Art
I have been playing this game for a long time now and I love it. But it needs to add more stories. I have finished all of the ones you have. Please let me know when you are adding new ones. Thanks
Update
This update says there are new puzzles but there’s not one single new puzzle on here. THANKS!!
Great game!! But…2 issues
Love this game! Attractive illustration! However, I have to disable network connection, open it, then enable connection to load content. Except daily puzzle, no response if i open another event.
Excessive advertising RUINS this game
There’s an ad after every third or fourth move I make. It’s exhausting to play this Art Puzzle game. I downloaded 6 different Art Puzzle apps to try out; I liked the classic books and artwork on this app the best but the frequency of the ads was the worst! I would enjoy the experience a lot more if I didn’t have to constantly close down the app/close the ad and reopen the game constantly. It’s just not worth my time and effort if I want to relax for a while playing a game but instead, I end up spending 20% of my time dealing with the ads. Why do app developers pound their audience with advertising?! Just charge a one-time fee and most people would be happier.
Frustrating!
Concept is great, but most of the puzzles are very dark, and completing them is a lot of eye strain! Also when placing the objects, it is way too precise. You can hover over the spot, but if you are a tiniest bit off, it won’t ‘click’ in place. Way too frustrating and it gives me a headache.
Love the game but...
I absolutely love the game but I wish more stories were added/updated
😒
I am so sick of all the ads. I paid to make them disappear but they keep sneaking them in.
Updates
I love this game, but will there be any updates? Jane Eyre hasn’t been updated for ages.
Great concept but some issues
I love this game! I’ve had it for a while now. But they don’t update puzzles for such long periods of time.. it’s making it very disappointing. Also there’s an issue with the Jekyll and Hyde story being placed over other photo albums. Like it’ll tell me the J&H story when I start a new Secret Garden puzzle.
Apple login
I’m enjoying the app so far but I’m unable to login with my apple ID so I can’t do any of the cars collection things
Excelente
Muy entretenido y muy profesional...me fascina!!!
Can’t play on airplane mode/without internet !!
It’s just a ridiculous amount of ads and app won’t work in airplane mode. FAIL- deleting !!
Weeky Subscription..Still Seeing Ads 🤔
I have the weekly subscription, but am still seeing ads. After I have completed a puzzle I must painstakingly wait for it to finish before I can proceed to a new one and they are constantly on at the bottom of the screen. Am I missing something?
Puzzles have gone months and months with no updates
Why hasn’t there been any updated puzzles for Jane eyre or pride and prejudice?! It’s been months and months!
Always smthg
Just updated and still can’t do jigsaw puzzle it keeps saying not connected
Great game, fun puzzles that get harder
This is a great game to play that gets harder as you go along. It’s fun to see great works of literature depicted in a beautiful, visual format. I have to comment on one of the latest pieces of literature by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. It has been misnamed as The Hound of Bakersville. It should be The Hound of the Baskervilles. Small criticism, wonderful game.
Disappointed
I liked this game a lot but completed all the puzzles and then waited WEEKS for any updates. Very frustrating. Right now, no new puzzles in over a month!!!
Art story
I cannot find the update you messaged me to look for. The one for Christmas Carol June 23 Now I’m stuck on Aesops Fables. It has a fox and a stork and I have about 2/3/done but I can’t get the next piece. When I go to him, it shows me where the next piece should go. I think it’s the fox’s leg but it won’t lock in place. I’ve tried the hint 3-4 times and I can’t get it to stay in place anywhere and it won’t advance to the next piece until I get this one. My biggest complaint is how much room is used up on my iPad. I tried off loading it but the next day when I went to play it, it all came back. I wish there was a way to delete the ones I’ve finished. Both Christmas Carol and Wizard of Oz have no more story but they are killing my storage. Can you help? There is a new update but I can’t download it because there’s no room.
Infini adds and scamming
Basically each add last for 1 minute, there are 3-5 of them per puzzle and most cannot be closed if you don't activate the link toward the app store. In the preference there is an option to rate the game on the app store but it opens a webpage that spoof the app store and collect your payment data. It's an old people trap. So either pay for full membership (well over 100$ per year USD), or be scammed. There are limits and they blew them all.
New glitches
I luv this game and I really don’t play games. I enjoy the classics and the beautiful pictures that they provide to go along with them. After this last update I started to notice that while trying to place new cards in their appropriate decks they would show other decks to place them in. Either way the new cards would not be delivered to any of the decks. I’ve completed all my puzzles and stories. The app either has no additional books or puzzles or something is wrong. I can’t access my own data to verify if there is an issue with my account. I’m not able to find easy ways through my app to contact anyone or to see about updates. I’m also unable to get to store to shop for any items. I have always rated a strong 5***** for this app but unless I can get my problems fixed I can not rate higher than 3***. I currently feel that may be generous at this point. I’ve never been able to locate any descriptive rules for the game either. This may be an oversight on my part but would like to see some either way.
Wonderful addictive game
I love this game especially the stories. Also love the events just wish you would update the stories. They haven’t been updated in a long time. I know it takes time. But I’ve accumulated over a 100,000 ink drops waiting. Have nothing to spend them on so as I play they increase. But I’m addicted so I play every day anyway. I’ve redid most puzzles twice already. Lol This game is wonderful keep up the good work.
Not so good
This started well. Really enjoyed playing. Unfortunately it now freezes on a regular basis. I have to turn my iPad off and on again which is annoying. Update 27/04/22-Still freezes and now book are not updating. Looks like I’m might have to uninstall and forget it.
Art stories
For the last three days the puzzles won’t load
More chapters
I play every day but I have run out of new levels and can’t get anymore ink drops or new chapters Please help
Download issue
I love this app but for a couple of weeks now, nothing will open. I know it’s not my phone or my service provider. What’s going on??
Good job
Thank you
WARNING!
iPhone SE 2nd gen iOS 15.4.1 51g of available storage. I downloaded this app this morning. I was on the second puzzle and clicked over to a text message. My screen froze there. I could not force restart it. I ended up chatting with Apple Support. She said to delete this app. I can’t believe no one else has had this issue!
Lovely game..one issue
Hello game developers.. great concept it makes go back and read the classics again.. my question or issue is when i solve a puzzle in the puzzles tab, why do i have to repeat it again in the book store tab.. is it a glitch?
Good but
Good game but freezes a lot Does not save after lvl 93 so can not progress further, have to do the same puzzles over and over again
Very slow
I don’t know if it’s your game or my Internet, but the pictures are very slow to down load it never use to be, but now it’s terrible. Can you check on your end because it’s very discouraging and getting not to like this game any more.
FUN!!
This game is fun and very relaxing! I really like the way the puzzles come alive. I can’t put this game down
Update made me lose everything
I couldn’t get into the game last night… then today it said i needed to do the update… so i did it. Then i get into the game and sign in… and all my books, all my points, all my progress and my “remove ads” thing i paid for… ARE ALL GONE!!! I love this game so much and I’m so devastated! I just want all my stuff back. I was in the middle of several books. I don’t want to do everything over and pay for no ads again.
Good Game, Needs Editors
This game is very fun and relaxing! The ads are minimal, and the art is lovely. My one complaint is the writing. Each picture installment of a story is accompanied by a short prose piece explaining what is happening in the picture. However, these prose pieces are very poorly written and difficult to interpret at times. The app would really stand to benefit by using editors for their writing process.
New update reset my progress
Fix please
Paid for premium but…
I paid the $30 for premium but there hasn’t been any new puzzles. Kind of feel like I got ripped off. Not happy about that.
Love this game!
I’d like to say I LOVE this game very much! Just one small suggestion: when I finish the picture on ‘fantasy’ page, I find that the same picture on ‘all’ page is still unfinished, that means I need to play twice for the same picture. Is it possible to sync them?
Obnoxious music
I couldn’t stand the music! I wanted to turn it off; however, the game instantly loaded a new level each time I opened it and flash all too briefly how to silence the music. I threw this game away immediately! What a waste of my time. If I could have given it a lower rating than the one star needed to write a review, I would have given it no stars at all.
Only one issue...
This is a super fun and creative game, and I enjoy it a lot! The only issue is that the descriptions are often written in very poor English, causing them to be confusing, or, occasionally, impossible to understand. I don't mind if the descriptions aren't in English, just wanted to make a note that the translations don't make very much sense a lot of the time! Edit: wanted to add that i LOVE the artwork! All of the different styles are beautiful and I love that the artist's names are given!
Where are app settings?
no app settings? Music is annoying… I’d rather not have to mute my iPad but there are no settings to turn off the annoying music.
Needs new content
Fun game but not enough content or regular updates
Love this game!
I love this game. It’s so relaxing. I’m wondering - is this game available in the google play store? I can’t find it anywhere. Thanks!
Need landscape profile
Your app loaded as a portrait view. My iPad is predominantly landscape. It won’t rotate to landscape automatically so I wonder if you have a correction for this. I have not played it yet so the 1 star rating is based only on the appearance problem. Thank you.
Time Machine
I have played 2 Stories Peter Pan, Time Machine these 2 have NO ending. Very frustrating. Also played Secret Garden which had an end to the story. When will these others be updated?
Can’t play anymore
Loved this game really relaxing but as of yesterday 25 January 2022 I can no longer play. It keeps saying No Internet when clearly there is, Iv updated Iv gone into it so many times but it just won’t let me play the pictures have all gone black and white instead of colour and it won’t do anything. Please advise ?
Won’t complete loading!!
Crashes! Slow I really was interested in playing this, but it has yet to load & we have a good internet connection. Ugh!
Art Story
Excellent game, makes you think and recognize shapes. Great mind exercise game!
Sad
Great game. Absolutely beautiful artwork. But...I decided not to renew this month and it went downhill from there. The hints are almost nonexistent and the placements of the “pieces” just can’t be made, even if I know that’s where it belongs and eventually that is where it goes. I loved to play this game but I just can’t have a game that plays me.
Good game
Loving it so far but daily rewards have stopped hope it gets fixed
Was great but now
This is a really good puzzle game, unfortunately I’m now unable to play. The app told me I had no internet connection ( not true). I deleted the app, losing all my progress and reloaded it. Played okay for a couple of hours and now I can’t play for the same reason. I’ve switched my phone off and on but no joy. Please sort this out I love playing this game but this is driving me crazy
Great idea, but unforgivable faults
I have tried to report the problems via the in-game support, but that doesn’t work properly. 1 - I’ll start with the Support problem: It opens the window just fine. You start typing and it appears on the screen backwards! Then won’t allow any deletions! I thought I’d send it anyway, complete with my typos… but the send button doesn’t work - hence my being on here. 2 - The stories are meant to be condensed versions of classic literature. However, the English is absolutely abysmal. It’s cringeworthy and ridiculous that something so bad could ever be passed as publishable. The original authors will be turning in their graves. The developers need to employ someone who speaks perfect English to correct the HUNDREDS of spelling and grammar mistakes I’ve found so far. And I’ve only been playing for a couple of weeks. 3 - Adverts often crash the game. Apart from that, I’m thoroughly enjoying the artwork and the game mechanics. Please correct the English!!!
