Love it!
This robot vacuum works very well. I was skeptical since it cost so much less than the others but I’ve had it for about 6 months now and I am very pleased with it. I have to empty it after every use but that’s just because one of my cats sheds really bad. Easy to set up. Not sure why so many struggle with that part. Highly recommended!!
App is trash
I love the actual robo vacuum but jfc, that app is a royal pain. Imagine if every once in a while you'd have to reconfigure every wifi device on your phone because it gets reset somehow??? I mean, this is the only product that does that and after several updates they haven't been able to fix it
The settings
Every single day I have to change the base station settings on the wash mop intervals. It keeps switching back to default every single day. I have to manually change it to the setting I prefer for the size of house I have otherwise it leaves giant streaks everywhere . This is a software update, please update. Update emailed tech support. Looking forward to a fix

So quiet and works great
This little vacuum is so quiet and does a great job cleaning our downstairs. We have hardwood floor and low carpets He goes everywhere and really does an excellent job. I make sure to clean it out 1/2 way thought and keep my filter clean Love it
Gotten worse
Edit: The below issue has gotten worse. Just made a new map and my robot deleted it after one cleaning. Will have to trash it. Unfortunately my vacuum now creates new maps on its own, it also starting removing no go zones. I guess the Chinese are interested in what I keep tucked in the corners of my home.
Can’t scan house
Says it has scanning setting but it doesn’t , it also constantly avoid areas I need it to clean. Otherwise lovely
Disappointed
It just goes over the same route. The app is useless.
App quits working
Setup was easy. It connected and for the first 6 cleanings it worked great. Then the app completely quit. After it being on the charger all day it says 13%. Nothing in the app will actually work (creating no go zones, starting the cleaning - nothing). I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled and nothing can get it to work. It does still clean if you manually push the button on the actual vacuum. You just can’t schedule anything.

No mop only mode after apps updated
I loved that I can switch between vacuum or mop only mode now they don’t have mop only mode which takes too much battery to do mop AND vacuum AT THE SAME TIME. And keep getting stuck doorway which it never used to. Please bring the mop only mode back !!!!!
Belle version
Fonctionne bien. Meilleur contrôle du robot. Il faut faire attention que le téléphone et le robot soit tous deux sur le réseau 2.4g - sinon, la connection sera impossible. J’ai eu de la difficulté à connecter le robot à cause de ce détail.
These vacuums are just a base model
Honest review after two years they’re constantly getting stuck. There is no way for you to set up a do not enter zone. It rolls off the stairs daily and seems to not be picking up as much even with the constant cleaning of the machine every couple days. But for the price, it’s a nice little helper.

No longer draws map in app
No longer drawing map while running. Also does not allow map to be used and rooms to be chosen. Happens on android and apple. Worked great for two months. Now its worthless.
Works better than previous version
I like this version. Be careful when you connect though. Both the robot AND your phone must be on the same 2,4g wifi. otherwise, the robot won't connect.
If you’re cheap or on a tight budget
It does a good job cleaning BUT it does not do a good job of recognizing wires and things it cannot go over. It will constantly go over the same problem areas and get itself stuck. The app will say that it’s doing a sequential pattern but if you’re staring at the robot you will see it’s not doing what the app is saying it is. This is nothing sophisticated but it does do something.
Needs Better Notifications
I’m keeping this review to the app and not how good the robot cleans. It’s a great robot- 5 stars. What keeps the app from getting the same is lack of notifications and connectivity to the phone when not on the WiFi. I want to know when there is an alert on my phone when I’m not on home. If I’m home I have the audible notification. Please add better notifications that notify when the phone is not on the same WiFi as the robot.
So far this thing is GREAT
When creating your password you must use no symbols and make it 6-12 letters. Worked just fine. I love this robot. I run it at night and wake up to no more dog hair 🥹
this vacuum is awful
im saying it here as well on amazon so no one else has to buy this and just return it it doesn’t work it breaks fast and easily their websites is just their policy’s and not how to return anything or get help my robot said it was in the air when it was not after working normally we cleaned the sensors we did everything and it still didn’t work and people are having the same issue online reddit has thousands of posts about how bad it is and how you shouldn’t by it this was supposed to be a gift and it was just embarrassing

Stupid robot gets stuck around dining room chairs. You can get in that stuck position, but are too stupid to get out.

This robot is garbage. I’m on my second one. Sent first one back. It goes in circles chasing its tail for 4 minutes. Then it’ll run into the dock. Good luck with customer service because it takes them a day and a half to email you. Try this, oh didn’t work, try this. At this point I’ll get a refund from Amazon.

I like it but if you have ios 12 it doesn’t work
Partitioning and zoning doesn’t work
When I first created a map with the app, I was able to partition and zone cleaning. Then I needed to create a new map after changing the location of my base station. Since creating the new map have not been able to get zoning/ partitioning to work. It’s also hard to teach the robot new areas. You have to wait patiently for the robot to find them. Even if I use remote control to direct the robot to the area I want it to map, it doesn’t work.
Ads?
Why am I subjected to ads when I just want to clean my house? Seems bizarre that they feel the need to stick the ad in front of you for 3 seconds before you can access the app. You’ll get 5 stars when that obnoxious unwanted feature is removed.

I have tried multiple times to get the vacuum to connect to my WiFi and still no luck. About time to return this vacuum!!
Read this to save you time
Things to know to save you time and avoid frustration. When setting up the password, do not use any symbols. I used ChatGPT to generate my password using the app’s rules and it worked. Make sure you connect your phone to your 2.4G wifi connection. You won’t be able to pair your phone with the robot if you’re using a 5G connection. There are many ways to create a 2.4G connection, like changing the settings in your router, but because I didn’t have access to it, I had to use my wifi extender. Turn off your location while using the app, you don’t need that.

Things To Know
1. Don’t copy and paste your password, manually type it both times. 2. Don’t use your phone number, select your region and use email. 3. You don’t need to keep location on for the app to work - disable access after set up. Can’t imagine why a robot vacuum needs my phone’s location. 4. Use random-mode, spiral, or edge. The smart or arranged mode seems to get the vacuum stuck the most. 5. Enjoy your robot vacuum!
App works great. Seems like many bugs are fixed.
Quite pleased so far… Read over some reviews have to say some people seem quite impatient with the system. The password needing to be 6 to 12 letters or numbers could be spelled out clear meaning don’t put symbols. Phone number is required to create and register, but once all that was completed. The app is really cool, allowing you to see where your vacuum has cleaned and other status information about your vacuum.

Can’t even create a password keeps saying 6-12 characters and I’m not dumb I’ve tried everything it still won’t register a password I just want to be able to control my vacuum man
Good app
Good app, easy to use. Can I request being notified when the robot gets stuck on something. The notifications always tell me when the scheduling works but I don’t really need to be notified of that because I set it up. It would be way more useful to receive notifications when the robot is stuck so I can fix it.
Glitchy
I just bought my first ever robot vacume and went with this one after looking for a good budget one with good features. Overall I’m happy with the unit. It’s the app that an issue. It keeps displaying old maps and even thought I’ve mapped my house 3 times and it shows different colours it won’t let me assign different rooms so I have to vacume the whole house every time. Hope they see this and fix it

What. Did. You. Do?
My robot worked fine until the most recent update . Can’t get it to clean. Can’t get it to dock. I’ve tried unpairing and re pair to no effect. Had to turn it off to get it to stop beeping until you fix your issue. Very disappointing.
last update seem to have made robot dumber
robot used to be smart, to clean a corridor it would go on straight lines until the end of the corridor, optimizing time. Now it goes sideways 🤦... tried resetting the maps saved but nothing helped.. please fix this, thanks!
Great so far
Day 1. Idk what people are talking about that they cannot connect or create an account. Takes about 5-10 minutes to do out of the box, just follow the step by step directions. I have two dogs and it has been picking up lots of hair. I empty the bin whenever daily. Takes about a minute out of your day, but saves you minutes out of your day. Take this review as you will, but lots of these 1 star reviews seem due to the incapacity to operate a phone.
HORRIBLE!!
The support team sends YouTube videos that are outdated. I haven’t been able to connect my vacuum to Alexa. And it takes them three weeks to reply, out of the MANY times I’ve contacted support I only received one response that didn’t even work. As the advice they gave me was outdated. The connect to Alexa button doesn’t work. The vacuum itself works but the connectivity and smart home aspect does not.
Common Translation Errors
Everything about the app is fine except the amount of spelling errors and dialect inconsistencies. I would defiantly hire someone who can do the job effectively without any problems like this.
Does Not Work with 5G
Worked just fine until we upgraded our house to 5G because we were having so many issues with our other provider and couldn’t get Wi-Fi in parts of our house no matter what we did. We were excited to finally be able to connect both robots since one was in an area without Wi-Fi. And then … poof … no connection on either 🙄😐. Gah. We had planned on getting a third one now I’m not sure what we will do.
Remove the time delay when opening the app
Robot is fine, works well all things considered. But the bloody 3s delay when you open the app that you can skip is pointless. Why is it there? Get rid of it. Would never buy again for this minor inconvenience alone. Yes I’m petty.
