What they complain about

Able to visit new places
Is a great app and surely missing it this year, pls come back for the kids
BLANK SCREENS
We can only see the options in main screen (the circle) and when we click on anything it Goes BLANK!!! No information no nothing at all
Great app for family fun
Love the app and all of the places you’re allowed to go for free. Great for families on a budget. My kids love visiting all the places and this year there are even more places participating. The only thing I wish the app also included was a map of the state with all the locations pinned so you can easily see what’s in your area or certain regions of the state. It would make planning day trips easier to include more stops and get the most out of the app.
Bugs fixed my butt
Tried signing up on the app… twice, along with my wife. Each time it froze up. Might want to recheck that update because it sure as hell didn’t work.
Mediocre
This would be a really great app if it provided up-to-date information. It’s just about Summer of 2025, they advertised all of the great events that could be done for free this summer. We’re led to this app and all we get are schedules for the previous years.
Amazing app
This app is so amazing, I’ve been able to take my son places every summer now with this app, especially for single parents living paycheck to paycheck this app gives them the chance to do fun activities with your children for free! 10/10 I highly recommend it. Love it!!!
Fix the app
Less than impressive, defeats the purpose of the app when it is blank & wont load any information. Whoever is in charge of this should extend the time benefits can be used right after the bugs are fixed 🤦🏼♀️
Great app if it works
I’ve used it the last 4years but for some reason all my children have now been removed and it doesn’t let you add them, you get low data detected or it just keeps circling like it’s trying to work but doesn’t actually.
FAQ
I downloaded the app on iPad because apps are hard for me to see on a phone. When I open it, it asks for my phone#. No FAQ option.
Thank you!
Thank you for making this app, as well as making these adventures possible for our family. Lived in Kansas all my life and never been to so many of these places. Well, I have now!
Not working
I can’t get my kids to save in the app and it doesn’t seem to be functioning properly.
Too small print
Unfortunately it’s such small print I’m unable to read everything (even with my glasses) and I can’t zoom in to see it on my phone.
Awesome!
The app saved us $201 on our family vacation! We went to three locations that were new to us. The app was very easy to use. Be sure you don’t activate the tickets until you are at the ticket window because there is a timer that starts. We hope to be able to go visit some more places this summer.
Amazing app in past
In the past this app has been amazing but currently, it is not even functioning correctly. The main circle menu takes me to blank pages with no information, and no options except to return to the main menu. I work for the SOK and we finally got the email stating this app was open for the summer, but it’s still giving blank screens with no info or options. Especially frustrating since we have even less time available for the benefits of this site, this year! Summer’s almost over, what a shame…
How does it work?
How does this work? Do we just show up to the event of our choice and show them the app or where are the free pass tickets? Let me know thanks !
App doesn’t function, can’t use benefits
Used Sunflower Summer last year with no issues. Last few weeks, the app won’t load at all. It won’t save my children that were previously on my account, saying slow/low data connection no matter if I’m on home WiFi or 5g. App updates haven’t changed this issue. Very frustrating when the program already started later and ends earlier this year. It’s almost like they don’t want the app to be functional at all to justify slashing the entire program next budget cycle. Only a few weeks left of summer, lots of activities we wanted to do but none we can access since you need the app to do any of them 😭
LOVE! PLEASE CONTINUE THE PROGRAM!!
This app is worth taking the time to write a review . It’s absolutely phenomenal and we have used it many times and love it ! I’ve posted some of our adventures on Instagram @thisisbusinessmama ! Please bring it back every year ! We truly enjoyed it!
The ink is expired
I'd like to sign up But the link has expired last year. Do you need to update?
Awesome!
My family is grateful! Thanks for the tickets! Gives us places to go and get out of the house. This is a amazing program! Keep it up Kansas
Won’t load anything
Trying to load the app and will not load anything but my name. Worked great last couple years.
Free admission
This app is a great way for kids and families to enjoy the state of kansas
Annoyed!
Can’t get anything or even find the events after websites of places say to go there and download! I’ve uploaded my children’s grade school and what not and is still saying to update??? Not sure what’s going on
Wowzer
This is by far one of the beat apps ever!! I mean you can enjoy all of the events for free, and the ease of use is phonemail. I’ve been telling all my Kansas friends with children to download and have fun!!!!
Really? Just for people with kids?
Not really respectful to all the working people of Kansas who may want to see some sights this summer on a budget.
Sunflower Summer
This app is easy to use. Interacted with multiple attractions and enjoy the colorful and fun imagery.
Still nothing.
Is there a trick to getting passed the part where you enter your phone number? I did log back in after a reboot and select update.
