Zikr Ring Flex
I got this IQIBLA counter 2 weeks ago. It is keeping the track of your reading every day. It had nice duas for morning and evening. When you use the mobile app. The counter vibrates when the namaz time comes up. To get your city name. Use the location service. It will detect it by default. It shows the accurate time on the counter. It has an option for changing the language. And we can set the numbers on the counter. Suppose if we set on 100. It will vibrates upon the number comes at 100. It has nice size changer. And it has 3 changer for the ring

Bluetooth connection issue
I am unable to connect my Zikr Ring Noor to Bluetooth. The ring does not appear in my iPhone Bluetooth list, and it also does not appear when searching from inside the iQIBLA Life app. I have tried charging the ring, restarting my phone, resetting the ring, checking Bluetooth permissions, reinstalling the app, and searching several times, but the device still cannot be detected. The frustrating part is that it was connected earlier and worked for only about one week before this issue started. Clearer troubleshooting steps and better support inside the app are needed, especially for users who cannot detect or reconnect their ring. I would appreciate your immediate support in resolving this issue.

QR code is incorrect
The iQibla tasbih is not connecting to my phone. When I scan the QR code, it says the QR code is incorrect and asks me to scan another one. I am scanning the exact QR code that came inside the box. Because of this, I cannot connect or use the device properly. Very disappointing experience.

Saya baru beli dan terkadang agak sulit terhubung dengan bluetooth, tulisanya ring sudah terhubung tapi tidak bisa terhubung, harus login logout dulu biar lancar, so far good untuk fiturnya

ميزات الخاتم كانت حلما بخيالي حتى اشتريته من المسجد الأقصى، أنا كفيفة البصر والرجاج بالخاتم مفيد للغاية وظهور الرقم الذي على الخاتم على التطبيق مباشرة خيال، لكن أترك لكم بعض الملاحظات، أرجو الاهتمام أكثر بامكانية الوصول بالتطبيق مع التعليق الصوتي بالأيفون فيحتاج عمل كثير أترك لكم مصادر تعينكم يبدو لا يمكنني لصق الروابط هنا لكن يمكنكم البحث عن ذلك إن كنتم لا تعلمون الطريقة، أيضا يضايقني عدم اتصال الخاتم بالتطبيق عندما لا يكون معي نت جزاكم الله كل خير

Everything works fine. But maybe can improve on battery life. Suddenly when youre forgot, the battery dead and you need to connect again. Lose the history beforehand.

Needs help
I hate to write a bad review and that to especially for an app that is supposed to help you with your spiritual actions, however I can’t be the only one that finds the ui/ux experience frustrating. I gave this app one star because 1 out of three times the app connects to the device successfully. Now let’s get to what could make this app many folds better. When I connect the device, please don’t reset my counter. When you reset my counter my tracking for that day is off. When I track custom tasbeeh, why can I not see the zikr I did on that day, just number and the word custom is shown. When I have custom zikr that I do daily, do I really have to select the count again? Also when I am doing custom zikr vs tasbeeh, can I not switch between each custom zikr and tasbeeh so I can mix up my zikr actions, now I have to complete one count before I can switch. Also you guys need to add competition mode. So I can have a friendly reminder to my brother in islam to get his zikr on, it’s called gamification. Please save my settings, between app updates and device getting disconnected and reconnected, save my score and settings. Please stop resetting, put a warning on screen, like “seems you have done some zikr today, would you like to continue, or add it to a zikr of your choosing”. So many opportunities for greatness. Imagine the benefit to the millions that have bought this device. Asalamoalaikum

Still exploring despite having this zhikir ring helps me to remember Allah more..
Good but Need improvement
The biggest point that need developer to work on is TASBIH HISTORY ( log ) If reset button pressed by mistake everything is gone and cannot find your last count in the app which is very disappointing. Also another point need improvement is that sometimes the ring itself is not with us however we would like to do some Dhiker , so i would suggest to add an option in the app itself let us complete our tasbih without the ring itself , and later on we can add the count to the ring . Also another suggestion regarding Tasbih , we need one ring to be able track several tasbih without the need to reset the counter for each . Example : i want to do 1000 times specific tasbih but cannot do it once so i will divide it during the day , but in main time i would do another tasbih which is only 30 times , here i need another ring to do that which is annoying, i would suggest to navigate between tasbih from the app to choose which one to continue with each time

I love how there is so much options that help you focus on your deen, it has helped me so much to become a better Muslim just by the app.
Network error
When trying to create an account to link my tasbih to app it keeps showing “network error”. My WiFi connection is fine. The app has something wrong with it. Disappointed becuase I was excited to use my tasbih and link it to my phone. Not impressed

Connecting using phone
Something wrong about the connection if i’ll try to connect to the ring by using the app on the phone,suddenly the ring is turning off.pls try fix it. Majority all of the ring is like that.

Здравствуйте. Кольцо не подключается к телефону(в программе показывает что привязана, но отстаёт по времени и не показывает число зикров на телефоне). Удалила приложение удалила аккаунт открыла новую но не работает. Что делать?
Could be better
The new update is not good. Please change it back. Make it easier to upload tasbih too. Sometimes it’s easy to forget to upload it. Or sometimes you long press and upload it but don’t go on the app by midnight so it does not count. The new update also means I could not collect the 1k milestone thing. And why is the new update changing where the main tasbih thing is. I don’t want to see community dhikr. I want to see my own. Also make it easier to separate different tasbih and to distinguish it on the main calendar please! جَزَاكَ ٱللَّٰهُ خَيْرًا. I hope this helps. I really want to continue to use this but it is not ideal right now.
