Very disappointed to find so many tickets for Final and Semi s were sold online on illegal sites. I've wasted hours trying to get legal ones and also No checks at turnstiles on who is entering. Shame on UEFA

Steinzeit-App
Alleine der weltfremde Aspekt, dass man die App nach einem Gerätewechsel(neues Smartphone) neu verifizieren muss, ist schon absurd. Die geistig hochtrabende Idee der Software-Nerds, jene Verifizierung nicht online durchzuführen zu können, ist ebenso für sich betrachtet bereits auf Weltklasseniveau in puncto Sinnlosigkeit. Schon an diesem Punkt erlaube ich mir darauf hinzuweisen, dass mir der o.a. Unsinn das Nicht-nutzen-können von Tickets beschert hat. Bei der WEURO in der Schweiz hat es dann ein Mitarbeiter von Ticket-Servise "geschafft", mir die App wieder zu aktivieren und zu verifizieren, sodass ich meine ursprünglichen Zugangsdaten mit der ursprünglichen e-Mail-Adresse (vermeintlich) wieder benutzen konnte. Leider zu früh gefreut. Nach dem Update heute ist wieder alles auf Null. So etwas Schlechtes kann man kaum noch sachlich diskreditieren…
Eingeschränkte Funktionalität
Das Übertragen mit 3 meiner Tickets an die Familie funktionierte in einem Fall innerhalb 1 Tage, das 2. nach 3 Tagen, das 3. gar nicht. Um das 36h-Ticket ÖPV zu bekommen muss man eine weitere App laden, was aber an der Passworterei zur Mail scheitert. Das hätte ich mir anders vorgestellt.
Optimale Nutzung für Tickets
Hatte 4 Tickets für die EM, hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert und man weiß direkt wenn die auf die App übertragen werden, dass die auf jeden Fall echt sind.
App startet nicht mehr nach Update
Gerade eben das neueste Update installiert, jetzt öffnet sich die App aber nicht mehr.
Tauschfunktion
Im Grunde ja eine App die ihren Zweck erfüllt. Aber wie kann man bitte beim Design der App vergessen eine offizielle Tauschfunktion einzuführen in der man Angebote machen kann & diese akzeptieren usw. Der Aufwand ist wirklich überschaubar für eine solche Funktion.
SchmuckTicket nach dem Turnier zum Drucken?
Ich würde mir gerne nach dem Turnier das Ticket als Andenken ausdrucken. Momentan geht es auch nach dem Spiel nicht. Könnt ihr das vielleicht mit einer Art Memorial Ticket zum Drucken möglich machen?
Worst App Ever!!!
Tried logging on one device, it didn’t work, then I tried on another device and it keeps saying I’m logged on another device, it can’t end the session automatically after 12 hours, copy pasting the verification code crashes the app, overall it’s an awful app, all they cared about was to make it too secure so it won’t work at all. FAQ is useless and doesn’t say anything about how to fix this, and no option to make contact!

The app is is not great, completely different from website!! Instruction's are rubbish, cannot find tickets, like a receipt off already purchased tickets too ease your mind! I have 3 Euro 2024 tickets bought, on website I see this BUT on app completely no information about them! Very poor
Cervellotico a dir poco
Non sono sicuro dei motivi per cui non sia possibile scegliere il posto. Forse c’entra il Covid per cui non mi esprimo su questo nonostante adesso uno dei miei figli minorenni ha un posto assegnato dall’altra parte dello stadio. Ma per il resto ( invio dei biglietti, uso obbligatorio della app per riceverli) lo trovo a dir poco assurdo !

Ticket transfer
Absolutely useless. No follow up after sending email asking for support. I transferred 2 tickets to my friends who now can’t go. I’ve tried 3 ways to transfer them back. None of them worked and no response from UEFA!! No way to get a refund, which means two seats £40 each spare for England v Austria next Wednesday 6th July

Appalling and dangerous
I see the latest update fixes ‘connectivity issues’ really? This app is badly conceived and nearly had me crushed into the turnstiles at Stade de France. Whoever thought that waiting until the last possible moment to render a scannable QR code has clearly never been to an event with more than 5 fans. In my direct experience attempting to validate tens of thousands of electronic tickets at the turnstiles absolutely does not work. Needs a rethink as it’s not fit for purpose in it’s current form.
