Fun Game Bad Courier
It’s a good game, but the courier is so weak it basically forces you into ads or payment to have a decent experience. Not worth your trouble until the courier speed is buffed
Money issue
Great app, but on the last ticket office, the cost for the final upgrade is $3.8 million, when the vault’s max is $3.5 million. So it’s impossible to fully finish. But great app, and it’s totally awesome!!
Couriers won’t go to fraud section of the firm to get files
Couriers will not relieve the fraud lawyers of their files. They do everybody but the fraud offices. Idk if this is a big or what but it needs to be fixed.
This game could be so good !
This game is fun. I just wish the time to build wasn’t so long. It seems you get to a certain point in the game where the developers make gameplay take HOURS. Of course, the way to expedite or get the appropriate number of anything is to pay $9.99+…

Garbage game. Upgrades cost more than vault capacity so you can never truly finish the game.
Like it but…
I like this game but honestly the upgrades take hours and hours and how can you even play when you click three things and then have to wait 7 hours for one thing to be done. 3 hours for another. People can’t actually play when you have the times that crazy long. It’s a disappointment and just ends up with me deleting the game.

terrible game
cash grab , you can watch ads for money and even if you do , your vault can barely even go over 25k . once you start to buy more things , the money goes up from ads . currently, mine goes up to 40k and if i do watch an ad , i can’t get the other 20k because my vault doesn’t go up more . if you want to upgrade anything on this game, you either have to wait , watch ads to skip , buy no ads or spend coins to skip the waiting time which you barley even get any coins unless you upgrade a-lot of things or spend real life money . this game was fun at first then started to get irritating because it got to the point i couldn’t even play the game without having to watch ads every other second to be able to upgrade anything . i do NOT recommend !
Decent idle game, but…
Not a bad game, though their hospital one was more entertaining I thought. This game seems to have a glitch or money grab though, as someone pointed out a year ago: for Traffic Ticket Office 5 there is a coffee machine upgrade for 3,889,720 and the maxed out vault holds 3,500,000 - so it appears no less than $5.99 USD will be needed to increase vault capacity, if that’s even enough.
Boring
This “game”. Is sooooooo boring. Even with buying no adds, a couple of builders, I spend an average of 2 minutes on this game. It’s boring with no real objective but to tap a screen to build. I’ve spent real money which I normally do on a game, but this one just lacks substance. I’m disappointed because it started off promising. I enjoyed the diversity and the graphics, but that’s about all. There are other cheaply made tycoon games that beats out this one.
Unable to Finish Traffic Ticket Office 5 Level 11
Game only allows to save 3.5 Million Credits, but the Coffee Machine upgrade for Level 11 is over 3.8 Million, so we can’t finish the upgrade. Either lower the cost or allow to upgrade the Vault Capacity to 4 or 5 Million. 🤦🏻♂️

There’s only one level
Once you complete all the task that’s it no more it stops with the fraud office it doesn’t expand n keep going no room for any real interaction with the game. Not worth spending any money on the game. There’s nothing left to do but delete the game because it’s finished. You can only play the game bout a month maybe two months before completion of game and game over. No new level no nothing. I rate this game a zero

I've been playing this game on and off in my spare time for a while now I've maxed out everything I could but now I hit a wall the vault only lets you hold 3,500,000 while the next upgrade for the Traffic Ticket Office 5 Coffee Machine from 11 to 12 costs 3,889,730 to upgrade. Since the Vault is max means no point in playing anymore because you can't progress unless you spend money this is supposed to be an Idle Game. You would think over time you could max everything for free just take longer.
Plot and updates?
I would love to have a little pricey glasses. I thought there were some but then they just never occurred again. Also I can’t really play much because my vault is not the right size. I can’t Max it out anymore. Are you ever gonna update this?

Fun but READ THIS FIRST
2nd Update: it’s 2025 with no updates. Game is a money grab for devs. Update: dropped down to 1 star. No significant updates for weeks. Nothing after the 2nd special case with the cops. Well well yet another idle tycoon game. I have played several other idle tycoon style games from this dev and if you’re like me, this review will come at no surprise. First the concept of this game hits home for me as I am a member of the legal community. Some of the terms are not what I’m used to, i.e. documenters but that’s not necessarily an issue for me. I saw some other reviews saying that if you are a busy player then this game is for you but I disagree bc if you’re THAT busy that you find this game entertaining, it’s likely you just don’t have time for actual fun games. This game could be SO much better and here’s why: 1. The actual time you will spend in the game is no more than a few minutes and that’s within the first day or 2 of playing it. It takes SO much time to upgrade your firm AND you can only upgrade one area at a time UNLESS you pay for additional builders which is in no way worth it since the game has not been updated for at least from what I can tell from other reviews, for a few months. Don’t pay for a game that you will maybe get a month of play out of. That includes paying for no ads. Trust me you don’t need it. 2. The necessary steps to advance through the game is not easily understood as stated by other reviewers. You need to read each pop up carefully so you understand the requirements needed to advance through the game. The devs should’ve been a little more mindful of the user and created a thorough tutorial or even some type of animation that comes up as you advance through the game. 3. Before you get ahead of yourself MAKE SURE YOU UPGRADE YOUR VAULT. You literally cannot do anything without that because you will not accumulate any income. BUT BEWARE in order to upgrade your vault, you need to check the “investigations” folder (under the economy tab) that says VAULT I, VAULT II, etc in order to actually upgrade your vault. 4. As I stated earlier, there are certain requirements you need (found in investigations) before you can upgrade your staff and offices. Some of these requirements take 2, 4 and even 8 hours to complete. Sure you can use tokens to speed through that but then you might be tempted to use tokens to speed through upgrading your office and employees so your tokens will be gone quickly. 5. The investigations folder needs an entire overhaul. It’s cluttered and not that easy to navigate. You have to select each one in order to see the cost, benefit and duration it will take to complete and it is only separated by 3 categories - firm, economy and employees. There needs to be further division by office, upgrades etc. As it stands now, it feels really cluttered. 6. The devs absolutely rushed this and have been slow about adding suggestions and updates to the game. Read the other reviews and see for yourself. I fully expect to be done with this game in a matter of maybe 2 weeks and I just started playing it a few days ago. Again I gave this game 3 stars because the overall concept is fun and there are not many legal-type games on the App Store. However, the lack of attention to detail, the nonexistent updates and the lack of urgency to improve this game hurts it’s viability in my opinion. I really hope the devs read this and are serious about improving the game. If you get stuck, definitely check out the FAQs on their website. It can seem confusing if you don’t study the game and/or familiarize yourself with the FAQs. Thanks for reading!
Cool game!
I have been playing your game for a few months now and have almost everything upgraded to level 5 yet for some reason 4 level 5 Documenters cannot keep up with the work load of the fully upgraded offices?! My officers and couriers never have enough documents to run smoothly! Even one level 5 paralegal can keep up the work load for the entire firm? Someone please look into this as it has been annoying me for ages! Other than that it’s a fun game! And please keep the week long seasons coming!
Great Game, Seems like they gave up on it
I like this game and have paid into it a lot but I’m maxed out on what I can upgrade my vault to and which is $3,500,000 and I have an upgrade that requires $4,800,000 and there is no way to complete that without an upgrade to the vault. I’ve seen a lot of comments from a year or so that they have done nothing to the game in a while. They updated some time last year but nothing recently. If you’re going to have a game like this then you should being doing more frequent updates and then you might have more people play the game. you’re lack of follow through has made it so no one wants to keep playing. do something about it

Great game and daily login but once you complete the season and all the buildings, there’s nothing to look forward to anymore. I love the game but can only 99% it since the Coffee Machine on the Traffic Ticket Office #5 costs $3,889,730 while the max vault allows me to have a maximum of $3.5M. So that’s the last thing I need until they expand the office to let me upgrade whatever area that says “Coming Soon”.
Spent months for nothing…

Fun, but nothing to do
Great game, fully completed everything however. Even season 2. Now I have nothing to do. Money does nothing, the cases are to few and far between. I only log into the game now to check if there is some new content.

Hi. I enjoyed playing this game but I’m At a point where I can’t go much further. The archive room needs more as they can’t keep up with supply and don’t even get down to the corruption offices. There is now a corruption challenge but I can’t get my folders there as the other offices need them and there is not enough
Not enough support game is dead in the water.
Fun game, however, does not perceive enough attention from developers to expand on unlocked everything and there’s nothing left to do. I’ve had the same event displaying its expiration time showing 23 hours and 59 minutes for the last few weeks with nothing new happening in the game
When will the game be updated next???
I’m about maxed out on all upgrades. It didn’t take long to finish the game. Surely there can be more law offices or added staff. At the time I’m writing this, I see the last update was 4 months ago. Some empty rooms still read “Soon-Not yet available”. Would be great if we knew how soon.
I like, but…
I have really enjoyed this game. It’s challenging, but not too difficult. It’s interesting and can keep you busy. The game isn’t finished though there is a section that says “” soon and it’s been that way for years. It would be nice to get an update on when soon is going to be. Also, I wish we were able to get more builders. it takes a while for the upgrades to load . eight hours! That’s kind of crazy.

After getting to level 5, you can’t go any further. What a waste.
Empty chairs
Hey, I’ve found that clients ignore all the empty chairs and get angry that they can’t sit down. But the issue is. On all my car ticket offices (the offices they are going to) all have chairs that are empty. But the clients think there full get angry and leave. Didn’t know where else to report the issue.
Had high hopes…
I got this game thinking I would be the lawyer, but no! I’m the dumb boss and don’t even get to see clients’ cases! On top of that, the game is extremely boring and slow. I was fooled by the app’s thumbnail! Just sad.

It’s a great game until..
This game is great! Up until you can no longer have your money amount up to $25k. So don’t waste your time or money on this game. You won’t be refunded and there is no excelling in the game as everything becomes $50k & up. Very disappointing.
Update
Been so long now with no updates, took a week to complete. It’s been months now and nothing new or anything to do, what is going on. Should I just delete the app or what. Some feedback would be good too ???

I really enjoy this game but reached a point where I have upgraded everything and there is nothing to do anymore. I got one season event but that has ended and there’s nothing left to achieve.

Nothing to do once you finish all of the levels
So I’ve managed to finish all the level ranks on every single office now up to five or V all with an exceptional lawyer attached to it and now I’ve got nothing to do, what’s next?? Where do I go from here??
Flawed
The documenters can’t keep up even though they are all at level 5. The fraud offices can’t make money because divorce offices hog all the documents.
Haven’t seen a new case in a year
