Disappointed
On the 14th of April, I attempted to use a Tapa-moped. On that day, I was in a hurry and chose to utilize Tapa. I credited my account with 5,000₮ and also possessed a 10,000₮- coupon. After scanning a randomly selected Tapa-moped, the application experienced lag, resulting in a situation where the journey was initiated within the application; however, the moped itself did not commence. Subsequently, I reported this issue on the Facebook page because I was unable to conclude the journey within the application. Nonetheless, I did not receive a response until today. Your company demonstrates deficiencies in its communication with customers. I had high expectations for your services; however, I am disappointed with the experience I received. Although the financial loss of 12,500₮ is not particularly significant, it has nevertheless influenced my perception negatively. But I was late for work due to this problem. As a result, I won’t choose your services again, nor will I recommend them to others in my community.
