The worst delivery ever
They promised that my shipment is ready to be delivered at 12 pm after all the calls i have made with costumer service , and after all that waiting they are telling me they might deliver it at 10 or 11 pm.

Bad experience
Poor and unprofessional service, I ordered through the app, but a full day later my order still hadn’t arrived. When I complained, all they said was that they’d return my money , ok when ? — no explanation, no apology.

Worst Pharmacy For Online Order
My wife ordered more than 1300 SAR of powdered milk for my kids online and accordingly it will be delivered from 3pm to 6pm but apparently when my wife followed up they were still looking for the availability of the milk in their stores, to cut the story short, they posted and selling items online but in reality it is not available. We called the customer service for a refund for our money and told us that they will cancel the order and wait for the bank to give us the money bank 3 to 5 days. Imagine ordering something that is not really available and charging you 1300 saudi riyals. Please be careful ordering online in this pharmacy because the product maybe is not really existing. If this happened to Nahdi pharmacy they will return right in there the money that was taken from your credit card but united pharmacy will let you wait and waste your time. PLEASE CONSUMERS BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PHARMACY.
