Great App
Makes access to schedule very easy
Worst app
I don’t know why schools decided to go with this app. It’s slow and it forgets your favorited teams so each time you have to redo it. So beyond annoying and frustrating. I’ve been trying to pull up my child’s schedule for the last 10 mins and the app just continuously remains empty. Absolutely useless.
Good start
I followed the Developer Response, but it forces a new standalone calendar. The app really should allow the user to add a calendar event to their own existing calendar (like airline apps do), which makes it easily visible to others (e.g., a spouse). Easy to use. It would be a 5 star when it incorporates the ability to save assignments to the iPhone calendar with the location address. It would be a great addition.
Can’t access profile
No matter what I try I get an error everytime I click Profile. I’m logged in and can favorite my teams, but it’s not usable for anything else.
Email support
I like the new upgrades. Particularly, the feature is allows you to see the game fees paid highlighted in green for each game on the assignment page. I don’t like it that email access was removed. It was very convenient to easily find all of the emails associated with Arbiter in one place. I truly miss that feature in the app.
Good Stuff
This is a great app that helps me stay up-to-date with my games!
Horrible
Initial account creation and login processes are terrible and put user in circular loop. It’s as if they did not QA Test the app. I’ll use their website rather than try this app again
Notifications
Need the ability to receive notifications on the app of assignments or changes. I do like that I get txt notifications but having notifications on the app would be an added plus.
Disaster App
The worst app I have on my phone. I would delete if I could. Security issues everywhere, including allowing facial recognition using an old photo. I imagine the lawsuits against them will eventually sink this app.
New update
New update isn’t as clean as it was before and days of the week aren’t listed until you click on the game.
Great
Since you've changed your entire format it's much easier & I love it! Thanks much!!
Calendar view is terrible
Only being able to see one day at a time is terrible. Also no way to add all games to calendar at once? This might be the worst of all sports apps I’ve been forced to use over the years
Smooth but different
Got so used to the old school arbiter still after almost a year after update trying to get around the app
Good potential but poor implementation
Profile and calendar support doesn’t work. Relying on local device storage means that teams being followed must be setup on each device being used rather then synchronized through a backend. Currently no calendar integration on local devices for published scheduled events
Uh
It is confusing and the website is way better than the app, when you update it it resets your passcode so you have to sign in again and in the app you can’t sign up for ref jobs but you can on the website but honestly the app is only goid for checking your games not actually signing up for them. 🤷♀️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Easy
Quick and easy all I can say it’s smooth to which is nice
Export calendar
This app is terrible. I need to view a season schedule to send to grandparents. I want my schools old janky website back.
Google Calendar
Please have Arbiter link and synchronize with Google Calendar and other online calendars
Not a fan
This app is not as good as the old one.l, especially in the pay department. If I could only see which bank account is which I could transfer money to the one I want it to go. My default bank account in repay is not the same as the default on this so Why?
Daz BB official
Prone app gives easy access for contract acceptance of contracts.
No RSS, bad Add to Calendar
There’s not a way to subscribe to a calendar via RSS to automatically get updates, and when I add events to my calendar using the link, it doesn’t ask which calendar to add them to or even put the event name on it, so I have to find the event, move it to the correct calendar and rename it. Whatever company the school was using before was way better. This is hot garbage.
Limited Information
Garbage. This app used to show my complete schedule of meets. Now it only shows school searching. This was a very good app but now it is useless and needs to be fixed.
Arbiter
Arbiter is so convenient and easy to use. It’s nice to see my schedule, payments, and game information all in one place.
App is horrible
You cant even find the stats of other ppl or look up the stats of who are very close in league contenders i would give this app zero stars if i could. KHSSA SHOULDVE NEVER GOT with this app.
Accepted games
Not able to accept
Very Responsive
I have contacted the Arbiter for assistance and each time they solve the issue very quickly. I truly appreciate how responsive they are. Thank You Bruce
Garbage
This app is absolutely terrible. Absolutely sucks for officials for the WIAA. I’d give it zero stars if I could
Instant transfers
Need to Fix instant transfer
Official
Very Convenient… Never miss a game assignment!!
Calendar Does Not Sync with IPhone
Calendar feature does not sync with iPhone. Have tried to manually sync with url and it does not work. There is no sync calendar functionality in the settings section of the app as described in the instructions.
Can’t see my schedule
Not seeing my all of my schedule, can’t reach my partners
Great upgrades
I’ve used the Arbiter app for years as an official. I’m very happy with the new upgrades they made in the new app. It’s easy to navigate and complete the day to day tasks that I use the app for.
Email harvesting
What a complicated nuisance. I used to be able to go to the school’s sports calendar, and subscribe to any team calendar in one or two clicks. Now you have to sign in to a company website, share your email (why??), dig around their website, and get an email calendar link. It’s like going back in time.
So much easier
Using the app was so much easier than going to a website. Great improvement, keep it up!
Does not work.
Trying to accept games and app will not open up. Tells me to go to arbiter sports.com to open up to accept assignments. Needs fixed.
