What people like
- Easy to use for coaches and refs
- Great access to club match data
- Interactive and engaging for spectators
What they complain about
- Login issues and password resets fail
- Slow loading times and frequent crashes
- Difficult navigation and poor user experience
Brilliant app
As a referee it is easy to use and so should say for coaches, other match officials and players. It is a shame that the area I am in has introduced 2 step authentication which is a pain when you have been logged out and have not much signal at a match or at home. Overall this app is brilliant, easy to use and well recommended for Coaches, Match officials and Players
Can’t log in
Not accepting my credentials….yet I use the same credentials to successfully log into the Comet website…and I can’t even reset / change my password as it doesn’t accept either my email address to send a reminder - nor does it recognise my username which I use to login via their website…
Calendar
Great app. But it would be great to have a calendar integration feature with the phone’s native app too. Also, reasons for caution/dismissal needs to be either wrapped or shortened. The whole can’t be read anyways.
Not intuitive
Please add instructions such as making sure to select one’s country logo before inputing login details, also how do notifications get deleted? For nationality, it should read “Irish”, not “Republic of Ireland” - the latter is needed for “country” later in the form. A FAQ somewhere would be useful.
Possible improvements
Include league tables on the app
Great app
Great app
Always crashing
App keep crashing and logs me out
Decent App
Decent app and makes it easy for the managers and the referees, but I believe that they could make improve the system for when you put a yellow and red cards on because the choices are slim and also make the app look more pleasing to the eye.
Much to improve here…
Only have to use this app once a week, and thank sweet baby Jesus it isn’t more so. I work in IT myself so can’t get over how this app is running a 4.7/5 rating. Would love to see this company publish their product roadmap so users could feed into it. Some free feedback for them to vastly improve this app: (1) offer some filter options to find matches quicker (once you have selected your competition). These could include KO time and venue. It’s a chore scrolling down the app and the page having to load as you do so. Even worse when the page doesn’t load properly and you have to exit the page to force a reload of the fixtures thus meaning you have to scroll down again! (2) surely it would make sense to allow you to favourite a competition/team/age group to only display that information which is relevant to you?! (3) loading times are slow when retrieving data eg coach selection. Not sure why as can’t be a lot of records The above would be a good start.
Best sports interactive app
What an App! Interactive and engaging, the app keeps the interests alight and involved with football, being able to know the scores of other teams in different leagues is amazing.
Doesn’t work
Can’t log scores it’s terrible
Хорошее приложение, но есть недостатки
Пофиксите - в комментарии к матчу(внутри матча) присутствует локаль только на en языке(ввод с клавиатуры) - iPhone 14 Добавьте обрезание аватара(фото) А так, всё гуд.
Football
Since the last update I’ve been unable to access the site - it will not accept my password of username. The app is also not easy to navigate around. Very disappointed
One app has completely changed welsh football
The app has massively improved spectatorship and access to the domestic game in wales. Clearly one of the most impactful policies that the FAW has ever implemented.
Very hard to use,
When entering the app there is no option to sign in, please fix this!
iPad optimum
Can the app be optimised for use on iPads.
Comet
A great app with all club data and match day information accessible
Scottish Football chaos!
Daily Record, August 17 2024: “ Scottish youth football has been thrown into chaos by the rollout of a new “complicated” system for registering players. Thousands of grassroots and amateur players have struggled to get registered on the Scottish Football Association’s Comet computerised platform in time for the season kicking off this weekend. Some youth coaches claim the system is too complex and has led to massive delays in registering players.”
Add feature
1. Ability to add player picture 2. Add the event of assists! And Would be 5 stars You have goals, cards, subs, own goal, pen and missed pen but no assists
Dreadful
Nightmare to use and nightmare to get into. Keeps ‘forgetting’ my credentials then ignoring all attempts to reset password. Forced to use it by league but even they can’t seem to work it most weekends. If and when you get into the app it is really not user friendly, and is intuitive at all. I heard people saying they have lost days trying to get used to it, and after many hours fighting with it, I can only agree. Really is poor a quality app not designed with end user in mind.
Nice and easy to use
Only issue I would have with it is when you wrote a match report or lengthy statement. Can only view in a single line rather than as a paragraph style which then leads to spelling mistakes and poor grammar. Apart from that really simple to use and quick
Very poor
The UX on this app leaves a lot to be desired Gotta do better than this guys
