Matchmaker chat/subscriptions
This seems like a very great app for intentional people. However, the subscription options and “perks” are not clear. As well as the “Matchmaker” doesn’t lot work or load. I think these fixes would make an excellent app smooth

It’s not letting me verify my identity it not even showing the camera please fix it
It’s ok - no support
I keep matching with people yet unable to send them a response. And then just end up wasting 24 hours trying to match someone. Your app is making it so I may potentially be missing out on my soul mate.

Yes is a good app
Not good
I paid for a premium subscription. It would not let me upload and verify my ID to get the check. I emailed customer support following up 3 days in a row with no response. I matched with someone, wrote her a message (at 6:45am) went to close the app to start and get ready for me day, and it said if I closed the conversation I wouldn’t match with her anymore. Don’t reccomend this app. Christina, if you’re out there, come find me 💐
Wanted to like it but
I just can’t signup. It wants my precise locations but tells that zip code will only be used. Sounds suspicious as it should just ask for a zip code. If you pick your date of birth you can’t change it later. Not even one time if you make a mistake. Even signup with Apple requires all the same information any so not sure why even offer it. Will give it and edit if I can get help and past this step.
It’s ok but one downside
I already love the app! It has great set up and I love how you can see all of the persons profile. The only downfall is you have to have premium to see who likes you. As someone who doesn’t have much money to spare to spend on this premium feature, I wish they would at least let you see them. Overall a pretty good app.

Just joined and this app is awful — photo won't verify, Al/support won't help, zero likes.Glad I only paid for one month.
Great concept but…
So so many fake accounts. All of my top matches daily were in other states, despite my settings for location preferences. Not very helpful. I gave up after a week.

This app is garbage and it hasn't had any new people added in my area in over a year. And I live in a major city. And the people that I do match with always catfish.

Free service is alright but not catered to helping you find anyone. Have to pay for other 75% of services they offer.
Broken & buggy app
You can’t talk to anyone on this and matching someone is buggy and you see a lot of different things on screen. Do not use!!
Shame
It’s a shame that in order to meet someone I’m interested in I have to have a membership which I’m not going to do. My husband died recently and I’m raising our 15 year old son on disability so unless you find away to let people know I want to respond I will be be deleting my profile
Chat isn’t working
Your texting doesn’t work after a match. You keep typing but I’m not sure it delivers to your match
Suspicious AI
First of all, im tired of being offered a chance to win some get away. It feels very scammy. And the AI feedback, which seems to be Delight’s “hook” and meant to set them apart from apart from other dating apps isn’t very helpful and may be racist. First of all, I’ve only ever seen that a person may be a “Moderate” match. No other levels of match. And often times, the reasons it provides for the march are things i dont care about. Also, it occasionally tells me I may be a moderate match because “we’re both caucasian”. …um, thats not something I care about. Why did the AI say that? Did the other person put that as a preference? Idk but it’s very sus. ETA: I decided to just delete my accounts and the app. Worst dating app Ive used.
Can’t use the app
I can’t respond to matches. I can’t verify my profile. The app does not work at all!
Don’t purchase the subscription
By far one of the worst in my opinion. The ai generated matchmaking is not helpful also the I put my preferences and instead of following my preferences and showing me only this guys it showed me everybody and at some point started to show me females. The face of it is very pretty and simple to use however I’m not sure if they are having technical issues but I’ve already contacted apple to process a refund.

Overall not great
I really like the idea of this app and wanted it to work. First off I like the AI profile builder thing, but it keeps suggesting women I have no interest in. The matchmaker pick menu says it will have a new girl everyday but has only ever showed me one. When I tried to correct the AI it didn’t change anything. When I changed my filters to decline women who smoke and/or have kids it still showed women who do. I really wanted this to work and even paid for premium, but I was very disappointed.
Do not use
This app is nothing but scam. You talk to girls then they turn around and blackmail you. Telling you to fork over thousands of dollars so the can remove everything they are using to blackmail you. This app has become trash
It was great for comedic relief
I really had hope for this site but it was actually the worst yet. The idea is to talk to one person at a time however, within the first couple days I realized I was looking at duplicate and triplicate profiles for almost half of the 10 they give you as picks. Also definitely don’t pay extra for the AI matchmaker. It was however quite hysterical to have them match with a man dressed as a baby….like with a diaper and bonnet and everything 🤣🤣comedy

Be careful!!! So many catfish are on here. I tried to report them, but they end up coming back. I even contacted the real people that had their pictures stolen, but there is no one to contact to take the profiles down. The “report” button doesn’t even work.
