New Investor
I am brand new to investing in rental real estate. This is pretty exciting and I’ve started with 3 properties that I believe will serve my portfolio well. The app so super easy to use and today I learned how to put the widget on my iPhone. Now it’s front and center for me to see when new properties come online.
Not Happy
I thought this was simple as stocks on cashapp but I’m not waiting years to finally see a increase with a small investment I feel like this app is a waste of time and now they’re giving me a hard time to get my refund back so I’m not excited about this app. I’ve contacted a represent and they have to explain to me how to do it, but I’m doing this. Still not letting me get my refund back.

Unable to Log Into My Acxount
After getting my money, I somehow got logged out and cannot log back in. It keeps telling me email I am entering does not exist and yet I get advertisement email from them and an automated email from the same email they say does not exist. Now, I can log back in and they took my money.

I have sent several emails to and withdrawing my money and was first told a 30 day wait, they a 60 day wait. Well here we are 67 days later and still unable to pull out my own money. Not impressed and once my money is out I’ll be closing my account.

Professional Portfolio Manager
I like the option of diversifying some of my holdings into real estate. The offerings are too few to diversify properly. There is too much concentration risk holding more than 5% of a portfolio in one asset. This limits how much capital I am willing to risk with this opportunity. I have tried without success to liquidate my portfolio and move it to a more liquid market. Don’t trap your money with this APP. It’s too hard to get out and there won’t be any help from ARC 7.
