Used to be better
This used to be my favourite game Since it was updated, though, it is no longer fun. Too many ads and now you constantly get pop ups even if you are offline telling you to reconnect to the internet. This has made the game unplayable on road trips now. I did not mind watching ads most of the time when I had internet because this game could be played offline when nothing else was available. But now they are too greedy and I will no longer use this app.
Too many ads
This game is very fun, but too many ads; maybe and add every 2 minutes or so. There’s an ad after every single level OR pause/interruption. An alarm went off while playing, and it immediately went to an ad after turning off the alarm. It really interrupts the enjoyment of the game. Jesus, now they’re spamming my inbox with “there’s a paid ad-free version”. I got the first email several days ago, and a follow-up every day since. Don’t bother with this app at all. You’ll be attached like a bad break-up.

A certain ad comes on and you can’t get back to the game. It ruins the game. I have to get out and get back in. It ruins the fun. Also, there is no support.

Great game
I love playing this game but got fed up of all the adverts if you needed to get an extra tube so I paid the £6.99 for No Ads. Unfortunately, having paid my money I’m still getting adverts. I expected to get NO ads at all not just between games so what have I paid for??? I don’t recall seeing anything to say limited adverts so did I miss this? If no ads means I still get ads when adding an extra tube etc then it’s not worth the money so can I get a refund please or if not, please tell me how to get rid of all adverts. Thanks for your support.
Too many interruptions
I like this game. I even paid for the no ads version. But when I play in airplane mode, I am interrupted every few seconds with a notice that my connection has been lost. This is extremely annoying, and makes the game frustrating instead of relaxing. These interruptions are worse than ads. I wish I hadn’t paid any money for this game.

The game is so fun I play it pretty much every day . But some times it can glitch. But it’s still a super fun game. but the Glitching can be annoying sometimes. Although it’s still my favorite game and I love it so much😍❤️❤️❤️
Dont play if you like to listen while playing games
Seriously why on earth would you think it’s a good idea for your app to stop other audio from playing in the background? Even after changing settings as soon as the app opened what I was listening to stopped. No clue if the game is fun. Not worth finding out. If you like to listen to audiobooks or music while playing games pick a different one.
Great game just one problem
I love playing this game while watching a show or a long video but something I noticed is that when have music playing and I enter the app the music just stops and it doesn’t allow me to play it when I’m in the app. It used to allow me to play music but I think a new update changed that. Other than that, great game 👍
Great until new update
The game is fun to play and matches with your level of skill through out the levels. I’m up to almost level 400, so it’s really enjoyable. The latest update though is very annoying! If you stop to think about your next move, it bugs you to undo your last move. I have tons of moves, even an open row, and it is pointing at the undo every 5 seconds! If there was a way to turn it off that would be fine, but there is no controls for anything except sound. I won’t play the game anymore because of this. I’ll try it again in a month and see if it’s back to normal, if not I’ll delete the program. Update: 2 years later and we finally get a reply to problems, must have had a lot of complaints to get through. Problem was fixed a while ago.

This game is really fun and satisfying, doesn’t need internet, and the colors and sounds are really cool BUT there are so many adds after every time you finish a tube you and once you get to a certain point in the game it gets rid all of the coins you have earned for no reason! Then you have to earn them back all over again! Overall this game is Satisfying, cool, fun, but sometimes FRUSTRATING!!!

So soothing
This game is great, I find it very relaxing and rewarding as someone who appreciates puzzles. I just have two wishes. That I could play music or an audiobook while I am in the app and that the white pointing hand icon could be shut off. Haha yes I understand there are power-ups, I’m choosing not to use them. Anyway thanks for an awesome game!
Paid for no ads, still seeing ads
I love this game! But I paid to see no ads and nothing has changed. I contacted the developer three days ago on Facebook messenger (the link provided via App Store) and have heard nothing back. Also logged the problem with Apple.
Too Many Long Ads
The game is great and quite challenging, as you move along. But there is an ad before and after a game. If the ads were short, it would be tolerable, but the ads consume most of the time lasting from 30 - 60 seconds. AND not everyone is financially able to pay for ads-free, as we live on a limited income. Please, at least have fewer ads and PLEASE, shorten their length to only 15 seconds! Thanks for taking this into consideration.

So frustrating…this game freezes as soon as an add comes on. The allow the add to play but it remains stuck there. The latest update didn’t correct the problem.

Great game. Quite a few ads though, and since the latest update the game turns off any audio you were listening to when the game opens. You can’t listen to music/ podcast and play at the same time. The game used to be great for a commute.

Not happy with latest upgrade
Used to love it. Dislike newest upgrade with 3 “backs” instead of 5 and what’s with the ?/no color Balls? I play this game to de-stress and your latest update is not good. I’ve played over 3,300 games so I’ve done my time so-to-speak on the ads. Bring back the little snowman version dude. If it stays like this I’ll be deleting. At least give people more description than “fix bugs” so we can choose if to update. Not the end of the world, I’ll find another love….

I have download it so many of these colored ball puzzles, but the majority of them have really unappealing colors or are very slow. I love the color graphics of this game, but most of all I love the chill background music. It's so relaxing!! I love it so much that I would literally pay monthly to play this.

Tons of glitches
Lots of fun once you figure out strategies, but is always glitching, getting stuck on ad screens, or stuck on one level, so kept having to reload which loses your levels.
