I fat fingered something but I know I didn’t buy anything the second time. Idk if it’s a genuine error or a scammy type thing but super frustrating
It’s ok
I like the game but once you get to a higher level it’s almost impossible to get through the levels without pouring actual money in to the game. I hate games like that.

I bought the “unlimited” dump yard. It still says I have unlimited and can’t purchase it again but it’s saying my dump yard is full so therefore none of my trucks can move.

This game is Amazing. I enjoy it a lot.
Don’t do ads
Did ads for upgrades 3-4 times and it didn’t work not once Edit: I didn’t complain about too much ads. I complained that I watched the ads for an upgraded 3 different times and didn’t get what was on the ad. Example, 2x speed on trucks or pickups.
Annoyed
I was enjoying it until I got to level 3 and suddenly the game stopped loading. Disappointing as I’ve just paid for some things. I’ll be requesting a refund.
Offline manager
Do not purchase the offline manager. this is the biggest rip off I’ve ever seen. After 10 hours 3.7 billion which I earn in under 20 seconds in the game. The game does not progress offline like this would lead you to believe. So i don’t know why you would even need to have it. Scammy vibes
It’s a fun game but…
The game is fun. You can visibly see the progression you are making. The only downside is the ads for everything. I purchased the option to remove ads, but there are still so many forced ads to be able to get extra money, 2x speed, etc.

I've been playing for a week, half way through level 3, no forced ads, can enjoy it even without doing the optional ads, great fun, really satisfying.

Horrible paywall that stops all progress after unlocking composter. Terribly greedy developer. Don’t waste your time.
Broken
I haven’t been able to play since update a few days ago. I have left review before. It’s loads until it says preparing trucks. Please fix. I’m removing a star as no response from devs
Runs out of steam very quickly
This game follows a familiar format - it’s good for the first couple of days, but it quickly makes progression difficult without excessive amounts of micro transactions. You can do it with adverts, but there’s only so many times you can watch the same adverts for Royal Match!
Work Flow malfunction
The game is great and everything works pretty good. Just once you unlock the fertilizer factory the cleaners begin to build up a queue and block the road for the trash trucks to pass and there isn’t anything you can do about it until the order comes in for fertilizer bags and on top of that the farm can’t work unless there is fertilizer bags to use so unless you get a fertilizer order you can’t do your farm orders which makes that whole side of the production just a hindrance to the whole game
