Please give the app development work to a private entity if you don’t have the expertise to develop one ! And I don’t understand how gps can’t work flawlessly with the app, with such tech development, it’s a very basic tech & the current update is full of glitch, trains to Bandra on harbour lines have disappeared, it only shows goregaon 😷😷

Please add the newly opened metro stations from acharya atre chowk to BKC in the aqua line map
Live status update and “In train” feature
At times live running status for trains is not available on the app. Similarly the feature to capture live location from app user input through the option of “Hi, Are you in Train” also doesn’t work.
Timings
Most of the time it doesnt show the accurate time of the train. Also many a times location of the train is also not available.

Too good application
Basic app and bad experience
The train schedule and live update is non existent. You can’t use the coins you earn on the app. No option to complain.
Great App with considerable scope for improvement
While app is lot more accurate and reliable. The interface for selecting routes should be very simple. Instead of having small words in routes, can you just put the more common route names like for Thane , Kalyan Just Put Bold letter T, K as we see on indicators. Or most common monuments like for Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus you can put the iconic station image or something like Gateway of India. This will help in choosing routes faster. In current design the selection panel is too small. Clicking wrong route is very often due to that design. Hope you find this suggestion useful and make better app the best app. Thank you

For most of the trains live tracking not available, where same train tracking is available on mIndicator app. 3rd party app is better than official railway app.

Not a good app while booking the tickets get booked but while opening the ticket it takes too much of time and it’s not about the mobile internet I still receive messages and notifications from other apps

Recently moved back to mumbai, and Yatri has been a lifesaver be it metro or local , it’s been really helpful.
