Application crashes alot
I’ve been having a bit of a problem with the application. Whenever I open the map, it crashes. It’s been a bit of a hassle, and I’ve been dealing with it for over 9 months now. I’m hoping there’s a way to fix this issue, as it would be really helpful.

Maps view in search has an issue just click on it and move the map the app stop and close immediately I am iOS

You need to create notifications option
No notifications makes it hard to follow up on games, also expand your rsting system like other apps do, use more proping questions to define the player rating
Browse by Map crashes
Every time i try touch the map to find a court the app crashes and when i try to open it again same thing happens and this bug is there for many months now it wasn’t fixed
Time
When you try to see the open match time for example (now the time is 9 pm the app make you see the matches for 7 pm ) in the previous update it’s work correctly now even when you refresh the app it doesn’t work correctly
Mixed feelings
While the app idea is great, there are a lot of things that need to be fixed 1. When keyboard is opened to type a message, i struggle to close it and send my message 2. No way to specify my level as i progress 3. Most people inaccurately specify their level and it affects the level of the game 4. Some bugs here and there like when I specify location for open matches, the list does not appear most of the time I am using a 13 pro with the latest software and app update for reference.
Deleting the app
Every time i book the apps takes an average of 50 egp extra this does make any sense will delete the app

The app is great but full of bugs. Open match stats are never added to the profile after saving and approving scores, difficult to make my friends join the game through the link.
Issue in open matches screen
There is an issue in open matches screen when i open filter by area. I can’t close it. Please fix it

Please when i select the place i want to search for courts in like zayed and october when i search inside a court and press back it takes me to the home menu i need it to bring me back to the available fields inside the region i selected which was october and zayed so i don’t have to select it again every single time i search for a court

Nothing is right, can’t find favorites courts, open games aren’t easy to access!
Location filters
I like the app but there’s a small issue with the UX, When using the location filter and click into one of the options and then going back I land in the main page instead of going back to the filter view, then I have to filter again and choose a different place and do this every time.
No customer support
no customer support to solve issues, can’t edit the level. The app needs a lot of enhancements
Awesome app with painful bug
Please solve the bug when I open map view and start moving it directly closes the app. I tried reinstalling it and still the same issue.

Usability
The app make the booking significantly easier, it need to add photos to the place if they don’t have instagram account linked.
Players levels are exaggerated

Time delay
The app is great but the time is not accurate at all there is about 3 hours delay .... When its supposed to be 8 pm you find it 5 pm ....app need more enhance .
Problem in request approval
I have iPhone 11pro There is always a problem in the requests approval every time as I can’t approve the players request The bottom appear a small part which can’t reach or click
Terrible experience
Cant change anything related to the level, cant delete the account and no one to call for support. Players who join in for a game join and confirm then easily leave the game just before the match and we cant reach them and we have to quickly find other players because we cant cancel the courts. This happed many times and this leave the one who booked in a bad situation a court booked with no players.

Poor application
Can’t update my info related to my level can’t delete my account, every time I try to delete it, I been forced to type a long sentence like I’m deleting a super sensitive data and after all of that, i got a message that servers doesn’t respond to delete, but response in rest of application. I can see it’s not a production issue, it’s human made bug to block users from deleting their accounts

Problem Resetting my password
Hi Rami, Such a great app but where I can e-mail support if I have a problem, currently I am not able to reset my password ( I don’t get an e-mail for reset ) and I can’t use the app nor make a new account with my same phone number
Price change and updates
Dear Rami… I had a very disturbing experience regarding booking, so I booked a two hour game in Padel it in Arkan, and the total amount was 800, as the app asked me to slide to confirm, I found out that the amount is 900 EGP instead of 800 in the center court, I contacted the venue and the reply was rude, I told him he should fix the issue and report since there is no (report an issue)… Please fix this…
Fantastic App
I’m to the sport of Padel Tennis. So I’ve been looking for an application to connect me to padel players near my location. I found this app and it’s really well developed. User friendly. I like the message system to chat with players. I like the reputation point system. I also like the marketplace feature. Overall, it’s a great app. Highly recommend!! 🏓🏓🏓👌
