Game Crashes
Right as I was about to hit a 50K combo while fighting a boss, the game crashed. Relaunched the app, selected “resume battle”, and of course it doesn’t pick up exactly where I left off. Instead, it gives the enemy an additional move against me. So I hit the boss again, start getting close to 50K combo again, and the game crashes AGAIN. Clearly a bug they need to fix. I’m running an iPhone 17 Pro Max with about 50% free storage space. No reason for this game to be crashing and even more insulting that when resuming a battle they give the enemy an extra move against you.

說真的玩很久了我一直都很喜歡這遊戲 但是現在只要閃退或有事情退出之後要再進去玩點繼續遊戲什麼都沒有就一隻角色站在那邊然後什麼也做不了只能被迫退出是什麼時候才打算修每次打到boss 關然後都回不去被迫重玩還沒有紀錄
可憐遊戲幾年了還有BUG
看廣告回體力 在閃電體力圖示飄回體力條前按開始遊戲 體力會直接被吃掉 遊戲還不會開始
Not great without WiFi
Awesome mobile game but if you’re not on a WiFi network you can’t access any online features, even including your equipment etc. The game doesn’t consider being on data as an online connection which makes it impossible to enjoy if you’re not at home.
Abandoned
This is such a great game that’s far more complex than it lets on. It’s now pretty much just dead with no new levels. Sad

I put a lot of time (and bought several of the monthly cards) into this game but looks like the devs gave up? Pretty disappointing. Could’ve at least wanted us that was going to happen so I stopped putting money into this game. Oh wait, then you couldn’t profit off us anymore.

課金してやって、レベル進んでポンアリーナが出来るようになったが、おそらくpvp対戦で相手が1回もマッチしたことがない。イベントは季節感無視（6月にクリスマス） ポンランクはずっと灰色で活性化されず。もう運営する気が無いのなら、サービスクローズしてほしい。

I need a refund
Clearly you have no intent on ever updating this game! I’ve been paying 9.99 a month for a very long time and feel that I should be reimbursed for 6 months of that. If you knew the game wouldn’t continue there should have been a disclaimer to all the loyal fans!

새 시즌이나 던전 등 정기 업데이트 해야 하는 부분이 없어졌음. 서버 과금만 유지하고 유지보수는 하지 않는 상태일까요?

Was really fun for awhile, then predictably hit a point where it got incredibly hard and would have required spending real money to keep making progress. And Habby games must think we’re all billionaires, because the prices for much of the perks and items are through the roof. No thanks. Play Angry Birds Bounce on Apple Arcade!

Daily events updated
At the end of December 2025 the daily events all expired and no new events weee available until January 7th, 2026. This has been my favorite game for years. I put my review back to 5 stars since they haven’t abandoned the game.
Absolutely Horrible
Pay to win & RNG is all you’ll see. I think the game is genuinely against the player cause there’s no way that everything works against the player.

Nothing working
Nothing works anymore. They kept taking away events. I emailed support and got a short response with no details. Update: support responded but the game sucks. Nothing has been added AVOID THIS GAME AT ALL COSTS!

Devs appear to have lost all interest in the game, with the punrank mode having been inactive for almost 2 months.

Developers have pretty much stopped running the game. Unused Items are gone from your reserve, weapons can’t be upgraded, and events are all gone. Hope others didn’t spend too much money.

Fun-ish
It’s somewhat fun, there are the typical character, equipment, talent progression but there is something so unsatisfying about the angles that you can do. Wish there was more side to side action, this seems very up and down focused which isn’t as fun (to me)

Game was great but has been going downhill for the past 6 months. Since December it’s like everything has basically shut down. Pages won’t open, games won’t work, and bugs galore. Did you all abandon the game and not tell anyone?

Game is broken, don’t get
The Arena portion of the game is broken. It matches with an opponent then freezes. This happens about %50 of the time. Habby is aware of the issue and hasn’t done anything about it in over a year. Edit: Habby responded to this with “try restarting the game” the problem with this is the first player in a match to do this loses the match and the other wins. So you end up sitting there waiting for the other to reboot first. More issues: there hasn’t been a level add to Trial Tower in years, it stops at 200. Let me add, I do enjoy the game, it is fun but the support is not great leaving a lot of people just not want to play.
Let down
Game was great and i loved it until about a month or 2 ago. The pvp arena stopped working properly. It wont load me into the game which in-turn makes me lose stars and drop rank. This really needs to be fixed. I went from diamond to gold without actually facing someone because of this bug

I have been with PunBall since the very beginning. I originally had a 5 star review, then my game glitched and I demoted it so it would receive a response. Which is did, same day by the support team. They have assisted me promptly with my issue so I am fixing my review. I love this game, there is so much to do and as someone who has played since day one: This is a company that *listens* to its players. They’ve added so many great enhancements and feedback is constantly being implemented with in game features. This is a game that offers different modes and challenges so it is not easily boring. One of the biggest pros to PunBall is the absolute ease and abundance of in game currency. You can always make purchases if you’d like but you can easily earn 300-400 of the green gems (in game currency) per day. Just by playing normally. This currency can be used for equipment, chests, pets, and exchanged for things like coins or energy. This is one of my favorites and they keep it interesting by adding cool bosses and new ways to play. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a daily casual game that doesn’t call for too much grinding, real money, or countless hours to progress. This is an all around great game and an experience. The developers are prompt and listen to their players feedback. Which is something severely lacking with most mobile gaming developers. It’s a great game 10/10. :)

アリーナWi-Fiを外すとマッチングするようになった。 Wi-Fiのままだと繋がらない時がある。ランクが上がって直ぐに繋がらなくてランク落ちすると気が滅入るのでアリーナする時だけWi-Fi外した方がいい。 早く治して欲しい。
Terrible updates
First off the mobs hp and damage is so disproportionate to player hp and damage, it seems the only way now to get even close to the damage and hp capable of beating mobs is by buying equipment through in app purchases, another thing is 1v1 mode is terrible now its not about killing the mobs its about surviving longer so you just stack healing pets and armor, last thing is the ball disappears by itself even while damaging mobs, I was about to beat the boss and then my ball just disappeared after damaging it for a while and since the mobs do so much damage it just one shots me. I wish the game would go back to not getting one shot by a boss and where it wasn’t just a game trying to force you to buy in games items.

게임 자체는 단순하게 즐겁게 할 수 있는데 뒤로 가면 갈수록 과금을 안하묜 안되는 수준까지 감! 매달 업뎃도 과금을 해야만 누릴수 있는 아이템만 나오고… 업체도 돈을 벌어야하는건 충분히 알지만 조금만 선을 낮춰주면 참 좋을거 같네요

So basically, you can set up a team of upgrades, (those being the only ones you can get in that game) and then start an endless run. This run gives you very low amounts of gems and stuff per level, but as you get higher up it eventually starts to scale. (Also, you can use not choose upgrades for your run that you haven’t unlocked in campaign)

Pay to keep playing trap
Game is very fun and on some level addictive. But you will eventually hit a point where it's literally impossible to continue moving forward due to the difficulty spike. You will constantly be bombarded with enemies that can one shot you and will only be able to survive on the right random power ups coming. I'm not sure how anyone could possibly beat these levels. Enemies have tens of millions of health points and can not be defeated before they get you. Not sure why they chose to go this way but it's a shame. The base game is very enjoyable.
