There’s an add that appears during the middle of the game that says “quick break”. Every single game and more than once. I deleted this game.

Why am I STILL SEEING ADS?
I paid th higher than normal ad removal price of $9.99 and yet, I still see an ads. I bought the no ads as it interrupted game play. Is it designed to only remove some ads? I need clarification or I quit.

Way too many ads. Fast and furious. The game itself seems awesome, what little I actually get to play. I would consider buying it if I could be assured no more ads, but from what I have read that isn’t the case. Too bad.

Love the game, but the ads are so invasive you can’t play one level without being interrupted multiple times. I gave up.
Lvl 900+
I’m ready to hit level 1,000. It’s getting kind of boring. What would be fun is when we earn different pawns or objects to collect, we should be able to choose prizes we get, and be able to play on the board. The same stuff since level 1 is now getting really boring.

My game says no internet connection even though I’ve checked everything and I am connected. I’m not able to play the lightening bolt games or see my team. Why?

課金して広告オフにして遊んでます。 楽しいですが、レベルが低い段階からタイム設定がタイトすぎるのが気になります。アイテムが増えてくればそれらを利用すればなんとかなりますが、アイテム数が少ない段階ではなかなかクリアするのが難しかったです。
Paid for no ads, but still get them
Game is fun, but the $6.99 felt like a a bait and switch. It was supposed to be for no ads, but kept getting ads.
Started well, but too many glitches
I have really enjoyed playing this game, it’s one I was playing everyday. However, over the past couple of weeks it keeps ‘freezing’ and even re-starting doesn’t work. I haven’t had a response to raised issues either. Very disappointed. Another App that starts well but isn’t reliable.

Purchases failing
I have tried to empty my piggy bank a number of times and been charged for it every time, but it never empties and the points are never applied. I reported this more than once and never received a response or correction. I have deleted and reinstalled and the problem persists. This is worse than the ads! This is stealing actual money.

Don’t waste your time
I used to love playing this game tbh, it used to be all I would do. I got to level 4004, then I got error message “connect error” and for several weeks I submitted request to support to look into it, through the app and via email, I reset my phone and everything because I didn’t want to lose my levels, and no response. Finally I uninstalled the game and started from scratch and came up with the same error when I got back to level 20, wasn’t able to choose a club to do challenges. So I’m about to uninstall game again for good 🤬🤬🤬

Even if you pay for “no-ads” you still have to watch ads in order to complete levels in the required time or to continue playing after running out of match slots.

I don’t play games to join clubs. I play to relax. We have a new glitch, don’t we!?! They’ve put in a club that they want me to join to get lives, or wait 1/2 hour to play again. I’ve gone to it three times, a couple hours apart, and it still says there are 29 minutes left to gain another life. This must be a new thing. I’m not gonna do it. Too bad😶

Sent message after message that I’ve bought coin packs or busted open the piggy banks and my coins do NOT replenish! Haven’t heard a word for weeks on end andI keep sending the messages! I’ve been playing this game for years and the lack of customer service is really upsetting!! I just want my coins replenished…super upsetting!!!

Don't fall for the $9.99 to remove ads. While it does cut down on them, you still have to watch at least one ad per game to get special bonuses.

I have only 2 recommendations 1- get rid of the timers and 2- fix the interfering ads. I understand why you need to run ads, no problem- but STOP interfering with “quick breaks.” Your’re right it in middle of solving and you get a rude break. Good games have ads, but they don’t interrupt your play…
Great game but………..
I love playing the game but I’m fed up of getting robbed of my rewards by adverts that freeze. One such advert is State of Survival. I sit through the entire advert and then no exit cross appears! I have to leave the game to get out of it which the loses the rewards I’ve won in the round I just played. In the last 1 minutes I have lost countless stars and 44 red gems for the team tournament!! PLEASE STOP RUNNING THIS AD, it doesn’t work!!

Can’t tell if I like the game. So many ads right at the beginning and it’s so hard to get them to stop! Uninstalled it after 1/2 hr.
Hacked
No support for game players. Team was hacked and there is no way to get help. Glitches are never addressed. Is this a game that I like yes. But this is not the first time our team has been hacked. We have a great team a leader who is active. Someone came into our team and added code that makes us think there is no internet connection but there is. We can’t see our team members anymore. Chat is disabled thru the hack, leader board are not visible due to this hack. I will update this review if it is taken care of, but the only way they will know if they read this review. Otherwise bye bye. Our team name was Dairias Destiny which was changed to mango tango…what a stupid name.
Great but stressful
I originally got this game because the ads suggested it as a stress reliever but the fact each round has a timer means that’s not really true. It IS fun, but just not a stress reliever.
Can’t take it anymore!
OK, I’ve enjoyed this game periodically for some time. But now, after latest update, the pop up ads at the bottom of the screen started blocking the ability to choose “no thanks” to the offers to purchase items in the game. I don’t see a way around it, so I’m deleting this game. LATER!!!!!

I quite agree with the other players that this game is really good but is spoilt by continual adverts. Very frustrating and it’s about time the makers of these games listened to their public. If you have to have adverts then put them on after we have finished our game. I shall be deleting the game as I am too annoyed,

Recently dissatisfied
I have played this game usually multiple times daily for well over a year, but I am going to erase it very soon if it doesn’t change the ads. It has all those help me type ads. They last forever and you have to click out of three or four pages. When it gives you the x’s ro click out they are hard to click. I have just recently began noticing this getting worse. I don’t believe I try it for a while. Then if is not better, I am finished!!!

I enjoyed this game when I first started it, bit it quickly became one of the most disliked. Simply because ads are placed in the middle of playing a level. Stick them at the beginning and between levels, but if you mess with my playing in the middle, the app automatically gets deleted. No negotiation. As I’ve said before, I would gladly pay for an ad-free game than be tortured by the same ads over and over.

Loved this game, even tolerated the endless adverts, sometimes even after just 3 moves, and coped with the screen freezing then filling up your collection points so you lose anyway but now I can’t even open the app. Have tried everything, even deleting and re-installing the app but it wi no longer even load. So very disappointed. Would have been a 5* if there weren’t so many glitches. Sorry but going to have delete the app. 😫

The game crashed about a year ago. Since then some players were lost. They see themselves in the group but the group doesn’t see them in the group. I’ve written several notices to Support to no avail. I have screen shot bit no where to send them anymore. Someone please help!!
