Reception staff
Always very friendly and helpful
Not user friendly
It’s to hard to make accounts it’s a very difficult to booking app showing deferent and web site showing deferent
Poor Functionality
The app only shows swimming availability at Leyland.
Swimming Pass
I’d just like to say how helpful lLisa was when I was enquiring about getting a swim membership. Very informative. Thank you Lisa
Worst App
I can’t make any sense of this App
Stopped working
Was really good but this past week it turns itself off if you press to make or cancel a booking
Update
The tennis Center is great but does require equipment update. I hope the new investment will be to all Centers and not All new at Leyland gym with other centres being given the castoffs of equipment from Leyland?
App and website
Can’t book more than one space and the website is shockingly hard to navigate as well, very displease with how difficult it is to simply book to go swimming
Good start
Can’t book multiple quantities of same session. E.g. 2 for swimming? Good start though.
Stopped working
Was working great 👍🏼 then all of a sudden soon as click on class want to book the app shuts down , every time . Works when you reinstall but then does the same again - it’s rubbish!
Useless app.
The app won’t work on my phone. I have tried everything as have the staff at Bamber Bridge. My password in never recognised. I have to reset it via email every time I want to book a class.
South Ribble Leisure
This website is very awkward to use. Especially trying to book a swim with grandchildren.
Rubbish
Wouldn’t let me book anything . Said my account was inactive despite activating an hour before hand . Only wanted to book a swim . Website was similar .
The most annoying system!
This app and website are so annoying - i just want to go swimming and it makes it damn near impossible. The app onlyshows swimming sessions for the wrong club and you can only book one person per account so have to log out and then make a fake email address and a second account for my child - makes no sense at all. There is no other way to go swimming so I am forced to used this system but it’s really stressful. Sort it out please or just let us show up and swim when we want to like the good old days!
Useless app
One of the most useless apps I’ve ever used doesn’t let you do anything and keeps sending you in a loop. Typical of the IT at SRBC.
Doesn’t let you sign up
Go through the whole process of entering all your details just for the last page to not allow you to press next
