Helpful to form positive habits
My GP practice invited me to use this app and despite some initial scepticism on my part, I am very grateful for the opportunity to try it. It is a really useful way to help form positive habits, and reminds you gently to complete your actions on the schedule that you set. I can fully recommend this app, thank you!

Good graphics and easy to use
Use this app via my GP and the short info messages are helpful. I sort of resent being told what to do by an app so maybe I’m not the best person to review this! BUT there are loads of things to choose from and have found many things helpful with anxiety without causing extra stress by being too intrusive. Great product
Stretching ecervises diagrams
These would be better explained via real person in a video rather than static diagrams
Friendly & Motivational
This app is really good at helping you stay focussed on your health goals and taking the time to think about yourself even just for a few minutes in the day. I liked it so much that I recommended it to our HR team to offer our own employees!

Repetitive nonsense.
Great app
Great app, good access to information but I don’t mind a few notifications but it’s starting to get more and more I’m up to 8-10 a day 3 sometimes 4 in the morning and then 3-5 in the evening…and no way of controlling them.
Helpful
I started using this as I had a new blood pressure monitor and this app was recommended. I like the way I can keep track of the BP readings and it’s a positive coach for forming habits. If you can’t think of something, there are plenty of suggestions for you to choose from and it’s ok to start small and build from there. Good app!
It has to be in the paid apps
If you have to pay to use an app why would it be on the “free apps” category - think from the user’s perspective - I downloaded a free app, passed the onboarding and sign up (about 3-5 minutes) and boom a paywall without a skip.. not nice at all

I believe the Holly app can help get me motivated and out of my chair I am already doing some light exercise and have given up drinking Pepsi Max which can only be a good thing.
Need UI Improvements - need overall improvement like seriously
The overall UI -2/10 Your video player -1/10 Audio should not pause when i minimise the application So many questions in the starting - making me to uninstall immediately Features -8/10 Detailing -7/10 App functionality - 2/10 Payment functionality - 3/10 Doing payment Taking a longer time to invent fire by old men Last but not the least please make the app to make human comfortable and easy to use

Holly Health is their for me first thing in the morning to offer support and encouragement . It gives me the motivation needed to continue building up my health pattern.it encourages me to think about my daily activities Along with my loyal loving family. This is a useful app to encourage developing and using daily healthy habits.
Really helpful
My GP signed me up for this app and I think it was money well spent. I’m finding it really useful. I love the wide variety of goals you can set and the ability to check in with my mood and record what’s affecting my day. The chats, although not with a person are actually very helpful.

My GP practice have supported patients to free access for 6 months Have been using the app for 2 months Like: Ability to chose time table Reminders to complete habits Pre assessment questions Review of assessment questions and habits after a month Response of developers to glitches in the app Ability to change chosen habits Think 6 months will set me up to progress to more challenging fitness goals

This app was a quick way to focus on my wellbeing each day. I found it v useful.
Good motivational health/mental health app
Been using this app for around a month now and find it helpful in setting goals around my various health issues. Great graphics with cheery messages of encouragement when a task is completed although this can be repetitive. There are helpful videos around heart health, diabetes control etc. but I would like to see more links to other more detailed sites. It will be interesting to see if this outlives the other 5 apps that my GP Surgery currently offer!
