No lo descarguen
Tiene problemas para todos te termina quitando el dinero cobra comisión cada transacción minima y aparte te deja depositar desde tu cuenta pero no retirar. Y si lo quieres pasar a otra Wallet que es la única forma que te deja retirar te aparece error. Literalmente perdi el dinero y nisiquiera en inversiones se los quedaron ellos al no dejarme retirar. No sirven
La app es buena, pero las actualizaciones…
Las actualizaciones que aparecen al abrir la app (que empezaron a aparecer hace unos días) y que toman como 1 minuto ya me causaron un par de situaciones. Esperaría que las actualizaciones sean a demanda en App Store, no todos los días obligatoriamente y esperar.
No abre la app
Instale la app. Pero no pasa de la pantalla principal en IOS. Se queda en la pantalla de bienvenida pero no pasa de ahí

Signed up for the submitted all kyc verification and fill everything as instructed on the app load my account and purchased their card not even 3 days of using the app the suspended my account with no notification and refuse to give me a reason, they also refused to refund me the money that was in my account and the money used to by their card This app is a clear scam

Account logging out by itself with no option to log in back
I tried making a payment to my wallet un the morning after so many delays it didn’t arrive as expected later on when it arrived was 40min later. When I tried to log back into my account after some hrs I found out that my account was logged out without any option to log in back up till this moment and I have some money in it which I want to use for an emergency
Performance
This app has a lot of bugs for a banking app I have been using it for awhile and I have noticed like 3 recurring issues 1. At the moment i can’t add mobile into the account 2. When i want to make a transfer some of the accounts it gives you don’t reflect in your local bank app 3. Logging in the account is a hassle on some days Aside these the app has been astoundingly satisfying to use

App de estafa
Tal parece que es una aplicación de estafa dnd no infringes ninguna regla y posterior se bloquean la cuenta con todo tu saldo y ahi muere ….
Transferencia bancaria
Poder recargar con transferencia y retirar a cuentas bancarias en El Salvador sería ideal. Y el código de confirmación para transacciones que lleguen mejor al correo porque por celular no hay mucha garantía que lleguen.
No se si lo recomiendo
Cada vez que envío dinero desde PayPal se tarda mas de los supuestos 5 días máximo que te dicen. Es súper inconveniente, aparte no se puede usar apple pay y para recibir la tarjeta física son $58.
Apple Pay!!
Aún no se puede agregar a Apple Pay!! Me mudé de Android a iOS y me llevé la sorpresa que no se puede agregar la Ugly VISA a Apple Pay y vincular a la AppStore, he pausado mis transacciones con UglyCash y lastimosamente usar otra app/ servicio para efectuar transacciones. Tienen algún estimado en cuanto lo implementen?

I don’t understand what’s happening with a wire deposit of $2100 since last week Friday from a distant friend to my uglycash usd account.I have contacted ur support team in the app and submitted my transaction receipt and number but no response till now.please what happened and why the delay on deposit of my $2100 wire transfer.This same Friend of mine sent $1100 weeks ago and it was deposited.

En Ecuador los códigos que llegan por whatsapp o e-mail no sirven para poder ingresar a la aplicación. Espero puedan resolver esto.

I don’t know how these guys are getting their nice reviews but they are obviously scams. Taking advantages of people’s money. I received some amount and up to a month after submitting everything details they requested, they still haven’t given me any solid answers. For a while full month? And it’s my first experience. No prior warning, no excuses for their actions but wants to take my money for themselves. They are scam. I am still struggling to get them to open my account after a whole month. Please, run from this platform. I am an influencer and a fashion designer. I will post everything with proof
