What people like
- Free version lets you try before buying
- Easy to visualize your yard design ideas
- Landscapers really liked the final designs
What they complain about
- Errors stop you from using what you paid for
- Graphics look cheap and outdated
- You cannot upload your own photos easily
- AI struggles with simple changes like swapping plants
5star but needs fixing
Had fun with free ones so I Paid $22 for the extra designs and now I have error and nothing works. Pls fix as I’d like to design and didn’t spend the money to get nothing.
Chat GPT outshines this
I was excited to explore options with this landscape design but it is beyond basic and underwhelming. Limited options over prices and underwhelming performance or lack there of. It’s as if they have a template, copy and paste. Chat GPT is free and blows this out of the water which is odd and sad. Don’t waste your time.
Love your app. BUT PLEASE Fix issue with "done" and "+", "х" buttons.
PLEASE Fix issue with "done" and "+", "х" buttons. They are covering each other or randomly dissapearing.
Waste of money
In the world of AI, this app is somehow years behind. You’re better off asking ChatGPT. The 2d modeling looks like something a child would make and the AI images have an EXTREMELY limited amount of options to add to your rendering. I tried the prompt based method and it was like banging my head against a wall. Huge waste of money
AI Is interesting but 2D/3D assets are awful
Grass for instance, looks like a magic eye from the 90’s that doesn’t do anything when you cross your eyes. Ditto every other asset. Looks truly awful and has nothing on it’s main App Store competitor. However, the AI generated designs are really interesting. Not perfect either, but at least they look a lot better, and can spark genuine ideas. Keeping the app for a month to explore how to best use this mode. If this app fixes 2D/3D assets so that they don’t look like graphics from my early childhood, and marries it with AR, they will have something truly special. If the AI generated content could work in AR mode, again, this could be magic. Until then, I’m taking my subscription elsewhere.
Loved this app! Just the landscaping app I was looking for
So, this was the first app I came across as I wanted to design my front yard from a photo I took. However, after reading the negative reviews I didn’t download it and kept looking. Found nothing else and thought to give this one a try. I’m glad I did!!! (Maybe they did some updates? But it def works and is easy to use) . I did pay the $15 for the upgraded account to access additional plants, ( and they still need to add to their library) but they allowed me to start the project and play around to get a feel of the app and how it works without paying. After feeling like this was the solution I was looking for,I upgraded. It was exactly what I was looking for. I was able to design my front yard. Had my landscaper over yesterday and showed him and he loved it! Great for DIY’ers as it allows u to visualize the project before. I had ideas in my head I wanted to do, and once I put them in the app, being able to see it, I made some changes to my original vision. Thank you ! I will def use this again
Just say no
Unable to handle even the most basic instruction without locking up. Not ready for prime time app clearly launched way too early
Good app.
Seems like a great app but this would be 100% perfect if you added in something that lets you either video the Area and design it later. And add in being able to design pictures saved to your device.
Don’t waste your money
I should have looked at reviews. I spent $15 to buy credits and then most of the items were locked and they tried to upsell me. Unfortunately, they don’t understand how important the user experience is and they’re more interested in an many money grabs as possible.
Existing Photos
It would be better if you can add in existing photos. I don’t see that option. I only had the app for the day. We’ll see if it gets better. 🤔
Excellent
I love how the free version allows me to use my own photos of my landscaping project. It’s easy to scale the plants/trees and position one behind another. Intuitive interface. One idea I have is to sell my just the pic I want. For example, I would buy your gazebo pic for .99 before I’d subscribe for any length of time for all access. Sounds like a win to me..sell items individually or even grouped…maybe I’m only interested in plants, or structures. Anyway, Thx
After only a few minutes ran into a roadblock
Simple image with a hedge of boxwoods. I asked the AI to replace boxwoods with arborvitae’s. Multiple attempts says it could not generate the image. If it can’t do this simple substitution, their AI just isn’t ready for primetime.
Not quiet what I needed!
I really wish this had a feature to use already existing photos. I just don’t feel like standing outside to use this.
I try to get a money back guarantee refund and the email address is invalid
Bad
Not worth it
Kept getting errors. Trying to prompt it.
Don’t waist you money!
Should have looked at reviews first. This app sucks! Too many erroneous errors, not user friendly among other things. Total waste of time!
Doesn’t seem like a true AI app
AI chat got less than 10% of my requests accurate, the rest looked like stock images imbedded into my photos. The rest of the app isn’t AI if I’m manually dragging and dropping images into photos.
Don't buy
I purchased this because I thought I could write in text what I wanted for my design and it's not an option.
Pointless to buy a subscription
Don’t spend a penny, it ain’t worth it at all. I bought the two subscription and might as well have flushed it down the toilet
They steal your money
I paid online 30 dollars and subscribed to get the pro package, It told me my card had been declined but I was charged. So I downloaded the app and tried signing up but apparently “I never did that” and now I’m being asked to pay even more money. They are scammers I want my money back now or for it to actually work. This is not okay.
