Ein Stern für die einstmals gute Idee
Ich habe CrowdFarming geliebt, ich habe es weiter empfohlen, ich hatte ein Abo für eine gemischte Obstkiste im Monat. Außerdem habe ich Orangen und Avocados fast ausschließlich über CrowdFarming bezogen. Warum? Weil es besser ist bzw. besser war muß ich leider sagen. Wie gut ein Lieferant wirklich ist, zeigt sich leider immer erst wenn es mal ein Problem gibt. Hier dann leider keinerlei Versuch einer Einigung, statt dessen sinnlose Blabla Standard Texte, Ausflüchte, oberlehrerhaftes Benehmen. Dann drei Tage später, Rundmail: wir hatten ein Problem mit einer Charge Aprikosen… des Weiteren ich bleibe dabei: der Versand von Obst aus Spanien nach Deutschland, welches in Deutschland aktuell auch geerntet wird (Beeren etc.) ist, war und wird niemals ökologisch sein!!!
Läuft nicht richtig mit iPadOS- 17.6.1 Version
Photos lassen sich nicht vollständig anzeigen, man sieht nur oben einen Spalt. Das Pop-Up im Bezahlprozess zeigt auch nur die Hälfte, da links und rechts abgeschnitten wird (so sieht man zum Beispiel nicht den Endbetrag). UPDATE: Crowdfarming hat sich bei mir gemeldet und versprochen, die Fehler schnellstmöglich zu beheben. 👍Daher jetzt 4 Sterne statt 3
Weder klarer noch intuitiver nach Update
Nach dem letzten Update macht die App keinen Spaß mehr. Stöbern geht nicht mehr, weil die Kategorien entfernt wurden. Wenn nicht gerade bei den vorausgewählten Vorschlägen etwas dabei ist, bleibt nur die Textsuche. Die ist aber leider nicht intelligent (z.B. wird „Öl“ nicht gefunden). Zufällig tolle Produkte zu finden, z.B. als Geschenk, funktioniert nun leider nicht mehr. Schade. Ich werde die App so nicht mehr so viel nutzen.

Firstly, I love the CrowdFarming concept and quality of produce is exceptional, it ticks all my boxes. The only problem I have is that, using the app to make a purchase, using Apple Pay, without creating an account, the marketing emails started coming. If you click on unsubscribe, the link directs you to a “log into your account” page, which I don’t have, so I can’t log in and unsubscribe. I can’t stop the emails!
Gorgeous produce
I received clementines & avocados, which were delivered on time & well packed. The fruits are fresh & delicious & have kept well, stored in the fridge. I am very pleased with this delivery.
Leider kaputt optimiert
Hier wurde leider eindrucksvoll bewiesen, wie man aus einer perfekt funktionierenden App, eine komplett unbrauchbare App machen kann, schade. Die IOS App ist praktisch nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Zum Glück funktioniert die Android App noch halbwegs. CrowdFarming an sich ist eine super Idee.
Wunsch & Lob
Ich würde mir wünschen, bereits gekaufte Artikel wieder aufrufen/anklicken zu können; ich bestelle gelegentlich erneut und muss dann immer zB über den Landwirt suchen. Die Paypal-Abwicklung ist besser geworden, aber noch nicht ganz seamless integriert (Meldung zum Link extern und Rückkehr); mag aber auch mit an meinem Gerät liegen (klappt bei anderen Apps oft besser Zum Konzept gibt’s nur Positives, und die Ware war immer Spitzenklasse! Danke!
Super Idee, keine Anbieter aus meiner Region, Kontolöschung nicht möglich (Fehlermeldung)
Die Idee ist Klasse. Leider keine Anbieter aus der Region wo man die Ware direkt abholen kann. Nur Versand. Wenig Auswahl (keine Produkte z.B. in der Kategorie Fleisch, Eier). Ärgerlich, dass die Kontolöschung nicht funktioniert. Man erhält eine Fehlermeldung und meine Daten bleiben gespeichert obwohl ich die App nicht nutzen werde.

Mangelhafte App und Service
Die App leitet jeden „klick“ auf die Webseite um. Wofür braucht man da eine App. Leider hat über die Jahre die Zuverlässigkeit nachgelassen. Verschwundene Lieferungen, gar nicht versandte Lieferungen und Probleme mit dem Partner DHL. Positiv: Ich bekam bisher alles erstattet.

Great idea, not so great app
For starters, the screen goes blank when selecting certain subscriptions. There’s no way to get out of it than to close the app. On the subscriptions that do open, there’s no information like there is on the website. Actually that’s about as far as I got before realising the web app is better.
Fantastic products, let down by delivery
I’ve been buying from Crowdfarmer for several years now and the products are all wonderful. Brexit has slowed things down and meant that some suppliers no longer ship to the UK, which is understandable. The main problem is that they use UPS to ship, meaning terrible communications and often late deliveries, to the point where I’m considering giving up on them.
Advocado the best ever tasted ! Plus lovely oranges .
I have gradually increased what I buy from Crowdfarming and like the principle . The advocado from a tree I adopted for my husbands birthday present were the best I have ever tasted and didn’t spoil . The organic Oranges were also delicious .
Terrible app
The app doesn’t work. No products are available, while on the website there are a lot of choices.

Buggy app
Love the concept and have been ordering for over 2 yrs but the app is so full of bugs and difficult to navigate with works around! Example, in search box I write avocados, then I select Buy a Box, search returns all the products from all the farmers. Order Again button is not active in the app so I have to search for the farmer and then find his products to order. Maybe make farmers name an active link so we can find all their products? Ideally off course make Order Again active. I have the latest version of the app and I’ve tried closing, opening, reinstalling.
Best Avocado
This was my first time buying from CrowdFarming. The avocados were exceptional. Every single one was perfect and creamy. When they ripened they kept really well in the fridge, there was no bruising or grey areas or stringy bits. The taste was amazing. Best tasting avocados I have ever tasted. 🥑❤️

Gemischte Box
Die Box enthielt Zitronen, Bananen, Pistazien, Oliven, weiße Zwiebel und Nektarinen. Die Lieferung erfolgte sogar vor dem angekündigten Datum. Alles super, nur die Nektarinen nicht. Von 4 Stk waren zwei bereits schimmelig.
Die App ist ziemlich schlecht
Der Service, die Früchte etc klappen super. Die App ist eine Katastrophe. Suchfunktion tut nicht richtg, nachbestellbuttons gehen nicht und die App ist unglaubkich langsam.
Idee gut, App schwierig
Auf einem älteren iPhone (iPhone 7) keine brauchbare Reaktionszeit und es dauert teils Minuten, bis eine Ansicht aufgebaut ist, auf dem iPad ist die Richtung stur hochkant, mit Tastatur daher nicht verwendbar. Schade. So bleibt weiterhin nur die Bestellung über die Webseite, denn auf das Angebot würde ich nicht verzichten wollen, da hervorragend. Anregung an die Entwicklerinnen und Entwickler: Tests auch auf Tablets machen auf Funktionalität und die Menschen, die ihre Smartphones nachhaltig, sprich lange, benutzen nicht abstrafen, weil alles laufend nur für die neuen aktualisiert wird und dann auf älteren Geräten nicht mehr läuft. Ansonsten: attraktiv gemacht, wäre einfache Nutzung

So. Wenn ihr keine weitere Supportmöglichkeit anbietet, schreibe ich hier. Ist ein klarer App UND Produktmangel. Schon wieder wird meine Adresse bei der Bestellung abgeschnitten (Habt ihr in der Stadt einen großen Platz? Stellt mal vor, als Adresse steht nur Platzname und nichts danach. Schaue ich meine Adresse im Nutzerkonto? Alles da. Bei amazon 1:1, und sie schaffen es meistens sehr problemlos. Habt ihr Zeicheneinschränkungen in der App nicht berücksichtigt? Ist es Kundenpriblem? Bei euch sehr wohl) und diesbezüglich verschwindet meine Bestellung in Nirvana. Post sagt: in Rücksendung wegen falscher/unvollständigen Adresse. Und weder in der App noch auf der Seite kann man irgendein blödes Formular ausfüllen und Problem melden. Um Problem zu melden muss man Bestellung auswählen und die Bestellung ist nicht auswählbar. Und rund herum genau dasselbe. Also es ist fix meine allerletzte Bestellung bei euch. Die Unmöglichkeit Support zu bekommen ist ein definitives no-go. UPDATE: Zusätzlich zu den Mängel in der Funktionalität und Problemen mit der Kommunikation kommt entsprechendes Service Niveau. Seit mehr als eine Woche versuche ich mein Konto zu löschen. Und als Antwort auf die Nachricht “es geht nicht, weil wenn ich dem Kündigungsbestätigungslink folge, kriege ich die Meldung, dass diese Site nicht existiert.” Sage ich das und als Antwort kommt - es ist WOchenende ich kann dem Entwickler nicht übergeben. Seit einer Woche scheint der brave Entwickler oder Kundensupport frei zu haben. Kein schlechter Job, oder? Eine Katastrophe von A bis Z. Ich hoffe irhgendwann kommt ein Tag, wenn ich endlich meine Bestätigung bekomme, dass mein Konto gelöscht wurde und nicht mehr existiert.
Richtig gute Idee sehr gute App
Sehr durchdacht alles. Es gibt viele Informationen zu den Farmer und den Produkten alles sehr transparent. Bin Super zufrieden und freue mich wenn ich dadurch direkt die lokalen Bauern unterstützen kann.
Add a rate-the-farmer feature
I’ve bought several times over the last 2.5 years. I believe a rating feature is now needed because some the farmers are sending terrible products. I’m positive they’d never offer me stone-hard avocados if I was in front of them at the farmers market. They simply would NOT dare. However, this being an online transaction, they have sent moldy tomatoes and hard-stone avocados. The farmers should send both ripe and some unripe produce. Fruit also gets ripe on the tree, so the excuse “your fruit comes directly from the tree, that’s why it’s not ripe yet” it’s absolutely invalid. The app works great. Your devs are doing a great! 👏👏👏 However, your Produce Quality team has a lot to catch up. I will update this app rating and comment once I see the rate-the-farmer feature in the app.
Gut und ausbaufähig
Prinzipiell eine gute Sache, eine Suchfunktion innerhalb der App wäre noch fein, damit man zielgerichtet bestimmte Früchte/ Farmer/ Produkte findet! So ist es manchmal bisschen umständlich.

Ein einziger Wermutstropfen
Die allermeisten Lieferungen sind einwandfrei! Nur drei waren nicht mehr verwertbar. Das habe ich auch gemeldet, es ist aber nichts geschehen, obwohl einer der drei angeschaut wurde. Drei Lieferungen auf ganz viele, die nicht in Ordnung waren. Zu verschmerzen, durchaus! Aber irgendwie unbefriedigend ist es doch.

Avocados delivered yesterday 5th March
All seven of the avocados were brown, mushy, and very over ripe…I will not be buying any more. The oranges are also a little dry but still sweet.

I love receiving a box of fresh picked fruit .. it arrives as instructed in a good strong cardboard box . I share some, refrigerate some and enjoy the flavoursome rest ..It’s important to know the farmers use methods of growing respectful to the earth.. Thankyou!

Beställde nyss apelsiner i appen och priserna står i euro trodde att det var ett ”tryckfel” Runt 5000kr gick apelsinerna på när jag kollade kontot. Avbröt beställningen. Ni måste ändra detta. Har alltid funkat innan.
