Great experience
I love using the app but it needs just to be improved because it’s a little bit late during the usage like when I try to write a letter in search box it took time to reflect on the screen, you need to work on that.
Buggy app in general
It is not working on xiaomi tv boxes, so i used a google tv dongle, but the loading takes so much time when i press on tod. On my ipad pro running ios 27 beta 3 is stopped working, while every single app is working on the beta version except it. If you are watching a series and it is on auto play, every time a new episode comes up, you have to turn on the subtitle again. Over all, the content is not bad for entertainment, excellent in sports, but poor user experience regarding the app. Release an app update that makes it work with ios 27 beta 3
World Cup games interrupted
The World Cup games keep interrupting because of exceeded device limit but it’s not true, I only have two devices logged in, I tried everything the bot says, and when I try to reach for customer support, no one answers, it’s very frustrating!!!
Never Had a Better Experience with an Application
Great Experience, Never Wanted to get a BeIN set top box but after the release of Tod , with 4K experience for Football , Movies and Great Documentaries. I'm never gonna stop using it , the perfect experience of watching football and Movies. Please start doing more offers on the 4K plans and the yearly plans. Long-Term subscriptions would be more beneficial for both you and the consumers. so instead of 50% off on 3-months with no 4K start doing maybe 10-20% off on the 4K yearly plans. win win situation
Hate it
I don’t wanna say too much I hate it

جميل جدا ولكن مشكلته يقطع في بعض الأحيان
UI is disgraceful
On tv this app is unusable. One of the worst user interfaces I have seen in years. Mobile is okay though. Fix the tv issue please.

I subscribed because I wanted to watch the World Cup but the stream actually lags a lot so I had to refresh a lot .

It’s a scam
App doesn’t work. Don’t pay anything for word cup
Perfect App
But make discounts on the plans and let us disconnect more devices
Weak Performance
I subscribed for World Cup and during the matches it keeps disconnecting every 2 to 3 minutes that i had to close the App and reopen it again every time, and my internet is strong but still it keeps happening. Very disappointing
It doesn’t work Om iPad
The app keeps crashing on iPad.
Best app
Best application ever
DO NOT DOWNLOAD MONEY STEALERS
asked me to subscribe to watch world cup semi final 1 and i couldn’t even play it live! 24$ gone!
Slow
TOD is a great and clean streaming platform in Arabia. Safe for family and kids. However, the app is very slow and getting stuck quite often 😕. Moreover, when you want to continue watching a show/ movie it is not appearing at the top!! You will have to scroll down to find it
Cast doesn’t work
I tried finding a way to contact support, the ai agent doesn’t help as usual. Casting just isn’t working with chrome cast! It’s working with other apps but not Tod.

Very satisfying experience ❤️
Watching football games in 4K is superb. Special thanks to Negin, thank you for the time you gave me and my family to explain to us more about the app and the subscription options, never regretting following your advice to go for the 4K subscription experience, very pleased with it, nice app easy to use, live 4K games running smoothly and clear, big movie and episode library, watching them with hd quality all the time, colors and screen quality is absolutely amazing, recommending it for everyone, requesting the app to add English subtitles to all American and international movies as mush as possible and take the request seriously to complete the perfection.
Slow and Choppy - world cup
Paid for the worldcup package, all the matches kept stopping, and slow, and I have to keep refreshing. Internet is fast but the app is just too bad.
Upgrade
Need more movies
Champions league final
During big events like final of champions leagues, the application doesnt work properly
Connection Dropping
The worst experience I had with a paid service. I payed a fair amount to watch the world cup games and in every game the connection drops at least 10 times. The worst experience was during the Egypt vs. Argentina game, where the connection dropped like 20 times before completely disconnecting and not starting again despite me closing the app and reopening it, and checking my connection which was fine. Horrible service 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Add stadium audio channel
We hope you can add an audio channel for the stadium crowd noise without a commentator on the 4K channels
Interface and app design
Interface and app design its not modern on Samsung Tv !! Slow and not modern icons and colors ! Look how Netflix or shahid .. need more professional updates .! And hope I can watch Bein channels anytime I want and more resolutions for Hd And 4K !! I want more quality for streamings match
Server down
Server down for more than 24 hours tried to contact the customer support(did twice) still no response

Very bad connection
Very bad connection when there is an important football match. I don’t recommend it at all
Love TOD
Since started TOD I am having great time, I rated 4 stars and left the 5th one you to amaze me more… thanks
Priority Matches
Sometimes I can’t watch the matches I want which makes no sense to get the subscription, is there a way where we can select particular club to view all their matches?

It’s great when it works, but mostly “Error…..” 😡
Mr H Allawati
The app hangs at times and requires a complete reinstallation specially when watching it on a smart TV screen. Apart from that, it does what it suppose to do
يحتاج اصلاح ف البث
بعد التحديث اصبح البرنامج سخيف للغاية وصعب الاستخدام ف شاشة التلفاز
Issue with Language Choice
One of the most annoying things about this app is when I choose a language and then they ignore my choice and put dubs over it. I want to listen to the players speak, not a translator. If I choose Arabic, I want the translation, but if I choose English, why do I still get a translation? If you're going to force me to listen to one, don't give me the option for the other. Otherwise, I've been subscribed for a long while now, and enjoy the app.
