Very fun except it’s way too many ads, but mostly very fun and entertaining
Unchecked Cheaters
I’ve been playing this game for a couple years now, and I really enjoyed it. But there are too many unchecked cheaters that Developers don’t seem to care about. In arena, a normal daily trophy count is between 30 and 100 trophies. Then you see players that are jumping 500 to 600 in a day. The battle draw is random, and when you pair up against one of the “cheaters” they are weak, and can’t possibly earn the trophies they have. It’s frustrating to be a fair player, fighting to the top 10, only to overtaken by cheaters.
So just downloaded it and…
I had this game last year but I don’t remember why I deleted it, anyways the main point is it’s a good game that you can just play for a minute and get back to whatever your doing. No bugs for me so far just as long as there is some internet connection, the ads do give rewards 98% of the time

It won’t let me do an Arena because it says I need to sign into the Game Center but we did but didn’t let still and pls fix the game owner / btw it was my child hood
It’s alright
I like the simulated fights, I find the merging satisfying and the game is rather generous with free gift’s, such as the 2 hour at a time prize wheel which gives you a chance to get ether coins, 50 gems (in game currency), a soldier or usable item. Or the market, which gives you ether 75 gems worth of coins or 50 gems worth of a common soldier for free every 5+ hours (don’t know the specific time). And lastly, the daily reward. It may not a very engaging game, but it’s a very entertaining time waster. Whether you’re waiting around or sitting on the bus. The one major downside, the reason it’s not higher is that this game ate £20 from me, I bought 2 packs of 1500 gems (£9.99 or something) and got nothing for it. So it’s probably best to avoid the store.

ok, but adverts freeze
it may not be game/developer fault, but it’s part of the game play… and when it’s frustrating, it effects how people enjoy and rate the game so many adverts just play and then freeze, at the end, with no way out (and no way to click through to the advert’s game/etc)… so you lose progress in the game, especially when you’ve just won something and were just trying to get a bonus I’m deleting this game, if this continues for much longer

You guys need to implement a better system
I think it should be standard and common sense that you should've employed a system where you can de-level or level down your troops if you didn't mean to level them up with your obtuse rectangle deployment zones and at least implement a feature that allows you to send troops back to the barracks, so annoying for what could otherwise be such a great game and app. I don't know what it is with you mobile game developers and always neglecting or slacking off on such common sense features that it holds you back so much, really do take this review seriously and implement what I have already stated and watch how much more downloads you get. And make it fast it shouldn't be that hard.

Every time I go into the arena I get opponents always so much more advanced than me which leads me to always not being able to progress in the arena

It is a very good game however you do have to watch a few ads to progress at a reasonable speed, my issue it to ads crash so I’m forced to close the game and restart it , it’s very frustrating. Other than that I love it

Pay to win
Definitely pay to win after lvl 100+. You can choose not to quadruple your coins by watching ads where most are a mbute long but will take longer before you hit the paywall lol. Gatcha gamestyle will limit how far you can go unless you are willing to purchase their microtransactions.

The game itself is enjoyable. You have an option to watch ads for coins which is cool you know, easy way to get coins without spending money. HOWEVER, half the time the ads won’t let you exit and collect reward. This happens every time I play the game and I’m about to delete it. I just watched 3 ads in a row that were broken and wasted my time! If this continues I’m out✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼

In the past few seasons they been coming out in one or two days it used to be 40 minutes so why is it so long now and that is why I give a four star. Also I am number one in the game and can you make it faster for higher ranking players get prizes faster. Thank you!
Ad Watching Simulator
Stick Army: World War Strategy is only a fun game if you want to be introduced to other mobile games through ads. The objective of the game is to build an army by buying and merging troops. Then you will send your army to battle (where you have little to no input), and upon winning, receive coins to buy loot boxes which give you more troops to reinforce your army. Sounds all fun and dandy until you realize that the system is only gamed through watching adds. There is almost never a scenario where it’s not worth watching an ad. You win a battle? Well you can watch an ad to quadruple your winnings which you’re gonna need to buy a loot box. Otherwise, it could take 8 battles before you can open a loot box as opposed to 2 with ads, and that’s assuming your army is going to be strong enough to win 8 more battle, which basically makes watching ads a necessity. Oh wanna open this random mystery gift, watch an ad. Oh wanna spin this wheel for some rewards? Watch an ad. There’s also another mode with an online leaderboard where you fight the teams of other players, the problem here is that they always match you with teams stronger than yours, but guess what, you can reroll and get a weaker opponent by, you guessed it, watching an ad. Welcome to mobile gaming. But let’s forget about the ads for a second. Let’s say you payed for them. Even then, the game itself would still be unfun because, despite having strategy in the title, there is very little of it here. The strategy is just how you place your units on the grid, which is mostly very obvious. There is also no reason to use anything but your best units and no reason to not merge units together immediately when you can. So essentially, whether you win or lose just comes down to how many ads you’re willing to watch or how much real life money you’re willing to pay. There is a seemingly endless amount of levels as well, so no goalpost. The only good thing I can really say about this game is that it’s entertaining to watch your armies go at it, but the lack of actual involvement in the outcome is so boring. Even when you merge your troops it’s boring. You go from big guy with brass knuckles to big guy with brass knuckles with a shirt on. Wow, I can’t believe that shirt gave me 300 more damage. The only way you should interact with this game in any form is by watching the super high quality animated ads that are so much cooler than the game itself. This company also has another game called stick battle war of legion which literally looks like the same game except with a medieval theme and 2D art style. Don’t play that one either. Final score: 3.2 Facebook puzzle ads out of 10. the ads are not the most disgusting practice in the world, and at least they give u unlimited opportunity to progress, but the gameplay is virtually nonexistent and the presentation is bland.

This game is a complete ripoff from the ad, the little characters that you use to fight with are suppose to be 3D, but they look so goofy. Some of “redantz” other games like stick battle are pretty solid, but this was kind of a letdown. I don’t rate it a 1 star, but I saw no 1.5 star options.

My biggest complaint is that I placing troops and putting them back in my barracks. Also I want be able to change the color of my troops. But what do you to my idea 💡

I don’t really like this game, it FORCES you to buy their special packs from the “BLACK MARKET”? Isn’t their kids playing this game?!? There is a lot of ads here as well.
