I have been playing this game for about a year and there are no ads the cats are so cute and beautiful the events are amazing the themes are just mind blowing everything is amazing you can tell the developers put lots of effort and hard work into it and the idea cats making soup is just amazing Keep up the good work

I can’t update it right now cuz a “billing problem” but besides that. It’s cozy and nice to play when I’m bored or sleepy it looks like time and effort (and money) is put in it! Impossible to get 100ah gold
Playing the game for 7 consistent months, and I've never made any progress on getting 100ah gold. It was as of it was stuck. Never playing again. All the playtime for 0 progress ): it's a great game too.
Update ideas and things to improve
The furniture place, I think there should be an option where you can see what you don’t have and an option you do have in the furniture shop.

とても楽しくて、2年ぐらい続けていました。今手に入れられないようなアイテムも持っており、重宝していたのですが、アップデートしたらゲームが急に開かなくなり、データを紛失しました。緊急復旧のボタンも用意されていたみたいですが、アプリを1度アンインストールした事が原因なのと、アプリ自体結局ロードが全く進まず開けないのでアンインストールしていなくても復旧ボタンにたどり着けていなかったと思われます。その後データは諦めて新しく始めようとしましたがロードが進まない状態が１ヶ月ほど続いたので1度辞めました。 また友達に進められて戻ってきましたが、運営によってデータ紛失に繋がったことは未だに許せていません。 可愛いくて面白いゲームだから改めて楽しませて頂いていますが、何か補填が欲しかったです。

Cant save data
Redownloaded the game after a few months and logged back in with my icloud. All my data was reset, purchases lost, and now there's no option for me to restore it, despite having been logged in with my saves backed up before deleting the game. I'm also not able to restore purchases? Considering how many of the purchases were continuous (the mole man, for example) this shouldn't even be possible. What is the use of the account if it doesn't save my data when the app has been deleted?

I’ve been playing this game for over a year! I love how creative the event themes are and how frequently they happen. My only suggestion is in regards to how players edit the cats’ mini rooms. When you have several decor items in a room, it’s difficult to select items in particular to move around. I often have to store everything in the room, and put things back one by one. Though I appreciate the option to send items to the front or back, it doesn’t really address it. An example of a solution: once editing a mini room, an option to access a list of currently placed items. The player then can select one item from the list, move it wherever, then move to the next item. This allows for specificity. Like…automatically locking everything, the list unlocks one at a time without having to tap it in the room ψ(｀∇´)ψ
Lost my account and never got help!
I USED to love this game so much and I will admit I have deleted it a couple of times to get space in my phone and download it again months later, but I always got my account back. SUDDENLY I lose it all? With no way of getting it back?! I tried getting customer service but they use an AI bot, then when I want a 1 on 1 with a real person the link doesn’t work!!! I’m forever going to be sad now. 💔💔💔💔💔

cats and soup is probably one of the best games i’ve ever played and im NOT exaggerating. it does have many ads but thats what makes it so fun because u dont have to pay for an amazing experience u just have to watch a thirty sec add or the really cute cats and soup ads which i actually enjoy watching. i also love how the in game purchases are cheap and affordable, not to mention the concept of the game is SO CUTE!!! i’ve been playing this game for around 4 yrs now and i think its perfect coz i love cooking and cats —————————————now for the downside: —————————————here’s a warning, this games takes A LOT of storage,i ALWAYS have to delete tons of my photos WHENEVER i have to update the app and if someone could just explain why it takes so much more storage than other games that walks be great. ————————————— overall, i think this is a wonderful game, cute, relaxing and lets you calm down. would recommend :)

Wonderful game - crashes a lot
I have been playing this game daily for about 4 years - I absolutely love it. It’s beautiful and cozy and the art is amazing. My one issue is that it crashes a lot. You’ll be playing and in the middle of completing your tasks and then the game will start to freeze every few seconds, and it eventually crashes. Restarting typically doesn’t work, it stays crashed for an extended period. I’ve just dealt with the annoyance because the game is too cute to stop.

Ive been playing cats and soup since i was around eight when my sibling got it. Ive been playing on and off since sometimes i get bored, but overall is a very fun game. I love giving my cats name and clothes, and it’s really fun!!

don’t get too attached to your cats (or your money) because the game will reset itself and lose all your progress and your purchases without explanation or refund. i’m still connected to the game centre and can see my purchase history on my apple account but all of it’s gone in game.
my mini cat furniture has all disappeared!?!
i’ve been playing this game for a couple of years and this is the second time that a whole room full of my mini cats furniture is gone!! I spent a decent amount of time and money on this game and I’m very disappointed that my stuff is going missing: ( cause I really do enjoy playing the game

Both the original Cats & Soup and the new Magic Recipe games overheat my phone like crazy. Then it lags and crashes. Not really playable :(

Very nice I really like the music and animations, except it’s really hard to get a new skill or new cat and it costs a lot of money to buy furniture .
Missing items
After the whole save file deletion and recovery , it seems a lot of items I had were removed some buddies I had to rebuy , the 500 event tokens were not reimbursed and even other costumes removed which were obtained months if not years ago. Dunno if they will fix that but hey I rather blow the whistle now before they remove more things from my account for no reason.

Cats & Soup review
Okay, so this game is soooo cute and fun and I definitely recommend this to all who are looking for really cute games. The ads are optional to multiply the rewards or get a certain reward. The only problem I had was that when the latest 2026 update happened. It kept redirecting me to the App Store and for certain restrictions I have, I could not complete the update, so I wasn’t able to continue playing. I had to delete it only for that purpose. But, that won’t really be a problem for everybody else so download this game to start playing! (kinda upset I couldn’t update because the update looked super cute and cool!) anyways, something else peeps should keep in mind is that you cannot play this offline like in a car or airplane. It says that you are going to offline mode but for me, I cannot play offline. Anyways, I highly recommend this to all players!
