Μετά το update το app είναι πλήρως λειτουργικό και στην αναζήτηση.Το δίκτυο της in charge έχει επεκταθεί σε πολλά σημεία είναι το μόνο που χρησιμοποιώ πλέον.
Too in charge
The hardware part of this is not good. The screen on the terminal didn’t work. For example the QR code showed as not found. My car was stuck for an hour because the cables are so unnecessarily bulky and with a strange attachment that causes it to pull away from the car. I thought something else must have been wrong but when I finally tried moving the cable and then pulling it released. Besides that, the app stopped charging early and by itself. I could also not access the session within the app. The machine also showed the second cable as being connected to a vehicle when it was not. I will avoid nrg charging stations. The only good thing I can say is when I called the number the person was very polite and helpful and reset the machine twice.
No English
The new version does not work in English even though I press the button

Παρότι η εφαρμογή εχει ενημερωθεί, δεν υπαρχει πουθενά η δυνατότητα ενεργοποίησης της καρτας RFID.

Disappointed by the app overall. Cannot even activate my RFID through it
Not the most robust app
I was able to pay for charging at the incharge network. Also it’s good that only credit card number and email is required. However app crashed when first plugging the cable before starting charging in the app. Also when moving the map it becomes unresponsive.

during my trip I used this to charge my car. It is was always working, no complicated registration, no denial of foreign phone numbers

Serious issues detected
Latest version has a huge flaw; you can’t navigate the map while on the road. The map constantly returns back to the detected location and doesn’t allow the user to browse for charging stations. This behavior can be extremely dangerous. Bug reported almost 6 months ago, still not fixed.

I cannot comprehend how an update which is supposed to make user experience better, ends up worsening things! Who approved this disaster? My charges are shown as zero in the monthly statistics and I cannot find my invoices anymore. When you tap a charger, the cost is shown, but not the power of it in KW and you’re supposed to understand it from the 1,2 or 3 thunder icons without knowing the exact power of it. You have to enter each charger one by one :-( Each charger is shown with its corresponding charge price per KWh, and there is an (i) icon which, when you tap it, AGAIN says the same price, not something useful eg the power of the charger!!! Change this awful app ASAP
Bad user experience
Application interface very bad. You can not register in your are not Greece Citizen. So if charging session not start you have to write your bank information again and again. Also their stations not working. For example zakintosh my market stations not working it says offline :(
Αντικειμενικα η καλύτερη ελληνική εφαρμογή για Ev
Πάρα πολύ εύκολη πλοήγηση, πολύ φτηνές χρεώσεις ειδικά στους DC, βρίσκεις σε κομβικά σημεία να φορτίσεις και η εφαρμογή είναι πολύ εύχρηστη, γρήγορη και χωρίς bugs έναντι όλων των υπολοίπων εταιρειών φόρτισης.

Πολύ εύχρηστο!
Ήταν η πρώτη φορά που χρησιμοποίησα μια τέτοια εφαρμογή για καινούργιο ηλεκτρικό αυτοκίνητο και με έκπληξη είδα ένα πολύ εύχρηστο και καλοστημένο app που δεν με δυσκόλεψε καθόλου! Το κυριότερο δε από όλα είναι ότι συνειδητοποιησα ότι υπάρχει ένα εξαιρετικό δίκτυο φορτιστων τόσο εντός Αθήνας αλλά και εκτός, κάνοντας την όλη διαδικασία ακόμη πιο εύκολη. Συνεχιστε έτσι!
Payment methods
Θα ήταν υπέροχα βολικά να υποστηρίζατε το Apple Pay ώστε να μην υπάρχει λόγος να βάζουμε αριθμούς πιστωτικών καρτών κτλ. Εάν το αλλάξετε αυτό θα κάνει την χρήση των φορτιστών σας πολύ πιο βολική.

Πρώτη φορά δοκίμασα να φορτίσω δεν είδα ούτε οδηγίες ούτε να καλέσω την εξυπηρέτηση με άφηνε η εφαρμογή . Έβαλα την κάρτα ούτε την αναγνώριζε. Αμα δεν το έχετε κλείστε το καλύτερα
Αδυναμία εγγραφής
Δεν είναι δυνατόν να κάνω εγγραφή. Επικοινώνησα με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών με e-mail. Μετά με τηλέφωνο. Είναι αδύνατον να μου ενεργοποιήσουν τον λογαριασμό. Δοκίμασα να κάνω καινούριο πάλι τα ίδια. Σε τόσες εφαρμογές και παρόχους δεν υπήρχε κανένα θέμα, αυτό το πράγμα με αυτήν την εφαρμογή να μη δουλεύει και να μη μπορείς να φορτίσεις δεν υπάρχει.
For corporate use, unusable! Pitty!
Seems like a missed opportunity! Forcing customers to create a wallet as the only way to pay and not giving the option to “pay as you go” renders the app unusable for corporate use where there is a need for separate receipt for each charge! When there is no other charger nearby and I have to use InCharge it is very frustrating and time consuming to go through the charging procedure as a guest through the online app! Please take example from what DEH & ELPE Future are doing!
I don’t write reviews often
But this app deserves a review. One star. Terrible interface, and it’s connected to a charging system work that seems like it’s still in the testing phase. Half of their chargers didn’t work and two different stations where I tried it. The touchscreen and the app were not synchronized, worst experience in charging a car I’ve ever had :(
