- Keeps saying no internet
- You can lose all progress
BEWARE!
This game is very fun. Stats increase at a snails pace. That’s just how these games work. A member of my club has over 3M pts in wisdom. She’s played 2 1/2 yrs to reach that. She has contacted support 3 times looking for help for a week. She has heard nothing from support. Nothing! Very disappointing. If you get the app play & enjoy! Just know if you hit a snag there is no support.
They hate Apple users.
Android users have speed bonuses for 6 months and Apple users do not. We are not able to get a speed bonus which gives free bolts, gold coins, hints and shuffles.

AD Galore
All of these mahjong games say “ No Ad’s” they were just kidding, annoyed
Ads Are Ridiculous!
To have ads pop up as soon as the app is open is worse than a nuisance! Daily challenges are bad too, you cant do a single one without an ad, it pops up immediately every time! I understand some apps or games need ads for support. But if you push ads onto people like this, at some point they won’t play your games anymore …
The Best!
I’ve played other Mahjong games, but in my opinion, this one is the best!
I tried
I have wasted money on this irritation of a game. The hint button bounces constantly, distracting the eye. Worse … paying to shut off the ads had no effect, the ads themselves could not be closed easily. I am dumping it and avoiding this company in future.
Update
Love the game! But when will Apple users get an update. It’s been over 6 months .
App not connecting to internet
I really enjoyed this game. However almost a week ago, it said it could not connect to the internet- either it’s a problem on my side or the server side. I deleted the app and lost all of my data because I couldn’t even log in to try and save it. I don’t know what’s going on but I hope the servers get fixed soon. I enjoyed the added features when it worked properly connecting to the internet. I will update my stats when this issue is resolved.
all ads
incorrect when they say NO ADS
Mahjong Club Review
I love this mahjong game! Beautiful settings and clear game characters. Please don’t shut it down!!! Please keep the game site free of competitor’s games. It’s very disappointing to find your site being compromised by other game developers after playing 1 round of Mahjong Club’s games.
Bs
How about letting us play the game instead of commercial after commercial? I deleted it because of this.
Mahjong club:solitaire game
Up until level 19 game is fun..although there’s WAY too many ads…I’ve tried 4x to get into level 19 and I don’t know what to do…this game is getting WAY out of hand…there’s WAY too many ads and it’s VERY annoying!!!!sayonara!!!!
Ads
Way to many ads and there’s a lot of different parts that are just useless like does statistics at the beginning of each level and the fact, I still can’t figure out what the coins are used for
Deleted
I have been playing this game for a couple years now and really love it. Maybe too much because I don’t get anything done! However, I was playing it a couple days ago and not only did it kick me out of the app but it deleted my account. I tried to go back into the app and it treated me like I was new. I tried to restore my purchases thinking that would reset everything. All it did was tell me that I had no internet. I’ve emailed support twice and haven’t heard a word. I hope someone looks into this.
Doable
Challenging and fun
Disappointing
I have been playing this game for several years now and all of the sudden now it has completely stopped working. Says I’m not connected to internet but also says could be on their end. But so far they haven’t fixed anything so I’m probably gonna delete it

Not anymore
Played this game for a long time. Then one day it wouldn’t connect to the internet. I rebooted my IPad repeatedly. Everything else on my IPad was connected, just not this app. I tried rebooting the app and I lost everything. I can’t sign in, nothing. It still says it has no internet and it’s three days later. I’ve contacted support several times, no response whatsoever. It was fun while it worked, but now I’ve lost tens of thousands of points and all my rewards and everything else. Not willing to start over again, I’m seriously unhappy.
Not working properly
Every time I try to do something it keeps saying there’s no internet. I have great internet and restarted my phone twice.
hard 😊
very hard
Won’t fully work
I’ve been playing for a few years and suddenly for the last few days their servers are down and we can’t make any purchases, play in tournaments, etc. My internet connection is fine so it’s their servers as the message indicates. I’ve reached out to support with no response. This may have to do with the latest iOS update but I can’t be sure. Disappointing.
Shelia L Mahjong club game
Keeps me overthinking my every move.
Love the game and tournaments
The major problem with this app is that their servers are constantly down and you have no internet to compete or communicate with your teammates. Which is the whole point of playing this game. The last 3 days we have only had internet from their servers for about 3 hours. TERRIBLE !!! Lost about 1,489,000 wisdom and 1,300,000 gold, all my rewards and status and the team i supported. Please fix and return all that was lost, including our great team !! 9/16/26
Wi-Fi conection
When I go to the page to collect coins earned in tournaments etc, it says no WiFi. When I go to my settings, every app in my phone has a green light including this one. What is the problem? And what is the solution?

Can not play game
It’s been 5 days either way the message coming up in part of the game no internet connection. All other apps work with my internet Xfinity. Xfinity says it is not them it is gamovation. Tried to contact the customer service link in game, tried direct contact numerous times on web page, emailed the founder all attempts failed to get any response from any attempt. My advice is to avoid this game and developer.
Great but hate ads

Why can’t we force an update!
I have been waiting for an update since the last one 5 months ago!
Nice but frustrating
First, WAY too many adds for playing for free. I get that without paying, ads are necessary. But for one thing, watching the ads doesn’t take you back to the game or give you an option to click out after a certain amount of time. You have to swipe out and reload. Every. Time. And sometimes, you have to do it several times for one game. ☹️ Also, with daily challenges, if you don’t want to shuffle, you can opt to restart the game, but sometimes it doesn’t actually restart—it takes you to a point where it will still be impossible to clear the board without shuffling. SUPER frustrsting. 😠”Restart” means “start from the beginning,” so it should do that. Every time. I do like the country-themed backgrounds.
Matching
Interesting to see how you can make a way where you thought there’s no match
Can’t log in to game to get my recent level
I can’t give a good review till I can get my current level back, error is always saying no internet, problem with servers, please fix this and I will do a better review, this is the only game I am having problems with

Great game - Until it Wasn’t
I enjoyed the game and wasn’t fussed about ads until they were ALL about religious writings. Your ad partners are going to mess you out of players … like me.
Points
What do you even do with the coins, what can you even spend them on when theres no shop for them😂

Fun👍
Support Ignores Help Requests.
Game tells me that I have no internet. Not true. Game now refuses to recognize my Apple Id for sign in, when I’ve used it for months with no issues.
?
I don’t like this new thing with the window thing at the top. I’ve been playing this game nonstop since last December as you can tell by my level! Over 40000
Cannot get info on features
I have tried to figure out how to help a club member as has my fellow club member. Cannot make this feature work and no reply to the enquiry I sent to their support email about six months ago.
?
Keeps telling me there are no moves left on the board! As this is matching pairs of tiles there must be a set number of moves so I don’t see how it is possible to run out. I’ve deleted this app. Tried again. Lots of adverts for games (but claims “no adverts”) and this time the screen just went black and would not recover. Deleted onee again.

Nice to see results

App not working and no o e in support will answer your co tact form. I’ve removed and downloaded again still won’t work. Will not let u sign in!
Ok but needs improvement
Great game but it keeps dropping out of the internet. My internet is not the problem, it’s does not drop out, it’s getting very frustrating especially when it won’t add your rewards that you win. Add are far too long during a tournament! Far too many add overall. You can do better. Spoils a great game
No Ads?
Loaded this as said there were no ads well so far there are more ads than games so delete s my best option
No acknowledgement of personal progress/improvement
Nice game but you just play “new deal” over and over without any encouragement, stats, accolades, prizes or sense of achievement 🤷♀️🤷♀️. Just building and collecting stupid puzzles which are pointless because the developers have rendered playing the game quite pointless.
MICHIGAN SECURE SAYS CAUTION
So sad. Looks like a great game but MI Secure cautions us that you collect data that may expose us to hackers. Can you speak to that? They just want us to keep safe. Please respond. Thanks.
Mahjong Club
I have lost my entire game. Over 25,000 levels all gone. Yesterday I started to get a message saying either the game or my equipment did not have internet.
Problème technique
Il y a un trouble de connections
Do not like scoring changes
Why did you change the scoring? I have been playing for years and now find there is no challenge when nearly each set of tiles score the same.
Needs to rotate/switch to landscape
The games ok but for me to play regularly it needs to rotate to landscape, it doesn’t so now deleted.
