AI Garbage
This app uses AI and half the questions are grammatically incorrect or worded in a way you can tell AI wrote it. Not helpful at all!
Great up. Where’s the dark mode
I would give this at five stars if the widget updated and was more reliable on the home screen, and I really wish they would add a dark mode. It definitely makes it easier to read at night when studying in an ambulance.
Terrible
The answers to questions are not always the correct answers
Not bad but it’s definitely got mistakes
Some questions and answers will be incomplete, or it will ask you to select three but you can only select one answer. Things like that are the common mistakes I see.
It’s a tool that works
I worked my hardest and still felt unprepared for my national exam, so I downloaded this app. I took test after test for a couple weeks leading up to my national exam and passed on the first try. I recommend it to everyone studying for NREMT.

A cut-and-pasted jumble clearly assembled by people not fluent in English
Wording issues but overall good questions
I noticed I have some issues processing some of the questions properly from weird wording (makes sense because I have dyslexia) but otherwise it’s a great app
Disappointed.
I have encountered not only a lot of grammatical errors but incorrect terminology being used in questions. There also seems to be an issue with the question choices grammatically. I tried to reach out to the company to get them resolved but unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to work well either.

Wording of questions is terrible
Seriously? The wording of these questions is laughable. I think there’s probably better apps. English is definitely not this apps first language. How am I supposed to trust these answers when proper english isn’t even being employed?? It’s like being quizzed by a six year old Spanish kid struggling to cobble english sentences together. Fix the language please. I know the wording of the test questions is supposed to be “tricky” but also…they should be grammatically correct and make actual sense!

Great app! Questioned aren’t exactly framed the same as those on the NREMT but still was a great help.

Not bad, but…
It’s truly not bad other than it doesn’t matter how many time you select the correct answer, all of the sudden the app will pick a different one then marking you wrong. Questions are decent and explanations are okay, just seems as if a person wrote it and not a book which is very relatable.
Tool works
I've noticed that many practice questions are harder than real exam questions. I think it makes questions to be a very good source of preparation. Another thing is that each question has a detailed explanation and it allows you to receive constant feedback on what are you doing right or wrong. Also, this app provides daily tasks and reminders to force you to prepare daily. Good luck everybody!
Weak
Many of the questions are poorly written, there are some mistakes (the response description indicates a different answer than what the test indicates). I feel as though the test has not been proofread. Furthermore, it would be nice if the explanations address, some of the wrong answers as well as the correct one - that is key and helping a student understand why answers are incorrect.
Good format, sometimes seemingly incomplete
The way the app is laid out makes it easy to jump into and out of studying, but some of the questions seem incompletely setup or off. As an example, I’ve seen several “select the three options that apply” questions where you can only select one. Alternatively, some of the questions have answers that seem to be run on sentences without spaces and stuff so it’s difficult to read. Overall, pretty decent but not sure I’d be as stoked on 25$ a month given the tidiness.
Poor wording and content
There are many grammar and spelling mistakes in these questions. They are worded in confusing ways and give irrelevant explanations at times. Questions can be contradictory or flat out incorrect.

Too many incorrect question/answers
This review is written in 2023 and registry is very different now. Though the “new” test isn’t fully implemented medic students will be graded under those conditions. I’ve tried several different test prep apps and they no longer accurately reflect medic registry test. In addition There are too many questions in the app test bank that have wrong answers. Compared to the text book answers the app say are right are actually wrong. The app needs to be updated and fixed. This app isn’t the only one.
Bad deal for lifetime cost
Ob section is just trauma questions and also only 9 questions. Trauma is the 9 in the OB section plus a few others. The full EMT test doesn’t offer any OB, but foes offer a ton or repeat and poorly written questions. I was referred to this app, unfortunately it was a bad recommendation that I will not be passing on. I previously rated the app higher until I saw the garbage that was the OB and Trauma sections.
Amazing for EMT!
My friend told me about this prep app and it is so great. They literally motivate you to study by having these crazy progress features
Trash
Half the questions they come up with are absolute garbage. These poorly worded questions appear to be poorly translated from another language and no one bothered to read over them to see if they even made sense. Multiple questions said “select three answers” while proving two answers and only allowing one to be selected. If the people who create this app don’t care enough to look over the questions they’re providing, why bother using the app. I’ve also flagged multiple questions and requested feedback, never got it. Use any other app

The content is incomplete and/or inaccurate. It’s fine to make use of it for the free trial, but definitely don’t pay for it
There are better NREMT apps out there
There are various grammatical and spelling errors throughout the questions, leading me to question the reliability of the app. Not only this, cancelling your paid subscription is extremely confusing and is probably intended to be so, so that users will forget they even bought it and continue to be charged. I contacted the parent company via email and they have yet to get back to me about helping to cancel my $25 a month subscription. I would recommend any NREMT app besides this one. Poorly written, error-ridden questions with scammy business practices are what you’re downloading here.
Answers are wrong
I experienced multiple questions that were blatantly wrong. Not a good study tool.
Worst study material
I honestly regret letting a co worker talk me into this app. The questions are repetitive with wrong answers. I’ve switched categories and still get the same questions. Can I get a refund? Absolute rubbish. I found a much better application for cheaper. I wish zero stars was an option. This app is taking advantage to EMS students freaking out before NR.
Good interface but filled with typos
The app has an easy to use interface and tons of questions (supposedly – I haven’t sampled all 3200 it claims), but many of the questions have typos (some that are just sloppy, some that change the meaning of the content), some of the questions include should-have-been-removed tags on the correct answers, and nearly every time (or every time? I didn’t keep close track at first) there is an “all of these” answer it is autopilot-correct. There are better NREMT prep apps available.
DONT USE THIS APP
I don’t recommend this app, as the questions are poorly wrote and incorrect answers. As well as the answer explanations given are vague.
Not the app you want
There are considerable spelling errors and terrible spacing making words run together. Questions that tell you “select the three correct answers” only gives you two answers to pick from. Multiple questions have the same answer listed twice as options. Other questions have one answer that looks like a real answer and the rest are random characters that don’t even make sense. For example, “What oxygen saturation would you expect in a child.” The answers to choose from look similar to: A. 0,3 B. 0,5 C. 0,20 D. 97%. If you truly want to study for your upcoming NREMT test, this is not the app you want. It does offer an explanation for right and wrong answers but doesn’t reference the text and sometimes doesn’t even make sense. At $25 a month I honestly think this app is an effort to grab some of the cash out there from EMT candidates looking to prep without really trying to provide a minimally satisfactory app to actually assist the candidate. This is not the app you want.
Not the best
I am an EMT instructor looking for resources for my students .. I always go through things myself to make sure they are going to be helpful. The questions on this App need a major overhaul when it comes to grammar , punctuation , etc. It is awful! some of the questions don’t even make sense and the questions themselves have a large amount of irrelevant information. I had to edit several questions so that they would make sense. Definitely not worth the money.
Wrong answers
As a new EMT student using study guides to help with knowledge review is important. This app twice now has marked an answer as incorrect but their explanation for the answer contradicts their own “correct” answer. Example: You’re treating an adult patient who is wearing a nonrebreather. The reservoir bag collapses on inspiration. What action(s) should you take? They marked “Switch to a nasal cannula” as the correct answer then contradict this in their answer review. The correct answer is “make sure the bag is connected to an O2 source and is flow is at least 10LPM. Not happy about a $100 dollar app with incorrect information. Taking the NREMT is stressful enough without starting to second guess if you have the right knowledge because of a poorly written app.
