I paid $9 to get rid of ads because I wanted to enjoy the game without the annoying interruptions. However, there are still ads popping up every 5 clicks! I feel cheated! Very frustrated! Seems like a fun game but unplayable with the ads.

So good! I could spend forever on this game. Although it can get annoying on how slow you are in the 1st person mode it’s amazing the graphics and everything! Such cute and different animals! I recommend this game if you love taking care of animals. Great job on this game. :3 :D :)
Too many ads
You can only play for less than 5 minutes at a time before it pauses to throw an ad at you and the ads aren’t optional or to get a reward. Just to force you to buy the ad free version. The same is fun but it’s not worth the ads

Nice game
I started playing recently and it’s a good game, I mean there are a few adds but that can be expected of a free game and the graphic quality is good it’s just that it can get a bit repetitive so how about each animal has its own personality and there are more interesting tasks and that you can actually drive around to find the animal you’re supposed to rescue. All in all it’s a good game just needs more updates, thanks for reading!

I had the game and loved it but then it deleted everything my coins were missing and my money and it won’t work please try to find a way to fix it I’m not sure if it’s a bug or not but please try to fix it thank you.
Games okay but....
At first this was really fun but I got a cat and my finish button is not working so like when I wash her it won't let me finish and same for nurse and all the ones so i can't do anything and also it's vary laggy and I don't think u can buy stuff and like buy more room door center and othor stuff I want to buy stuff like off the computer so like u can order stuff it would be more fun make the game way better pls cause I am really sad cause I want a game that's a shelter but none of them are good enough

This game is perfect 👌! But there’s two bugs that have been happening to me, when ever I take an animal to the surgical clinic and I finish helping then and I press finish the animal stays on the table and doesn’t get in my arms, making me have to leave and come back. The second bug is that I was washing an animal but when I pressed finish it showed the animal dirty again. But overall I love this game!

I want you to fix this bug or I will rage.the bug is I loaded on to the game and my coins were gone my cash was gone and the game was just broken

I just got the game yesterday day and I already love it! The graphics are good and I love the different kinds of animals. However, my game was lagging so I left and rejoined and it reset everything. Level? Back to zero. Coins? Back to zero. Cash? Back to zero. Please fix the bug! Overall really great!!

I have played this for a long time and when I play it,ads. I just want to play this game and not watch them every minute.maybe find a different way for the ads instead of the no ad banner and then watch it . I don’t want to waste my money on it seriously.the graphics is not that great ,maybe make it a little bit more realistic, looks like it was rushed ,the tigers and other animals are terrible graphics.Also very laggy,update it more.😖😖😖😖😖
Ok
This is a fun game. I wish it was more similar to the one on PC. I liked how in the PC version you could pick the animals off of the computer and you could customize your shelter and that you could have kittens and that you could have back stories and that you could have interviews with the people you were selling the animals to. I also like how you got to take the animals out of and put the animals into a truck. I ask if you can please add those features or at least the truck one. Please and thank you.

I'm having a great time then a add pops up I don't think much of it then they came more more more more more more and this is the most adds i have seen in a game I raged quit 4 times I can barely get through one cat! 😡🤬the adds are showing on me like I'm a spoiled kid on my birthday I can't even keep count and get this I only played for like 15 minutes ot less 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬

New animals?
I love this game, but maybe you could add new animals. This game is really fine and cute. You get to take care of animals, mostly dogs, cats and bunnies that’s all you basically get but I would love if there would be like more and more and more pads like as the years go on and like monthly you get new pets like and if you run out of the animals to think or whatever then yeah but not on purpose. This game is really fun. I have this cat named spot. She is white and she is adorable so you have to let them go and it’s hard to see them adopted but at least they have a home. It makes you sad because you’ve been with them for a while, but it was meant to be.
Please fix it

The game is very fun
Game is very fun but sometimes it glitches out and they definitely need to make an update on it. My mother said it’s not appropriate because the dogs look weird.
Has SO much potential, but falls short
This game could be SO amazing If a few things were changed. Things like each shelter room could be decorated in its own way. Each animal could come in with its own needs- such as aggression that needs to be trained out, different types of illness \ injury,needs to be adopted as a pair, etc. something else would be that the quality you adopt the animal out at actually makes a difference in the money you get. You could do shelter adoption events where you can dress the hard to adopt animals up and stuff. Overall, this game has a TON of potential but falls short of being a fun game. As it stands right now it’s just the same things over and over with no variations.

The reason why its not 5 stars
I had LOTS of cash in this game, lots of upgrades etc. But when i was camping since the game didn't need wifi to play i opened it and ALL MY DATA WAS GONE apart from the animals so i just thought it was from having no wifi and i just came out of the game. But today when i opened it with good wifi.. THE SAME THING HAPPENED! I worked for 2 YEARS on the game and now its all GONE?!?!? :(

So I saw cookie swirl cs video on this and hers looked way more fun. I typed up this in the App Store this just has so much going on. I don’t even really like it. If it updated PLEASE make it the old way a lot more people will like it.

I can’t even press finish on any of the activities and when I re-downloaded the game I had 0 money meaning I could not feed the animals.

I thought the graphics would at least be as good as the pictures but somehow worse. And it’s very glitchy for me. It was fun at first but the day I downloaded it I deleted it like 30 mins later. I would recommend this for smaller kids like toddlers.👍👀

At first I loved the game but the second time I went to play it all of my progress was gone. It was terribly glitchy because the finish button wouldn’t work and there was two dogs in one cage. Nothing was working. I really expected this to be better!:(

I love this game, you can take care of animals, train dogs, and gain more experience! In my shelter, there’s a cat, whose basically the resident cat. He’s awesome. Anyway, amazing game.
