Good gym terrible app
Beware. Amped has a parent company that doesn’t follow what’s in your contract. My signed contract says I have a ten day grace period if I’m miss a payment before late fees are applied. But ABC (parent company) will charge you $15 if you’re 3 days late.

The app is okay. I’ve had gym apps that at least gave demos on how to use the equipment properly and it took away a lot of anxiety. I was able to confidently use the equipment correctly to avoid the crazy stares

Where is the so-called support for the Wallet???
I became a member on August 9, 2024 and I have a feeling this is going to be a bad regrettable experience. First the Open app to unlock the door doesn’t have my email address. So I can’t get in at night. Now, I wanna know where is the support to add my membership to my Apple wallet. This app claims that it supported it, where is it??
LOVED THIS APP
I love the gym because it’s the one place where effort always shows. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just work. Every time I walk in, I’m choosing discomfort over comfort, growth over stagnation. The gym doesn’t care who you are, where you’re from, or how you feel that day—it only responds to consistency. You show up, you put the work in, and it gives back exactly what you earn. The gym taught me discipline. It taught me patience. Progress doesn’t come overnight, and neither does strength—mental or physical. Some days you feel unstoppable, other days the weight feels heavier than it should. But you lift anyway. And that mindset carries into everything else in life.
No recomiendo este gimnasio por su trato al cliente
Nunca había tenido una experiencia tan decepcionante en este gimnasio. Regresé a AMP Fitness, pagué una mensualidad normal y en ningún momento me explicaron claramente que tenía un pago anual pendiente. Tampoco tuve acceso a la aplicación para revisar mi fecha de pago, actualizar mi tarjeta o verificar el estado de mi cuenta. Hoy, 16 de junio, fui a entrenar como cualquier cliente y me negaron la entrada porque supuestamente tenía seis días de atraso. Me exigieron pagar más de 80 dólares entre la mensualidad y la anualidad para poder ingresar. Lo más indignante es que les expliqué mi situación, les comenté que podía realizar el pago durante la semana y les pedí que, por consideración, me permitieran entrenar ese día mientras resolvía el pago. La respuesta fue un rotundo “no”. Lo que más me molestó fue la actitud de la persona encargada del lugar. Fue directamente la jefa quien me atendió y, sinceramente, sentí que no le importó en absoluto la situación. No mostró ningún tipo de empatía ni intención de ayudar a encontrar una solución. Su actitud fue fría, con evidente mala cara y una total falta de consideración hacia un cliente que estaba intentando resolver el problema de buena fe. Incluso prefirió poner a otra persona a explicarme la situación en lugar de atenderme ella misma de manera profesional y respetuosa. Además, pregunté si, en caso de pagar todo y cancelar la membresía debido a la mala experiencia y al trato recibido, me devolverían el dinero de la anualidad. Me dijeron que no, que era parte del contrato. Es decir, te cobran, no te brindan facilidades para gestionar tu cuenta, no muestran ninguna empatía con el cliente y, si decides irte por el mal servicio, tampoco recuperas ese dinero. No me molestó tener que pagar; me molestó la falta de transparencia, la falta de información y la manera en que fui tratado. Un gimnasio no solo se mide por sus máquinas o instalaciones, sino por cómo trata a las personas que pagan por su servicio. Lamentablemente, mi experiencia con AMP Fitness fue pésima. Me sentí ignorado, mal atendido y tratado como si mi situación no tuviera ninguna importancia. Por mi experiencia personal, no recomendaría este gimnasio a quienes buscan un servicio claro, humano y orientado al cliente. Le pondria 0 estrella pero no hay.

Trying to make an account and signing in is literal aids. Gave up entirely and am cancelling my membership.
It’s okay need work
The app itself is work. It tells me error and every single time it doesn’t let me update anything doesn’t even show me my membership nor did they tell me if they have any plans that are there yet when I see my other friends that have the app they can see other things that I can
Can not reset password
The app work for about 3 weeks before it logged me out. It won’t send me a password reset to my email. I even made another account with a different email and it worked until the free trial period expired
Blank Screen
Signed up for a guest pass. Then got a membership. Now I can’t access app. No customer service/tech support #
What Even is the Point
I’ve been locked out of the app for the better part of a year. Nobody can link my existing membership to the account. I’ve done every possible step to fix it, and yet it STILL doesn’t work. Horrible app.
Horrible App
I took pre workout only to make it to the gym and the app glitch. Even worse it’s after hours so there is no one here to let me in. The app logs me in and then immediately go to a white screen with an error message. I have restarted my phone, deleted the app and redownloaded it, I have even check for updates, all to no avail.
Absolute hot garbage
This app is an absolute piece of garbage. 100% unusable.
A joke
Signed up for the free pass (thought I was just downloading and signing into the app). After the 3 days when I log in I keep getting a message that my trial is over and to join now. I have already joined but the app will not go past the white screen and it gives an error message. This app is a joke.
so many errors
When I first got this app I had my guest pass. I was struggling to join and get a membership through the app because the app was bugging. I’m now trying again to join because my temporary pass is over, and now when i click “Join Now” the screen stays white. I reset my phone and tried again…. still did the same thing. I stayed on the app for a while to see if it would work in a couple minutes and it never did.
Horrible App!!!!
This nonsense doesn’t even work!!! You can’t do anything. You can’t link your account. There’s no way to update payment info other than walking into a location. There’s surely no way to pay. The. They charge you a fee every day of missing a payment. This whole company is just a bundle of inconveniences!
